Would you rather have amazing food and horrible service or decent food and amazing service – what if you had amazing food AND amazing service?  Many times the client will choose amazing service with decent results but we should strive to produce amazing work and deliver it with amazing, five star service.

I’m guilty as any in getting a mentality of “you don’t understand what does into this” or “I took beautiful pictures be patient”  at the end of the day the client wants their “product” and they want a good overall experience…this will bring them back for seconds and they might even tell their friends to visit!

The bottom line is do not substitute art for experience – the client doesn’t separate the two.

Jarrett & Jeanne are moving to Chicago the end of Feb. and have started a church there called “Soul City Church”. If you’re in the Chicago area you should def. hook up with this dynamic, passionate couple.  Both Jarrett & Jeanne have books coming out soon so keep a look out!
