A few folks (especially Google Chrome users) had trouble getting the audio chime to play (your browser has to recognize and play MP3 files) and others had no audio on their computer or had to keep their volume down. There is now a "visual chime" in the form of some simple animation in the title bar (or tab) of the browser window to remind you to bubble every 15 minutes. The visual chime only occurs if the window or tab with BubbleTimer does not have focus.

If you bubble more than 30 minutes in the future, BubbleTimer considers this to be a planned activity. The bubble is grey and does not count towards your totals or goals. You can use this to plan your day's activities and then compare how you did against your plan by seeing how much grey is left over at the end of the day.

Planning support is not yet available for the iPhone. This will be addressed shortly.

For the geekiest among you (and you still do know who you are), when you add the .csv to the end of the BubbleTimer web address (http://www.bubbletimer.com/days/01-28-2009.csv) and get CSV output for that day, it now includes 3 additional fields which provide the daily goal.

The first field indicates the goal type:

blank for no goal
-1 for a less than goal
0 for an equal to goal
1 for a greater than goal
2 for a between goal

The second field indicates the goal value as a number of 15 minute increments. Ex. 1.5 hours would have a value of 6 because 6 * 15 = 90 minutes. This field is blank if there is no goal.

The third field works the same as the second field, but provides the upper bound value for a between goal. It is blank for any goal type except between.

If you attempted to do some activities such as print, rearrange activities or drill into the charting on a day where no time had been marked the system would encounter an error.

In some situations the goal would dip back to 0 for a day in the past even though the goal hadn't changed. For some users today's bubbled time would not appear on the graph.

Going to the share URL after enabling activity sharing caused an error in some cases. The pie chart of activities showed all activities, not just the shared activities. The person viewing the share could rearrange the activities. These are all resolved.

No one will EVER delete their account of course, but the deletion of account data now occurs in the background since it can be a lot of data and it can be slow. Also added some graphics to the close account tab.

Until you actually bubble in some time for a day, the activities of that day are fluid. This means that if you make changes to the activities you are tracking such as adding, removing, renaming or setting a goal, then all the days in the future that are still fluid will pick up those changes automatically. BubbleTimer was too aggressive and froze days that were just looked at even if no bubble was marked. This caused confusion with some customers that BubbleTimer didn't push changes in activities to future days.

There were a few bugs around deleting activities. These impacted the ability to scroll back and see the deleted activity on previous days and caused a problem if you tried to delete every activity.
