<p>On the resulting page, search for the organization(s) you would like to move. Once your list is ready, choose an umbrella and category from the drop down provided. This is where the organization(s) will be moved.</p>
<p>Now, you must match up the organization profile fields in the current umbrella (source fields) to those of the umbrella you are moving this organization to (target fields). Double-check that all match up so that the information is moved over correctly.</p>

<p>On the organization creation page, you are required to enter a full and short name for the organization. You can also change the org category, enter an administrator by e-mail address, and setup a password. Use the checkboxes at the bottom of the page to copy over information from the umbrella&#8217;s template organization. To finalize the new organization, click <strong>Create</strong>. This process will not add you as an administrator of the org.</p>
<p>After you&#8217;ve successfully created the organization, it will be viewable on your <strong>Organizations</strong> list. To fill out the organization&#8217;s profile, click the<strong> Edit</strong> option on the right side of this interface.</p>

<p>You can view the reviewer&#8217;s decisions under the <strong>Status</strong> column. If the status says <strong>Pending</strong>, the reviewer has not yet made a decision. If the status says <strong>E-mail not sent</strong>, the reviewer has not yet received the email notification and won&#8217;t do so until you click <strong>Send</strong>. If you would like to add an additional reviewer, click <strong>Add Reviewer </strong>in the top right of this interface. The resulting pop-up will not only allow you to add new reviewers, but edit existing ones as well.</p>
<p>Remember, reviewer decisions have no impact on an administrator&#8217;s final approval or denial of the form.</p>

<p>To setup a scoring committee, first select the <strong>Forms </strong>module from your organization&#8217;s lefthand toolbar. Next, locate the form on which you&#8217;d like to add a scoring group. Hover over the form name and click <strong>Edit</strong>. This will bring you into the <strong>Form Builder</strong>. Select the <strong>Settings </strong>tab in the top left of the interface, then click on the sub-tab labeled <strong>Scoring</strong>.</p>

<p>This is where you will set up your scoring group. In the selection drop down provided, you will see all of your organization&#8217;s existing groups. Select a group to act as your scoring committee and enter the minimum number of required scores. <p>This will allow each member of your scoring group to score and make comments on incoming form submissions.</p>
<p>The form&#8217;s final approval or denial is still controlled by the organization&#8217;s administrators.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Organization administrators cannot make name or category changes. It must be done by umbrella administrators. If you are an organization administrator and would like a name change, please contact your school directly.</p>
<p>If you are an umbrella administrator, you can make these changes by going to the <strong>Organizations </strong>list on your umbrella toolbar. Locate the organization you&#8217;d like to alter and click the edit button on the right side of the interface.</p>

<p>This will bring up the organization&#8217;s profile information. Make the desired changes under the <strong>Full</strong> and <strong>Abbreviated Organization Name</strong> fields. Click <strong>Next </strong>at the bottom of the page until you see the <strong>Finish </strong>button.</p>
