<p style="text-align: left"><span style="color: #999999"><em>PRESS RELEASE FROM THE HAYWOOD COMMUNITY BAND The Haywood Community Band announces its final concert of the Maggie Valley Concert Series. This FREE concert will be held on Sunday, October 19, at 6:30 PM at the pavilion which is adjacent to the Maggie Valley Town Hall. The theme for this concert will be Sugar and Spice - A Concert By, For, and About Women. In addition to a trumpet trio played by the female members of the brass section, the band will feature music such as, Women of the Podium, Carmen, My Fair Lady, and the Girl from Ipanema. Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy a beautiful Maggie Valley sunset. Refreshments will be available before and during the concert. As we prepare for our final concert of the season, the band appreciates the generous support of our audience and the Maggie Valley Civic Association, sponsor for the concert series. In addition, we appreciate the media who have supported us with the announcements of our concerts.<br />
