We are so sad that the time has come that we have to say goodbye to our sweet lil baby, Bud & Leo! Unfortunately our families and careers have taken over and we just don't have the time to post anymore. For those of you that are still reading (even through our lack of posting!), we just wanted to say thanks for following us & we'll miss you! We know a good deal when we see one, and LeAnn Rimes & Eddie Cibrian just scored big! The duo recently purchased a six bedroom, nine bathroom L.A. home for $3 million. Doesn't sound like a steal, but the home sold for nearly $6 million six years ago.

The home is over 8,600 square feet...just enough space to hide their dirty laundry. Did I just got there? I think I did!

It looks like quite the retreat!

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have finally completed their masterpiece. The power couple have just finished building their $20 million dream home in L.A.'s Brentwood neighborhood. After three years of construction, the more than 22,000 square feet are ready for the newly expanded family of five to move in and get settled!

The home is host to impressive features including eight bedrooms, six car garage, state of the art gym, wine cellar...did we mention the moat and bridge that run across the front of the house?! And don't forget the resort style pool and castle-like playhouse for the kiddos!

The home is also eco-friendly with solar panels as the primary source of energy, earth wise water supply and heating and cooling systems, as well as a vegetable garden.

We can't wait for the invite so we can check out the inside!

The New Moisturizing Denim

Wrangler is launching new moisturizing/anti-cellulite denim dubbed 'Denim Spa'! Lizzie Jagger (daughter of Mick) has teamed with Wrangler to launch their new line,. The denim is sprayed with moisturizing treatment (from shea butter to essential oils) in the manufacturing plant, then heated so the treatment binds to the denim (the friction of skin against the denim slowly breaks down the moisturizer ensuring a slow release of product - said to last through 95 washes!). Wrangler is launching 3 models in the UK: 'Smooth Legs'-anti-cellulite, 'Olive Extract' -moisturizing and 'Aloe Vera'-sensitive skin. The Anti-Cellulite pair are infused with algae, retinol & caffeine; Lizzie describes the denim as 'softer and smoother' than regular jeans... what's your take? I need to try these on! The Denim Spa line launches on Asos on Jan 28 for $135... hmmmmm.

1) Jason Wu's Miss Wu is now available at Nordstrom! It's so cute! I wouldn't go as far as saying it's affordable, but it's certainly not the typical Jason Wu price tag and it's adorable...

2) Prabal Gurung for Target launches on Feb 10 (during Fashion Week and just before Vday!). The prices are right on the money (I'm talking blouses for $25, dresses for $40 and pumps for $30!). Remember when Kate wore Prabal??

3) This launch is a little out there but will surely be a hit, Victoria's Secret is launching a Fifty Shades of Grey line which will be released at the same time as the film's cast (who could it be now??). VS says the line is 'branching out' and will be available for women of ALL shapes and sizes..

Workout Rut

It's only January 7th and you're already in a workout rut? I hate working out in winter- it's cold and nasty out so it makes me want to curl up and watch Something Borrowed (I can't stop watching that movie!) instead of heading to the gym. Here are a few fun tips to help put you (and me!) back on the right track!

- Squeeze in mini-workouts. If you don't have an hour and a half to get to the gym and back, do a quick workout at home. Trainers swear by effective 'mini' workouts: 10 - 15 reps of push-ups, lunges and holding a plank position for 30 seconds. Repeat two to three times and voila you're done!

- Try something new! I'm jazzed about Ballet Beautiful! Created by a New York City Ballet dancer, this workout is said to give you a sleek, firm bod. You can attend classes from anywhere via live video feed (the instructor can see you!), stream videos to your iPhone or purchase a DVD.

- New way to snack! Research shows if you snack with your non-dominant hand you'll consume 30% less! So go ahead grab the M&Ms... with your left hand!

Built in 1922 this little gem still has a very traditional feel. We're swooning over the red door, chandeliers, master headboard, backyard pool & cabana... ahhh let's move in!
