Well I was trying to get back into concept art drawing etc. And after spending so much time on this one, gimp decided to stop responding. I couldn't save it. It looks very messy since it's a WIP, and I tend to have a very rough start with drawings then I begin to focus here and there. So I'll share it anyways. lucky I took a screen shot.

Just wanna say, how lately I've been seeing many people , from the "real world" not too happy about gaming. Well it's fun isn't it?
don't u guys miss the snes days? or Ps1? or even CS 1.6 days. Hell Xbox 1 days, with Combat Evolved coming out, I've had non stop flashbacks of my Halo 1 days. Halo 1 was epic.

I have to say Half life 1 and 2 were phenomenal , but they're taking forever, so the points will go to Halo for now, until 3 comes out. Plus the too many Gmod videos, kind of ruined hl 2 for me, and the source engine over and over. same argument goes for Halo I know, but it was controlled, but nothing was like Halo 1. It was pure first person shooter, no third person high jacking, no dual weilding (cause it's actually quite hard)

Halo 1 would have been an excellent story if it just stayed with no sequels. not saying sequels are bad, but
damn Halo 1 is like your first love. Nothing quite matches that (talking strictly Halo here)

I have no idea what day it is, I lost count. I've been so busy with what it is I do.

BIMHO #1, Koodo had an amazing commercial with some gingerbread man, nice, friendly and not freaking ugly. Their new masked wrestler guy is just plain weird. and ugly. Screw you Koodo with your shitty ads, I don't want to buy your cell phones, they don't have a sim card (most of them, well even if they did, I'd have to pay you to unlock them !). Yes I don't like Koodo, you got it, bingo. Get rid of your ugly ass mascot and that horrible commercial. The guy was gonna land on a bikini chic and they show some fat slob's stomach on HD . Is it supposed to be funny? quirky? Because it's not funny.

Android's Adventures: Day 10 (Microwaves are bad for you)

Android and I had a big fight, I'm posting this as Day 10 to keep with the consistency of posting. Well here he is using my computer to order pizza using my credit card, for the tenth time now. I told him I'm cancelling the pizza order, and how he embarrassed me in front of the pizza company, he got really angry and decided to put himself in the microwave. Fortunately, you can't shut the microwave door and activate the button. Considering he was threatening suicide ( a horrible image at that) I thought he was being an unstable OS, so I told him to leave the flat and go about his business elsewhere. Next day some guy shows up @ my door, claiming he's my cable guy.... I don't even have cable, have u heard of streaming or youtube? Bud

Android's Adventures: Day 9 (Lone Android)

So here is Android playing the new iphone game Lone Hawk made by developer Pure Ego, check out their game from itunes here

Let me tell you, I rate this a B on the Bud scale (Buy). Why? Well it's a challenging retro game in a sea of stagnant Angry Bird copiers. I love the options menu, and it's fun to play. I support Canadian Independent Developers, and for their first app, Pure Ego did an amazing job. Game costs $1.99 on the app store and you can buy it for you iPhone/iPod touch/iPad. I had the privilege of witnessing the development of the game, and met one of the developers. He is passionate about the content he delivers and focusses on genuinely providing a unique experience.
If you're wondering, I'm not recommending this app because I met one of the developers. I try to be as objective as possible. Granted just like any game, Lone Hawk is Pure Ego's first steps in a highly competitive market, and it's not perfect. It is testing the waters. But so far, first impressions are a hit.

If you're up for a round of cool WW2 warfare with classic top down shooter style and a powerful emotional soundtrack, check it out. Fans of top down shooters and old style gaming will not be disappointed.

I have no idea where Rachael is, and I don't care. I was writing up an email when he yelled " THINGS ARE WORSE THAN EVER"

This is the 6 th day since Aug 17th btw, I forgot to post it.

So today Android made a friend or two. Where do these things keep coming from?
They knocked down my external hard drive, they ruined a stack of all my public relations papers. Stuff that I was supposed to go through for Commander Starscream. They caused a riot. What's next? Burning and looting? I think they might pull a London riot on me. I sure hope not. It's my house and I ain't leaving.
But Android said that his 2 buddies had to leave and be in someone else's shoes or something.

I come back from work, and he's just chillin watching TV. He ate all my tomatoes and drank all my pop. I asked if he has a job or somewhere else to go and hang for a while. He said he's here to help me develop an app. I mean, he's cool and all, but we gotta have some boundaries you know? And he didn't help me develop anything yet.

He went back to watching TV, his favorite show...Big Bang Theory. Just all day with that. If it's not BBT, it's Three's Company!
