Improve DNS caching::NS caching makes browsing the internet faster

-Disable NTFS Last Accessed Stamp:::everytime you or any application opens a file windows updates the file's last accessed time. This means some additional work for both the system and the hard drive, therefore disableing the last access stamp increases your system's performance. For most users there is no reason to have the last accessed stamp working. This setting does not affect the last modified stamp.

-Disable DOS 8.3 name creation for files:::for reasons of backwards compatability to very old DOS programs windows still today stores so called 8.3 names of each files you have. According to microsoft, the information is practically useless and will slow down your system!

-Disable performance counters:::windows monitors and saves tons of data every second you use it. This data can be very valuable in some cases but if you are normal home user and dont wish to use the performance monitor tool of windows you will improve your systems performance by checking this option

As for the health cheat, are you sure they are not exchanging ammo for health? I've done this before while someone was shooting at me so it would seem like a health cheat to the shooter.

also there a setting you can set in your autoexec file for better hit detection, dont confuse this for aimbotting.

note that the way the game is set up is shots are sent in FPS, so what the spread of the shots the user has set, and how far apart the spread of each shot, latency/ping can effect the send/receive of a shot.

considering all this and more, the game is set up to always bounce back on the 3rd shot. Theres some tweaking here as well that can be done in the autoexec.
experiment this guys. I have seen too many players just spray shots all over the place when the opponent shoots 2 or 3 at a time to get a headshot and win.

God, if I still had my orginal settings I would share with you guys but i've reinstalled windows too many times and forgot to save it.

Just remember when I use to hyper all the time and was able to get head shots or kills within the first 2/3 shots and have a narrow window of a spread.

They are just too useless, you dont feel like you got team mates anymore.

Axis are uber accurate on their headshots and allies cant hit an elephant (spec em and see what I mean)

Allies get all jammed on some parts of maps like in "Special delivery" right outside axis spawn.

Lastweek you could just cover the engies and they would build/fix/plant and DEFEND them selfs efficiently now they just shoot the air IF they even get a chance
