Use the motion detector with the camera and write a little programming and you've got yourself a camera that only takes photos when no one is moving, eliminating the need for christmas picture retakes... ick.

This module would feature positive/negative terminals with various switching and voltage regulation capabilities which the user could configure to power/control DIY gadgets and experiments of their own devising.

The module could include, and/or could access from another dedicated module, additional battery power.

It could also be used as a multimeter, or if not, a dedicated multimeter module might be a good idea as well.

Movement module

a module or set of modules that can attach to wheels or treads to add movement to the BUG. must use rechargeable batteries, sell replacements for the battery. either add a suspension system to the module or sell a seperate suspension for all-terrain mobility.more than 4 wheel attachments, too allow different wheel sizes

surveillance - build integrated modules with webcam, automated motor controlled by remote software, ethernet port with ADSL client or GSM module that can be triggered remotely (the GSM module should be capable of setting allowed numbers to be accepted). With a lightweight OS with a few basic functions a user shall be able to utilize existing ADSL line or use a supplementary line to keep watch of his/her home or any other premises desired.
