I used stranded embroidery thread (floss), stitching
with three of the six strands from the skein. </p><p>After sewing the main lines of the tree, I added some extra lines of
running stitch for more detail and general cuteness. I used the same
shade of green throughout but you could use two or three different
shades of brown and orange when you're sewing your autumnal tree, to represent the changing colours of the leaves. Scattered single stitches would also look great to fill up the canopy shape! </p><p><i> </i></p><p><i>This pattern is for personal use only: you can use it to stitch as many trees as you want for yourself or as gifts, but
please don't use it to make anything for sale. Thanks!</i></p><p>A PDF version of this pattern is available <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/hello-autumn-71876287">as part of my Patreon pattern library.</a>

I decided to <a href="https://bugsandfishes.blogspot.com/p/my-patreon.html">make a page here on my blog</a> with snazzy little collages of lots of the projects I've added to the pattern library so far. That way I can link people to the page to show them what they'll get when they sign up, and I can easily keep the page updated by making a new collage every time I've added a whole bunch more projects.</p><p>Well, that's the plan anyway! :)</p><p>In the meantime, I thought it would be nice to pop all the collages in a blog post here on my main feed as well because GOSH IT IS NICE seeing all these projects together!</p><p>If you're interested in <a href="http://patreon.com/lauralupinhoward">joining my Patreon</a>, it's just £3 (+VAT) (or your local sales taxes if you're outside Europe) per month and you'll be supporting my creative work while getting access to all this crafty goodness and an email in your inbox whenever I add something new.</p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; A Menopause Embroidery Pattern<p>I absolutely love it when people suggest possible variations for projects, or themes they'd love to see. Sometimes those ideas get tucked away for a rainy day and other times I simply have to sit down and work on them straight away.</p><p>Chatting about <a href="https://bugsandfishes.blogspot.com/2023/02/team-sertraline-mental-health-embroidery-pattern.html">mental health</a> last week and the magic of <a href="https://bugsandfishes.blogspot.com/2023/01/take-your-meds-embroidery-pattern.html">Taking Your Meds</a>, a friend suggested that I design a Team HRT pattern for the many ladies battling their way through the menopause and its many difficult symptoms. </p><p>So when I added a <a href="https://bugsandfishes.blogspot.com/2023/02/team-citalopram-mental-health-embroidery-pattern.html">Team Citalopram</a> pattern this week, <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/team-hrt-pattern-78539048">I had to design an HRT one too!</a> <br /></p><p></p><p></p><p><span data-offset-key="3a44d-0-0"><span data-text="true"></span></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span data-offset-key="3a44d-0-0"><span data-text="true"><a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/team-hrt-pattern-78539048" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="651" data-original-width="650" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtptIxfCMRxRHfoW2kG8g_xvJMbYOmzm5akEHlYJq76dcyJFcuJ_3k4CyDsWruQoX3cYJZHuqrkR6qOMuPo972edv__rgIwYoAoO8n0UE32LoaWFuuBZihtuNW4at4Llj0ft_o6348H1wJvOc9-Tg6_P_8ol123igSnD3eDi-3GSsiXGGDcfutsflW/w640-h640/Team%20HRT%20Menopause%20Embroidery%20Pattern.jpg" width="640" /></a></span></span></div><span data-offset-key="3a44d-0-0"><span data-text="true"><br /> </span></span><p></p><p><span data-offset-key="ek83-0-0"><span data-text="true">Just like mental health issues, the menopause is something it benefits us all to talk about more - to normalise it, to make sure people can get the support they need, and to help everyone feel less alone when dealing with all the ups and downs.</span></span></p><p><span data-offset-key="ek83-0-0"><span data-text="true">I think this would be a fun design to stitch for a friend as a gift, or together in a group while you swap stories! </span></span><span data-offset-key="3a44d-0-0"><span data-text="true"> <br /></span></span></p><p><span data-offset-key="3a44d-0-0"><span data-text="true">The <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/team-hrt-pattern-78539048">Team HRT</a> pattern is now available as part of <a href="http://patreon.com/lauralupinhoward">my </a></span></span><a href="http://patreon.com/lauralupinhoward">Patreon pattern library.</a> </p><p>Subscribers get full access to <a href="https://bugsandfishes.blogspot.com/p/my-patreon.html">a growing library of PDF patterns and tutorials</a>, and emails whenever new projects

and as bills and other prices have been sky-rocketing I've started to
think to myself "What Would Martin Lewis Do?"... so, obviously, I had to
turn that thought into a craft project because that's just who I am as a
person. <br /></p><p>I can’t promise you’ll become a wise money-saving guru after stitching this, but I hope it’ll make you smile all the same!</p><p>Printed at 100% the design will fit neatly into a 5 inch embroidery hoop, but you may wish to use a larger hoop when stitching it.<br /></p><p><a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/what-would-lewis-77406156">CLICK HERE TO VIEW AND DOWNLOAD THE FREE PDF PATTERN.</a></p>

Amok! Amok!" ... so obviously I had to stitch an homage to that moment. </p><p></p><p>I started out wanting to design something simple, focusing on the text itself, then got a bit carried away drawing cute and spooky witchcraft-themed things!
