Bryn köttet i smör i en stekgryta på hög värme så det får färg.&lt;br /&gt;4.	Ta upp köttet och sänk värmen under grytan. Lägg ner svamp, lök, vitlök och fräs under omrörning tills allt får färg.&lt;br /&gt;5.	Tillsätt vatten, grädde och buljongtärning och koka upp. Lägg i kött och sparris, krydda med salt och peppar. Sjud grytan under lock ca 5 minuter. Hacka chokladen grovt och smält den över ett varmt vattenbad. Vispa 12 dl av grädden hårt. Koka upp resten av grädden och blanda med den smälta chokladen. Du får röra en god stund innan krämen går ihop och blir slät. Rör ner gelatinbladen utan att krama ur dem. Vänd ner chokladkrämen i den vispade grädden.&lt;br /&gt;5. Grönsakerna ska vara krispiga. Smaka av med salt och peppar.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lägg i fisken (den ska hålla rumstemperatur) och låt soppan få ett uppkok. Lägg på locket och dra soppan från värmen. Låt stå och dra i 10 minuter. Sätt ugnen på 225°. Lägg bakplåtspapper i en långpanna, ca 30x40 cm.&lt;br /&gt;2.      Vispa ägg och socker poröst. Blanda bakpulver, kakao, potatismjöl, salt och vaniljsocker och rör ner i smeten.&lt;br /&gt;3.      Bre ut smeten i långpannan och grädda mitt i ugnen i ca 5 minuter. Stjälp upp kakan på ett sockrat bakplåtspapper. Ta bort papperet som kakan gräddats på. Låt kallna.&lt;br /&gt;4.      Låt gelatinpulvret svälla i det kalla vattnet i 5 minuter. Blanda sedan pulvret med kaffet. Rör om så att gelatinet löser sig. Låt svalna.&lt;br /&gt;5.      Vispa grädden med sockret och rör ner gelatinkaffet. Låt moussen stå svalt och tjockna, ca 15 minuter.&lt;br /&gt;6.      Bre moussen över kakan och rulla ihop den från långsidan. Låt kakan ligga med skarven neråt. Rulla in kakan i bakpapperet. Kyl i ytterligare 1 timme. Förvara den i kylen fram tills det är dags att servera.&lt;br /&gt;7.
