September 30, 2011 – St. George, Utah – Bullion Monarch Mining, Inc. (OTCQB:BULM) with the assistance of its Canadian investment banker, has initiated marketing efforts for a proposed capital raise through a share offering and listing in Canada. Bullion Monarch executives are currently meeting with and presenting a plan to managed funds and other institutional investors in Europe and Canada.

Based on the outcome of the aforementioned meetings and other factors, the Company’s Board of Directors will determine the price and quantity of shares to be offered, if any. Capital raised with this effort would be earmarked to accelerate exploration projects in the historically gold rich Tapajos region of Brazil and would provide a reserve of cash, allowing the Company to take advantage of future project acquisition opportunities.

As detailed in our most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K, during January 2011, Bullion Monarch engaged an agent in regards to an offering of its securities in Canada. The offering could consist of up to 10,000,000 Common Shares. Bullion Monarch has granted an option to cover over-allotments, which will allow the agent to offer additional securities in an amount up to 15% of the original amount of securities sold at a price equal to the issue price, the option being exercisable at any time within 30 days of the closing date.

This news release does not constitute an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to sell any securities in the United States. The securities have not been and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "U.S. Securities Act") or any state securities laws and may not be offered or sold within the United States or to U.S. Persons unless registered under the U.S. Securities Act and applicable state securities laws or an exemption from such registration is available.

Bullion Monarch Updates Exploration on Bom Jesus and Ouro Mil Properties

September 7, 2011 – St. George, Utah – Bullion Monarch Mining, Inc. (OTCQB:BULM) announces favorable exploration results returned from their Bom Jesus gold property in the Tapajos region of Brazil. Sampling of Garimpeiro shafts near drill hole FBJ-08 has returned gold values of 0.50m @ 206.2 g/t Au and 0.70m @ 93.3 g/t Au.
These promising results occurred in a zone which is characterized by a broad Au (MMI) and basemetal (MMI) anomaly coincident with a magnetic low and high chargeability (IP) anomaly. The structure associated with mineralization can be traced for more than 2 kilometers in geophysical surveys. With highly anomalous gold grades returned from the regional stream sediment sampling program, a new, highly prospective corridor trending SW-NE has been defined at Bom Jesus. Geological mapping has highlighted the presence of multiple mineralized veins, volcanic dykes and stock-works with intense hydrothermal alteration.
Extension of current geochemical grids will continue to the southwest, targeting anomalous zones defined in the stream sediment sampling. A detailed airborne magnetic survey is planned for later in the year and drilling of targeted areas will follow.
Bullion Monarch Mining has several active exploration projects in the Tapajos region of Brazil. Spanning some 125,000 sq. km, Tapajos is the country's largest alluvial gold province, and the world's third-largest. Artisanal miners in the region have produced up to 30 million oz. of gold during the gold rush that began in the 1970's.
Bullion Monarch Mining's Ouro Mil property, which is also located in the Tapajos region of Brazil, has attracted the interest of several mining companies in the region. This property is currently under an exploration joint-venture contract with Brazilian Gold Corp., who has reconfirmed exploration plans for the property by making its annual payment to Bullion Monarch. Brazilian Gold's future exploration plans include drilling of identified targets, which should commence as drill rigs become available.
CEO and Chief Geologist R. Don Morris states, "Bullion Monarch Mining remains very encouraged with the progress of exploration programs on the Bom Jesus Project area. As the geological, geochemical, geophysical studies and preliminary drilling have developed; the existence of a large, hydrothermally altered, mineralized zone has become evident. An aggressive exploration program will continue at Bom Jesus in an effort to define a near surface resource in the short-term as well as potentially identify a massive new gold deposit."

Bullion Monarch Receives Stream Sediment Results from Bom Jardim Property, Brazil

St. George, Utah – August 30, 2011 - Bullion Monarch Mining Inc. (OTCQB:BULM) is pleased to announce exploration results from the regional stream sediment sampling program at our Bom Jardim project area located in the Tapajós Gold Province, Para State, Brazil. Bullion Monarch's property holding in this strategic area has increased in size and now constitutes 21,162.03 Hectares within the prospective Tocantinzinho trend. Neighboring property owners include Tristar Gold and Magellan Minerals.

Initial pinta count analysis (visible gold particle count) and regional mapping identified multiple anomalous areas specifically concentrated in the central portion of the property within a broad NW trending anomalous zone.

Geochemical analysis has confirmed the anomalous gold (Au) and base-metal values with many gold values above 0.5 grams per tonne (gpt) gold and up to 15.9 gpt gold. Some of these areas are associated with coarse gold. High values of associated base-metals include Co, Cr, V & Zn which confirms the prospective nature of the local geology for volcanic related mineralization. All samples were sent to Intertek Laboratoreis for gold and 21 element analysis.

CEO R. Don Morris comments, "I am exceedingly pleased with the management of our Dourave subsidiary and their expertise in the Tapajós region of Brazil. The high gold values found in stream sediments demonstrate the Bom Jardim property as a promising target and strengthens our strategic holdings in the Tapajós. Bullion Monarch's royalty stream provides a uniquely secure platform for long-term growth".

EnShale’s Oil Shale Plant to Air on Fox News

EnShale Inc., a subsidiary of Bullion Monarch Mining Inc.(BULM.QB) is looking forward to Fox News airing a segment featuring the EnShale pilot plant and the EnShale oil shale extraction method. The segment is scheduled to air on Wednesday July 13th at 6 pm Eastern on the national Fox News Channel. Fox Senior National Correspondent John Roberts and his crew traveled to Naples, Utah to film the plant and interview some of EnShale’s key personnel including board member Dr. Larry Anderson PHD and EnShale CEO Robert Morris.

Bullion Monarch Mining’s CEO James Morris said, “This is a unique opportunity for the public and our shareholders to see the EnShale pilot plant and to get a glimpse of the progress we are making on the extraction of oil from oil shale. The fact that Fox News contacted us and wanted to film our plant is an indication of the excitement that is starting to build about the oil shale industry and specifically EnShale and its technology.”

EnShale is a company which was formed to profit from the estimated 2.6 trillion barrels of oil contained in oil shale in the Green River formation in Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming. Since its inception, EnShale has acquired a land package with an estimated 667 million barrel resource of contained oil. The company has developed an extraction method and patented the technology. The Department of Energy (DOE) Idaho National Labs completed an Aspen Model on EnShale’s extraction process. A pilot plant was engineered and constructed to test the parameters of the Aspen Model and 50,000 tons of oil shale was crushed and stockpiled for the plant.

EnShale’s pilot plant is designed, at maximum capacity, to process two tons of oil shale an hour, which will produce approximately 60 gallons of oil. To date, the company has extracted over 1,000 gallons of oil and is in the process of optimizing oil quality, recoverability, retention time, extraction temperatures, and oil shale feed size. These studies are being done to maximize efficiencies in preparation for an economic feasibility study. From the modeling completed and the pilot plant results thus far; EnShale is estimating it can produce oil for less than $30 dollars per barrel.

EnShale CEO Robert Morris said, “John Roberts told us that one of the things he was really interested in seeing was EnShale’s pilot plant in operation. He thought people would be really interested in rocks going in one end and oil coming out the other. We were happy to let Fox News see the progress we have made so far.”

(OTCQB:BULM) is pleased to announce commencement of the recommended exploration plan outlined in the 43-101 report filed on the recently acquired Niquelândia bauxite property located in Goiás, Brazil. The Niquelândia Project is located as the northeastern extension of a prominent trend that contains the Barro Alto bauxite deposit which is currently under development by Campanhia Brasileira de Aluminio, and the Barro Alto nickel laterite deposits under advanced-stage development by Anglo American. A total exploration budget of $1.5 million has been allocated. Phase I work is estimated to cost $575,000 and phase II is estimated to cost $925,000. The plan consists of:

Phase I

Detailed mapping

Geophysical analysis

Metallurgical sampling, testing and characterization

Wide space drilling in areas of known mineralization

Phase II

Definition drilling on a regularized pattern in prioritized locations

Metallurgical analysis

Resource calculation

Reserve modeling will be performed based upon the results of phase I and II. This will involve the assessment of mineability and processability of the mineralization, and economic feasibility of the Niquelândia Project. The Niquelândia Project is substantial in scope and a significant exploration effort is required to fairly and adequately characterize the area.

Bullion Monarch President James A. Morris states, “The Niquelândia Property is an incredible opportunity for our company to gain a position in the very strong aluminum market. We are committed to maximizing shareholder upside in properties by avoiding dilution and debt during early exploration. Bullion Monarch remains a unique company in the sector by self-financing exploration projects through royalty revenues from previous successes.”

Bullion Monarch geologists believe the deposit to be located at surface or near surface covering a large area, possibly up to 25 km in length and up to 5 km in width. Previous exploration on the property, consisting of surface sampling intended to prove the existence of bauxite mineralization, have returned Al203 content up to 61.8% with numerous values greater than 60%. Geologists have concluded that the grade of the aluminum oxide, at the project, is uniformly above the cutoff grade for operating bauxite mines. Highlights from a surface sampling report analyzed by ALS Chemex are as follows:

LOI greater than 20% is classified as Bauxite. LOI less than 20% is considered Laterite.

Bauxite is an aluminum ore that is the main source of alumina and aluminum. Approximately four tons of bauxite produces two tons of alumina, which in turn is smelted to produce one ton of aluminum. Most metallurgical-grade bauxite and alumina are purchased under long-term contracts and contract terms are normally not made public. Price for bauxite ore varies according to percent alumina content in the ore. USGS reports that the average value of U.S. imports of crude and dried bauxite (~30-50% alumina) was $37.10/metric ton in 2009, up from $35.92 in 2008. The price for refractory-grade bauxite (88% alumina) in 2009 ranged from $390 - $510/metric ton.

From 2000 to 2009, the demand for aluminum increased more than 35%, in 2010; it increased by 12%, compared to 2009. While bauxite is valued by its percent alumina content, alumina prices generally follow the trend of aluminum prices. Since the global economic downturn in late 2008 to early 2009 aluminum has followed a positive trend and is currently valued at approximately $2,500/metric ton.

Bullion Monarch Mining Acquires Bauxite Property in Brazil

April 5, 2011 - St. George, Utah - Bullion Monarch Mining, Inc. (BULM) announces acquisition of the Niquelândia bauxite project located near the town of Niquelândia, Goiás, Brazil. Geologists believe the deposit to be located at surface or near surface covering a large area, possibly up to 25 km in length and up to 5 km in width. This project is substantial in scope and validates Bullion Monarch Mining’s decision to allocate significant resources to adequately explore the area. An exploration budget of $1.5 million USD is estimated to be invested in the first year of the project.

Exploration on the property, consisting of surface sampling intended to prove the existence of bauxite mineralization, have returned Al203 content between 28.8% and 61.8% with numerous values greater than 60%. Geologists have concluded that the grade of the aluminum oxide, at the project, is uniformly above the cutoff grade for operating bauxite mines. The Niquelândia project is located as the northeastern extension of a prominent trend that contains the Barro Alto bauxite deposit which is currently under development by Campanhia Brasileira de Aluminio, and the Barro Alto nickel laterite deposits under advanced-stage development by Anglo American.

“Dourave management is excited to be involved in the development of what could be a world class bauxite deposit in a prolific mining center. The geological similarities between the Niquelandia Bauxite project and the nearby Barro Alto Bauxite deposit, along with the high grades of Bauxite with relatively low levels of Silica and Titanium, present the possibility of defining a large volume bauxite resource containing zones of higher-grade, high- quality and possible refractory bauxite. Future development of the project will be supported by excellent infrastructure, with asphalt and all weather road access, close proximity to the major cites of Brasilia and Goiania, availability of cheap hydroelectric power from the Serra da Mesa hydroelectric plant and the proposed extensions of existing rail access (Ferrovia 354) to nearby Uruacu and possibly Niquelandia in the future.”

Brazil is currently the world’s third largest producer of bauxite, representing 14% of the global total. Mineracao Rio Do Norte accounts for 68% of Brazil’s bauxite, followed by Norsk Hydro and Votorantim with 12% and 8% respectively. In May 2010, Norwegian based aluminum producer Norsk Hydro acquired all of Vale’s bauxite and aluminum activities in a $4.9 billion deal representing the largest single foreign direct investment into Brazil’s alumina and bauxite industry for the year 2010. Project infrastructure is uncommonly good due to the proximity of the property to the Nickel Laterite deposit of Vontorantim.
