Aside from making sure that it's completely furnished and comfortable to reside in, securing it from unwanted break-ins and robberies is essential. How can you accomplish this job then? Your very best bet would be to get in touch with the assistance of the skilled locksmith. A person who has the experience performing this kind of job can provide your house with the protection it really deserves. Here are a few of the ways a locksmith can help you out.

Lock Bumping Keys and probably the most common service a locksmith can supply you would be to get you back again into your home in the occasion that you have locked you and your family out. This gets to be even much more tough when you have misplaced your house keys. What exactly can a locksmith do to assist you? For starters, as soon as he's within your residence, he can take the lock cylinder to pieces and decode the pins. From your information he has obtained, an authentic key that matches the misplaced one could be produced. You'll be able to then have as many duplicates created from this in case you might be inclined to misplacing your keys.

Lock replacement and lock improvement are two other services that a expert locksmith will likely be able to supply. The same as just about anything, a lock will eventually wear out in due time, whether it's due to the lock cylinder getting worn out due to too much use or even the latch bolt breaking from being retracted once too frequently. Becoming up to date on all modern lock designs and residential safety concerns is something that your neighborhood locksmith will have firsthand understanding on. For example, he will probably be fully aware with the dangers that lock bumping poses and definitely will recommend which you go for a driver pin upgrade.

This task is achieved by replacing all standard driver lock pins using the type that is from the spooled or mushroom variety. If you would like to spend less money on this, it is best that you have this protection upgrade accomplished when your locks are being rekeyed.

Even though you're inside the process of building your home, you may not be conscious that your particular contractor is reducing costs by building your home with only one knob or lever handle securing one or both of the garage area doors. This is a big safety risk since the dead latches on knobs as well since the lever handles do not extend far enough in to the door jamb. A robber can effortlessly break in and get his hands on your valuables. Lock Bumping Key, in order to address this, you'll require to install a brand new deadbolt above the knob on all your exterior and garage doors. A professional locksmith may also offer you some more reinforcement for the doors within the shape of security strike plates with three inch screws. This may aid reinforce your door jamb from any kick-in-the-door attack.

Lastly, the locksmith you employ will likely be able to open any combination safe you've at home. At times, you might have lost the safe's combination over time because of memory loss or perhaps the holder of the combo died and took the secret to the grave. Whatever the case may be, a locksmith will probably be able to destroy that safe open after which restore it back to its original working order. If you want to steer clear of this from occurring in the foreseeable future, it really is suggested that you simply go for a contemporary digital lock. A lock like this can allow you easy entry together with the ability to change the lock combo anytime.

Some of the requirements are as follows:

All working parts of the mechanism must be constructed of brass, bronze, stainless steel, or equivalent corrosion-resistant materials or have a protective finish complying with UL’s Salt Spray Corrosion test.
Have at least 1000 key changes
Operate as intended during 10,000 complete cycles of operation at a rate not exceeding 50 cycles per minute.
The lock must not open or be compromised as a result of attack tests using hammers, chisels, screwdrivers, jaw-gripping wrenches, pliers, hand-held electic drills, saws, puller mechanisms, key impressioning tools, and picking tools.
The attack test includes 10 minutes of picking, 10 minutes of key impressioning, 5 minutes of forcing, 5 minutes of drilling, 5 minutes of sawing, 5 minutes of prying, 5 minutes of pulling and 5 minutes of driving.

Another important factor in lock bumping security is key control. The most secure locks have patented key blanks that are available only from the lock manufacturer. At the next level of key control are key blanks that can be cut only on special key machines. This type of key control greatly reduces the number of places where an unauthorized person can have a key duplicated. The least secure locks use keys that can be copied at virtually any hardware or department store. To learn more about lock bumping and high security locks you can visit this link to Amazon and purchase The Complete Book of Locks and Locksmithing

Lock bumping might be referred to as lock picking’s lesser known cousin. It’s an unfamiliar term at best. It is, however, at least as big a problem as lock picking, and perhaps even more sinister for what it entails. Bumping is a type of lock picking. Instead of using typical lock picking tools though, all that is required is the use of a bump key. It has, for this reason, the potential to be much more sinister than lock picking.

One of the biggest problems is that few locks are immune from lock bumping. This is because most locks work on the same principle. The most common type of lock, found on every home and business in the world, is the pin-and-tumbler lock. To understand how lock bumping works, it helps to understand how a pin and tumbler system functions.

Inside every pin and tumbler lock is a cylinder (or key cylinder.) Within the cylinder is a chamber (the plug) containing stacks of pins. The pins it contains vary in length. When the correct key is inserted into the cylinder, the ridges or teeth on the key match the pins inside. Rotating the key causes the pins to spring apart and the plug to rotate. This rotation releases the latch from the door jamb.

Trying to insert the wrong key will produce one of two results. Either the key will not enter the cylinder at all, or, it will enter the cylinder, but won’t be able to rotate the plug because the match is incorrect.

Old-school lock picking usually requires a broad range of tools. Lock bumping, in contrast, requires only one special key. A lock bump key looks like an ordinary door key. It would be unlikely to draw any suspicion, were it to be used to gain illegal entry to a home.

To the untrained eye, a bump key might pass for a regular key. A closer inspection, though, would reveal that the teeth (or ridges) and the notches are even. All of the cuts, in fact, are made to maximum depth. They may also be referred to as “dummy keys” or “999″ keys. The number “999″ is derived from the fact that the cuts are all made to a depth of nine.

Opening a door lock with a 999 key isn’t as simple as simply inserting and turning. It does take a particular feel and a certain degree of practice, just as old-fashioned lock picking does.

What is alarming about bump keys is that only two tools are required: a 999 key and a small “bump tool.” A would-be criminal will draw much less attention to himself with a bump key than with a set of locksmithing tools.

Why? It gave locksmiths a bad impression in society and spread out trade secrets that exposed how endangered the public had become with locks that are currently on the market causing suspicion and uncertainty among the general society.

However, to the locksmith industry the rise in the popularity of bump keys brought both positive and negative consequences. Not only did it make it more important (and harder) for a locksmith to gain credibility in order to succeed in a legitimate business, it also caused a raise in criminal rates with petty thieves attempting easier robberies using locksmith techniques; though this did bring more work to the genuine locksmiths, it also made the profession seem easy and brought forth the weakness of security nowadays, which arose even more challenges to the genuine locksmiths.

A locksmith works in a circle, building locks, perfecting them, selling them to the public and then having to pick them or disassemble them for people who have lost or misplaced their keys. Locksmiths are still respected and are still a very necessary group and in some ways, the sudden publicity over the bump keys increased business for locksmiths, so all in all we can say it was actually quite positive.

Criminals will always attempt to invade homes, business, cars and safes. They have a wealth of information about lock bumping. There are a few lock bumping videos out there that will scare the pants off you. I have even seen some videos of how to lock bump.

Lock bumping originated in Europe. It seems that in late 70's some locksmiths figured out how to compromise our conventional door locks. This was all well and good because the rest of the world knew nothing of this. But with the advent of internet and it was only a matter of time before this secret lock bumping technique got out and into the wrong hands. All you have to do is type in bump keys and you will get a bunch of companies selling the keys.

There are a few lock bumping solutions out there. Security experts suggest that you light up your doors, get a dog or just put better high security locks on your doors. The high security locks cost around 150 each but it is well worth the piece of mind if you are really frightened by lock bumping and the though of someone have a key to your doors.

I personally had to try lock bumping to see if it works. To my amazement it took me only 30 minutes or so to figure it out. I was truly amazed when the lock actually opened from this lock bumping technique.

Well you better think again!

Lock bumping and the bump key have changed the game of lock security. Nearly every door to every home in every neighborhood can be unlocked or opened in a matter of seconds with virtually no noise via lock bumping. Over 90 percent of all doors in America use a pin tumbler lock which is vulnerable to lock bumping. This locking system is so old and outdated that it was patented during the civil war. Lock bumping as it is now called was first discovered during the 1970’s by a small circle of locksmiths in Denmark. However that was then and this is now. With the advent of the internet it was only a matter of time before the technique of lock bumping would reach America and our doors. There is a solution and to protect yourself and your family against the bump key you need to update and replace your old pin tumbler locks with new high security locks. You can either buy yourself a new lock or buy a non lock device that basically stops the inside deadbolt handle from turning. It seems that no lock is fully bump proof but these locks below make it a lot harder for the average joe to bump the lock.

Bump Keys:

Schlage Bump Key

Medeco Bump Key

Kwikset Bump Key

Master Lock Bump Key

Also a good thing to do to your current lock is spray some lock lubricant or WD40 into it. The lubricant will make the springs and pins move a lot faster with create less resistants thereby having them fall back into place so that they don't stay up in the cylinder which allows it to then turn or open.

For more information on lock bumping and how to protect you against it, visit our public service site Lock Bumping .org

Then they showed a diagram of the key and how it works. Ironically, the program was supposed to air the week before, but at the last minute, I was notified that the segment had been “bumped” by the Michael Jackson tragedy. Tragedy? Really?

I don’t know why the renewed interest in lock bumping, but I have received calls from several media representatives about the issue in the past few weeks. I am quite sure that our friends at Medeco were very pleased with the story. As I told the correspondent, they are good locks, but not quite as good as they say. For residences, they are just fine, as are Schlage Primus and other brands. Note that the NBC story never claimed that the Medeco cylinders were bump-proof. Only Medeco and many of its dealers continue to represent that falsehood, while at the same time claiming that “they never said it…others did” and that Medeco cannot control what their employees and dealers say! The question as to when Medeco will level with their dealers and customers about the insecurity of their products will be left for another post, and venue. One would have expected a statement from Medeco after their wired fiasco, but true to form…nothing.

Security is all about liability; this maxim may prove to be a very expensive lesson for Medeco and its parent company to learn.

We went to two upscale houses in New Jersey and opened the locks in seconds.

Any joy at Medeco will likely be short-lived. They will be issuing a security alert with regard to electro-mechanical locks and what we perceive as extremely serious vulnerabilities. During the past year, we have focused our efforts on Assa Abloy Cliq technology that is shared by Mul-T-Lock, Medeco, Ikon, and maybe even Assa itself. It should come as no surprise that we found what we believe to be serious design flaws in these locks, both in terms of mechanics and electronics. Anyone who thought that we were ending our research efforts with Medeco will find that the story has just begun. Key control, covert entry, and forced entry…all the same issues that we found wanting in the Medeco bump keys locks… are alive and well in Logic, Cliq, and NexGen and should prove highly relevant for everyone concerned with the security of electronic locks.

And for those of you that are not familiar with NexGen, these are the very neat cam locks that are used in vending machines (for example thousands of machines owned by Coca Cola in Philadelphia); In major municipalities’ parking meters (in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami Beach, and New York); and also for the protection of cargo shipments in padlocks. Audit trails and revenue security are the prime rationale and justification to install these expensive locks ($100-$150). We think that the premise for implementing these locks might have to be reviewed and re-thought after DefCon. Not only will the implied guarantee of revenue security have to be re-examined, but the issue of potential false accusations that could affect innocent employees will most surely be a serious topic for some labor unions and legal counsel. Insurers and underwriters may also be involved because their premiums are based upon risk assessment. We believe that high-value targets may be at increased risk from the use of certain locks; hence insurability and premium rates could be affected lock bumping.

During our presentation we will review some of the representations in the advertising of certain vendors, and why we believe these may not only be overstated, but inaccurate and uninformed at best, and false and misleading at worst. We are producing a very detailed WhitePaper with regard to this issue. The title still applies to some of these electronic locks.

A Medeco Bump Key is pictured below.

If you have a Medeco lock then you will have a specific Medeco Bump Key made for that lock. So basically there is only one bump key for a brand or model of lock. The manufacturer of these locks don’t sell the bump keys They sell the blank keys to locksmiths or companies with a key copying machine under good intentions but the bad guys will modify the key and make a bump key from the blank. This has been going on for awhile but with the advent of the internet and the free transfer of information it is has gotten out that you can make a bump key or basically a modified key that will unlock your brand of lock from a key blank.

Residents of upscale apartment complexes would return home at the end of the day to find their doors unlocked and their apartments robbed. Even more puzzling, the thieves were able to hit a dozen or more apartments in one day! How did they do this?
Detective Scott Peterson was the one to finally solve the crime, discovering that the thieves, later known as the Bump Key Bandits, were employing lock bumping, a technique often used by locksmiths to open doors.

A locksmith in Denmark first developed the technique of lock bumping. At first, the method was to insert a key and apply a slight pressure while tapping on it with a hammer or screwdriver. The force caused the tumblers in the key's cylinder to jiggle and sometimes open up. Sometime around 2002, a simple tool called a bump key was developed to make the process easier. Bump keys are not illegal, and can easily be purchased on the internet. In fact, most commercial and residential locksmiths keep bump keys in their arsenal of tools for opening locked doors.

In 2005 Barry Wels and Rop Gonggrijp of the Dutch organization TOOOL (The Open Organization of Lockpickers) drafted a paper detailing the method and application of lock bumping. This technique finally attracted a great deal of attention in 2005 following the broadcast of a Dutch television show. The show detailed the risk of illegal entry and potential for theft by using lock bumping techniques.

Around the same time, an American security expert, Marc Tobia, began to publicly discuss the technique and its serious security risks. This information began to circulate through the media, and criminals in the United States and other countries quickly took note. Now there are numerous online resources for anyone wanting to learn how to bump locks. Kits for making bump keys are readily available to anyone with a credit card, and thus the technique of lock bumping has become a major security risk to the general public.

So how do you protect yourself and your family? Ironically, many high quality locks on the market today only make lock bumping easier. Very expensive locksets are manufactured with precise tolerances in the key cylinder. Because the pins work so smoothly, lock bumping becomes much easier. Furthermore, locks made of hardened steel are even more vulnerable because they are less prone to damage during the bumping process, whereas a cheaper lock is more likely to jam and not open.

Locks with security pins (for example, spool or mushroom pins) combined with a regular tumbler mechanism generally make lock bumping more difficult. Electronic locks, magnetic locks, and locks using rotating disks are even better options because they can rarely if ever be opened via lock bumping. Another option is a type of lock featuring trap pins. The pins in these locks' key cylinders are designed to jamb when someone tries to bump the lock.

Many companies now sell bump proof or bump resistant locks; however, bear in mind that as of yet, there is still no official standard as to what constitutes a bump proof lock. For absolute security, look for locks that don't have a slot for a key, such as touchpad locksets requiring you to enter a combination to open the door. After all, a thief can't enter your home with a bump key if there's no place to insert it!

Apartment dwellers remain the most vulnerable to lock bumping attacks. Because most apartment locks can all be opened by one master key, they are extremely easy to bump, thus the reason why the Dallas thieves targeted only apartment complexes. If you do rent an apartment, insist that the locks be changed before you move in, so that prior residents cannot enter your home. If your landlord refuses to change the locks, inquire if you can replace them on your own. If all else fails, choose a safety prop or some other device to prevent unauthorized entry.

Having a flimsy lock will make you a target for thievery. Some closets are not at all equipped with any form of security feature. If you’re curious about how robbers try to pinch other people’s things, listed here are some of the strategies.
The Tricks That Robbers Use
1. Lock Pick
Some people are trying hard to learn lock picking strategies as a hobby. After all, lock picking is a practical talent to have. Some skilled burglars can use whatever is available to pick a lock. Some of the more common tools used for picking are spring steel and other metals. A robber may get these tools as is, or they may improvise using common items. A bobby pin can serve as a pick if the end is made into a hook or an S-shape. A small screw driver can perform as a tension wrench, which is needed to twist the lock once the thief has released the pins within the locking mechanism.
2. Producing a Duplicate Key
Old keys can be cut to be a generic key or a bump key. Some duplicate keys have been created from wax impressions. One common item employed for key impressioning is wax. Producing another key out of that impression is straightforward, so long as the general outline of the key is there.
3. Lock Bumping
Lock bumping is a technique that works for most common lock types. Lock bumping may be quick and fast. A tension wrench can be used for this function. Bumping entails the use of force to release the pins inside the lock while a device (a lock pick or any other key) is inserted. Some locks unlock after only several bumps.
The challenge is to be more informed about lock picking and bumping locks. More information on anti-theft strategies, fundamental home protection and physical security are available on the picking locks online page.

For some reason people also think that a keyless lock offers better protection than a traditional keyed lock coupled with the added convenience of not having to use a key. Almost all modern day keyless locks for sale have one major flaw built into them that make them no more secure than a normal pin and tumbler lock.

You see, in order to unlock a keyless lock that has malfunctioned a backup key is used to unlock the lock. This means that the lock is susceptible to being picked, vandalized and lock bumped just like a regular lock. How can a lock be vandalized you wonder? Simple, just put some dirt into the keyhole or squirt in some glue and you will ruin the lock. From watching TV and movies you see how someone with a little know-how can easily pick a lock and there are modern lockpicking guns for sale on the Internet that make it very easy for a novice to pick a lock. The most unsettling of all is the lock bumping technique. Almost everyone that I know has never heard of lock bumping but once I explain it to them they are shocked. Lock bumping is very easy to learn on the Internet. There are many Youtube clips that show someone how to make a bump key from a normal house key and how to then use it to bump a lock. I have seen 12 year olds bump open a lock in seconds. That’s how easy it is to do.Worse still is that over 90% of all locks on our doors today can be bumped open by virtually anybody in quite literally seconds. Some lock makers have tried to create “bump proof” locks but the last model released by a well-known lock maker was soon bumped after it was released. The key (no pun intended) to purchasing a keyless lock that will not only give you the convenience factor of no keys and offer a high level of security is to spend hours looking for the best keyless lock that has no keyhole. Of course who has the time and inclination to search through pages of Google results and read countless articles (many of them worthless) and reviews?

I have done quite a bit of research into finding the best keyless lock and I have come to the conclusion that the Sunnect AP501 is the ideal keyless lock that offers convenience and safety. In fact, the Sunnect AP501 just won the coveted Consumers Digest Best Buy Award in the Electronic Deadbolt division and has been praised by professional locksmith magazines and well-known locksmiths on their websites.

But turning a blank key into a bump key isn’t as simple as it looks in those Web videos.

First, a key must fit into the lock someone wants to pick—even if the key can’t open the door, it must slide all the way into the lock. A thief would also need to schlep around hundreds of keys to the home(s) they intend to enter since there are so many different key fits on the market.

“Just think of the selection displayed when you get a key duplicated in a hardware store,” says John Galeotafiore, our director of testing for home improvement.

Next, the crook would need to file the cuts in the key down to the deepest depths and then use a “bumping” tool to bounce the pins and open the lock.

“Ultimately, the consumer is responsible for assessing the risk of an attack from bumping,” wrote Marc Weber Tobias, author of Locks, Safes, and Security. In a 2006 analysis on lock bumping, Tobias pointed out that apartment buildings or business complexes that utilize one standard lock brand and model face a high risk of having their locks compromised. The same goes for homeowners whose old keys fall into the wrong hands after a lock has been changed for a similar model.

For more lock bumping information you visit this public site. http://lockbumping.org

The main reason behind the increasing occurrence of lock bumping is because you can break any lock and get into the home without using any special equipment. 90 percent of household locks can be opened quickly with lock bumping techniques. Though lock bumping is happening too frequently, it can definitely be prevented.

Lock Bumping Technique

The technique of lock bumping has become very popular and the videos and tutorial are easily available on internet. By reviewing any of the easily available information online, anyone can get the information about lock bumping. Unfortunately, households and lock manufactures are not aware about the burglary technique. As they do not have any idea about it, they can not defend themselves from such incidents. Families with homes that have ordinary and much older locks are the main victims of lock bumping in Pembroke Park city.

Using a pin and tumbler mechanism makes door locks and any one can open it by using a pin. A burglar uses a number of pins. The tumbler is detained in place until the key is placed in and pushes them to the right heights which makes the lock rotate and open. It hardly takes few seconds to open any lock. You just have to have a filed down bump key and a solid whack. The blank key drives all pins into place whereas the whack keeps them in place, allowing a burglar to open the lock without any sign of forced entry. So, it is even harder for the police to track.

Bumping free lock

The best solution for lock bumping is to purchase a lock which is designed to fail lock bumpers. As the lock manufacturers of Pembroke Park city are becoming more aware about lock bumping, you can get higher end locks which are ‘bumping’ free. Such bumping free locks are made up with different styles and use a rotating disc, and a combination of electric locks.

You can also minimize chances of lock bumping by installing a slide-bolt lock or chain in order to keep burglars away from your house. Your locksmith company can easily arrange and install high security locks locks. The days are gone when we could rely on a single ordinary lock to protect our house from burglaries, theft crimes. As the technology has changed vastly over the years, criminals have started using hi-tech equipment to enter your home. Hire a reliable locksmith company in Pembroke Park city and set yourself free from such worries.

Author info :
I’m here to help people find honest Locksmith Palm Springs

More precise manufacturing tolerances within the cylinder make bumping easier because the mechanical tolerances of the lock are smaller, which means there is less loss of force in other directions and mostly pins move more freely and smoothly. Locks made of hardened steel are more vulnerable because they are less prone to damage during the bumping process that might cause a cheaper lock to jam.

Locks having security pins (e.g. spool or mushroom pins)—even when combined with a regular tumbler mechanism—generally make bumping somewhat more difficult but not impossible.

Because a bump key must only have the same blank profile as the lock it is made to open, restricted or registered key profiles are not any safer from bumping. While the correct key blanks cannot be obtained legally without permission or registration with relevant locksmith associations, regular keys can be filed down to act as bumpkeys.

Locks that have trap pins that engage when a pin does not support them will jam a lock's cylinder. Another countermeasure is shallow drilling, in which one or more of the pin stacks is drilled slightly shallower than the others. If an attempt were made on a lock that has shallow drilled pin stacks, the bump key will be unable to bump the shallow drilled pins because they are too high for the bump key to engage.

Locks that only use programmable side bars and not top pins are bump proof. Bilock is an example of this technology. Many bump-resistant locks are available which can not be easily opened through the lock bumping method. Baldwin and Schlage are two brands that offer bump resistant locks

Electronic locks, magnetic locks, and locks using rotating disks, such as disc tumbler locks, are inherently invulnerable to this attack, since their mechanism does not contain springs. However, some electronic locks feature a key backup that is susceptible to lock bumping.

CBS 21 News is looking into lock bumping.

Key bumping isn't a new issue but people are talking about it more and more, mainly because it's getting so much attention online. Pings or dents in the keys are what make a key unlock a door. Key bumping uses a bump key and a series of taps to open a door.

We certainly don't want to give criminals a how to, but we do want people to be aware of this. Key bumping is essentially a lock picking technique using a specially-crafted key, sometimes called a 999 key. It's groves are made as deeply as possible so it fits a door but won't unlock it.

The bumping part refers to forcing the key to interact and turn the lock. Some online demonstrations say they will work all the time. But locksmiths we talked to said the chance of a criminal walking up to a home and immediately getting in with one is very rare. And police say a good lock and relationships are the best defense.

"Bottom line is, if people want in your homes they are going to," said Sgt. Rod Varner. "The best thing you can have anymore are good neighbors, if they see something they can call 911 immediately."

And police say they are always happy to come inspect your home and your locks if you are worried about this. But again they say they aren't seeing a terribly high number of these cases, but it is on their radar.

A Kinect Adventure is a related series of activities that provides you with opportunities to win bigger and better rewards. Sometimes a Kinect adventure sticks with one type of activity (such as playing on the Rally ball courts), and sometimes it involves a selection of activities (such as rafting in River Rush and then playing Rally ball). Either way, completing and adventure takes you one step closer to reaching the coveted Expert Xbox Kinect Adventurer status!

Kinect Rally Ball - It's played like this: There's a ball in front of you, just floating in the air. Reach out and whack it. Use any body part. Use more than you hands, such as legs when you have multiple balls in play.

Kinect River Rush - In river rush, you control a raft with your body by moving side-to-side and jumping.

Kinect Reflex Ridge - Ready to run the gauntlet? Hidden away in the mountains sits the original obstacle machine constructed by the adventure team for an ultimate high-altitude fitness test. The important thing to remember is: When you see an obstacle coming at you get out of the way! Except for the pins you want to collect them. You have to jump, duck, step to the right, step to the left, and occasionally reach up and grab pins, which can be counterintuitive when you're reflexively avoiding obstacles, making reflex ridge a tricky test of mind and body.

Kinect Space Pop –Water bubbles float in the air, and so do you. Pop the bubbles by touching them with your body. To fly up just flap your arms as if they’re wings. To move to the left or right, step to the left or right, even if your avatar is off the ground. To come down, put your arms down at your sides. To hover off the ground, hold your arms still, straight out to the sides.

Kinect 20,000 Leaks – The fish want a closer look at you, but they keep poking holes in the observatory glass! You’ll need to use all available body parts to keep the water from leaking into the room. Hold your hands or fee (or head or knees) over a leak to plug it, and then move on to the next one. If multiple leaks are connected by a crack, you have to pull all of the leads to seal the crack. And fixing cracks scores you points.

Kinect Adventures Game is more fun with a friend, so why not invite on to play? Kinect Adventures reflects your experience as a player. Not only can you customize your living statues, but the Kinect game takes pictures of you as you play. You can also chat with your fiends and show off your Xbox Live achievements.
