I just wanted to pass this Yelp review on to you and Betsy. Thank you for making my callers (especially potential clients and clients) feel welcomed and reassured….

Spoke with Betsy this morning and she took my message for Ms Hartman. Beaty was so nice and patient over the telephone. I called back this afternoon and Ms Hartman was still busy Betsy took my message again to give to Ms Hartman. I guess she heard the worry in my voice. Ms Hartman called me back within 15 min and spoke in great detail about some of her experience. Even though Ms Hartman wasn’t able to directly help me she spoke with me for a good deal of an hour explaining things that both the DMV in Texas and Cal hadn’t told me about and some great information which I was able to make 2 phones and get the ball rolling.

Thank you Ms Hartman for taking the time and energy to explain my situation to me. Not too many people would be out there giving up that much time of theirs if he or she want gaining from you.

Wonderful person you are and your staff.

I hope that I will never need an attorney but if I do. I know where my first call will be.
