The Idea was to build homes, but we had no money, we were just random people still in college, we were both skilled different areas of life. We were just browsing through homes for sale, (yes we were nerds Friday night sitting at home on the computer looking thought land and property for sale, bunch of geeks I know :D)

We seen some homes for sale were around £45,000-£55,000, but 1 or 2 random were £38,000, but these houses were a total mess, old drug houses, boarded up for many years, or have caught on fire and just left, nothing do to fix them but we were thinking £45,000 was not much for a home, but we didn’t have no more than £1000 to our names, not many people have just £45,000 just sitting in the bank + more money just to do the house up, and the labour these days, cost loads.

So we were thinking of how to get this kind of money, then suddenly we had an idea what happens if we had 100 people, all put in £750 each that would then be £75,000, everyone would have 1%, or £750 would be 1%.

All profit from the home would be shared between all the investors % of the profit will go to every £750, no extra for anyone.
But if we keep the investors local, we could also use their skills on the site (every one has a skill in something). Also this is a time when people can learn new skills. Teach each other new skills, which could be in brick lying, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, gardening, architects and decorating.

Everything would be discussed, nothing would be said and done with only 1 vote, everyone will have equal rights, not 1 person have more rights that others, as everyone will put in their own money.

This is just an idea what I would like to do.
