Online Reviews are everywhere these days, ever since the Amazon and Ebay phenomenons hit, people expect to learn about companies feedback online before buying and businesses should prepare for this research.

Word of mouth has become a major information source and also a very effective advertising medium.
The benefit of reviews as personal referrals should never be underestimated as when the buyer moves with emotion it is this review that helps the decisions to be made.

Of course there are two sides to the coin, if you have gained many bad reviews and it is these that show prominently in Search results then you could have a major problem on your hands as so many people do online research before making any decisions.

Some suggestions to help with this are to encourage your customers to review you on your own site and to update information on any Business Directory websites and make it relevant to your customer.

The app is very useful where your site has an RSS feed and allows you to make a useful Web app very easily and quickly.

Once you click through the RSS feeds you can go to the site itself using Googles mobile browser that resizes images etc very clearly and quickly and makes mobile browsing a breeze.
