A bee is never as busy as it seems; it's just that it can't buzz any slower.

It's been a very long time didn't update my blog. So many thing happen, change my job get new environment of working place. Yeah feel much batter now then before. Bright future a head.

New work place much tough and so much of drama..after 2 month i finally can manage all the thing in proper way and i manage to settle it down. Have new friend new culture of people. Must be more tolerated and more open when u were in the the middle of people around u not in one group only. We are here so multicultural, and here i learn so many thing.

Here i work with my crazy friends..i love all the girls here..they make my life so cheerful everyday. Love it and everyday come to work with strong spirit and must work hard. :)

Whatever it is pass is pass, i learn how to handle my feeling and more strong then before. Okay will update my blog later, and i hope i manage to update my blog at least 1 month twice :)

Finally EURO 2012 hahahahaha...warrrhhhh i didn't get enough sleep coz of EURO 2012....

Apa logiknya gaji pembantu rumah RM700?
KAMI RASA TERANIAYA
Kuala Lumpur

SAYA terpanggil untuk merujuk kepada perjanjian persefahaman (MoU) penyelesaian pengambilan pembantu rumah Indonesia.
Adakah Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Malaysia khususnya dan Kementerian Sumber Manusia peka implikasi MoU tersebut kepada majoriti rakyat Malaysia yang memerlukan pembantu rumah.

Kenapa pihak kita selalu mengalah? Setakat minggu lepas hanya lima atau enam agensi yang bersetuju dengan bayaran RM4,511 untuk membawa masuk pembantu tersebut.

Apa pun saya ingin bertanya logikkah gaji ditetapkan sehingga RM700 sebulan dan majikan perlu mengemukakan butir peribadi kepada pihak di Indonesia terlebih dahulu. Sekarang siapa yang mencari kerja? Rakyat Indonesia atau majikan dari Malaysia.

Persetujuan Ketua Pengarah tersebut hanya untuk kepentingan golongan yang berada sahaja. Sedangkan yang ramai memerlukan pembantu adalah daripada golongan rakyat pertengahan. Gaji RM700 sebulan hampir sama gaji pekerja yang berkelayakan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.

Nampaknya, separuh gaji terpaksa diserahkan bulat-bulat kepada pembantu yang belum tentu bagus. Syarat lain, termasuk pembantu hanya buat kerja tertentu sahaja sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam permohonan.

Kaedah ini hanya layak bagi majikan yang kaya dan mempunyai rumah besar. Kalau setakat duduk rumah teres tiga bilik, anak satu atau dua (sudah mula sekolah), apa logik gaji RM700 sebulan?

My pendapat mudah jer...tak payah ambil Amah dari Indonesia..buat kerja2 rumah anda sendiri..lg berfaedah sbb boleh jimat duit n badan pun sihat...why i wrote this story because I'll become jobless in within this 2 weeks guys..so sad right..damnnn true it was so sad true story from me...

I knew that my company is close "Gulung Tikar" in bahasa last 2 weeks..what the hell was my 1st impression, where do i'm gonna do after this..i must find a new job now..so on and so on..damn stress actually...hurmm so start from that day i search for new job..until today i've attend 4 interview session, i'm not saying i'm lucky coz why 1 company want me to work with them but they only can give RM1600 instead i've earn RM2500 (without commission)for my current job now..hurmm do u think i can manage that amount and settle everything on my own..i must deduct my salary to pay my car,house,bils,food,cloth and etc...

So u guys may think..what is the related story of mine with the Amah story right...hurmm i let u guys know..the Amah earn RM700 without any deduction for only one job description..ok let say u guys..how many work you guys do in one day..ok let say u work as clerk..what is the job description (do account,do report,typing work,clear invoice ect) right so as clerk u work mostly 4-5 job in one day right..so u only been paid by ur employer is RM1500 or maybe less than that...so that my point why we as Malaysian our gov never think about us..where do they put their brain..so damn stupid....

OK i don't want to be so emotional..back to my situation as a Executive for 4 years...do i should been paid in that much..i don't think so..well what i should do???? i must accept that right "nnt org ckp I nie tak bersyukur" that sentence i always hear from people mouth..hello if u didn't got any commitment then u can say like that..as i am i can coupe that..so i will find new job get my best salary with best benefit n best experiences..

So as human i hope i will get the job that i've attend the inteview..really hope coz i see the opportunity is so bright n i can earn more money on that job...waht to do is let recite Du'a..may Allah will hear my Du'a n get the job... :)

“When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I’ve got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn’t know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly. She didn’t seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?

I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn’t talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn’t love her anymore. I just pitied her!

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company. She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn’t have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane. When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn’t want anything from me, but needed a month’s notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month’s time and she didn’t want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day. She requested that every day for the month’s duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.

I told Jane about my wife’s divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.

My wife and I hadn’t had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don’t tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn’t looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me. On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn’t tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.

She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.

Suddenly it hit me… she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.

Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it’s time to carry mom out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.

But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn’t noticed that our life lacked intimacy. I drove to office…. jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind…I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore.

She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won’t divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn’t value the details of our lives, not because we didn’t love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart. Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away. At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I’ll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.

That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed -dead. My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push through with the divorce.— At least, in the eyes of our son—- I’m a loving husband….

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves.

So find time to be your spouse’s friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!

Hi guys, as what i had promise here is some info about China, I've learn a lot of thing there, some are very good experience and some are not but i really enjoy there..lets read what I've wrote... :)

The Chinese Language

Chinese is a family of closely-related but mutually unintelligible languages. These languages are known variously as f¨¡ngy¨¢n (regional languages), dialects of Chinese or varieties of Chinese. In all over 1.2 billion people speak one or more varieties of Chinese.

Chinese Society & Culture

The Importance of "Face"

. The concept of 'face' roughly translates as 'honour', 'good reputation' or 'respect'.
. There are four types of 'face':
1) Diu-mian-zi: this is when one's actions or deeds have been exposed to people.
2) Gei-mian-zi: involves the giving of face to others through showing respect.
3) Liu-mian-zi: this is developed by avoiding mistakes and showing wisdom in action.
4) Jiang-mian-zi: this is when face is increased through others, i.e. someone complementing you to an associate.
. It is critical you avoid losing face or causing the loss of face at all times.

Confucianism

Confucianism is a system of behaviours and ethics that stress the obligations of people towards one another based upon their relationship. The basic tenets are based upon five different relationships:

. Ruler and subject
. Husband and wife
. Parents and children
. Brothers and sisters
. Friend and friend

Confucianism stresses duty, sincerity, loyalty, honour, filial piety, respect for age and seniority. Through maintaing harmonious relations as individuals, society itself becomes stable.

Collectivism vs. Individualism

. In general, the Chinese are a collective society with a need for group affiliation, whether to their family, school, work group, or country.
. In order to maintain a sense of harmony, they will act with decorum at all times and will not do anything to cause someone else public embarrassment.
. They are willing to subjugate their own feelings for the good of the group.
. This is often observed by the use of silence in very structured meetings. If someone disagrees with what another person says, rather than disagree publicly, the person will remain quiet. This gives face to the other person, while speaking up would make both parties lose face.

Non-Verbal Communication

. The Chinese' Non-verbal communication speaks volumes.
. Since the Chinese strive for harmony and are group dependent, they rely on facial expression, tone of voice and posture to tell them what someone feels.
. Frowning while someone is speaking is interpreted as a sign of disagreement. Therefore, most Chinese maintain an impassive expression when speaking.
. It is considered disrespectful to stare into another person's eyes. In crowded situations the Chinese avoid eye contact to give themselves privacy.

Chinese Etiquette and Customs

Meeting Etiquette

. Greetings are formal and the oldest person is always greeted first.
. Handshakes are the most common form of greeting with foreigners.
. Many Chinese will look towards the ground when greeting someone.
. Address the person by an honorific title and their surname. If they want to move to a first-name basis, they will advise you which name to use.
. The Chinese have a terrific sense of humour. They can laugh at themselves most readily if they have a comfortable relationship with the other person. Be ready to laugh at yourself given the proper circumstances.

Gift Giving Etiquette

. In general, gifts are given at Chinese New Year, weddings, births and more recently (because of marketing), birthdays.
. The Chinese like food and a nice food basket will make a great gift.
. Do not give scissors, knives or other cutting utensils as they indicate the severing of the relationship.
. Do not give clocks, handkerchiefs or straw sandals as they are associated with funerals and death.
. Do not give flowers, as many Chinese associate these with funerals.
. Do not wrap gifts in white, blue or black paper.
. Four is an unlucky number so do not give four of anything. Eight is the luckiest number, so giving eight of something brings luck to the recipient.
. Always present gifts with two hands.
. Gifts are not opened when received.
. Gifts may be refused three times before they are accepted.

Dining Etiquette

. The Chinese prefer to entertain in public places rather than in their homes, especially when entertaining foreigners.
. If you are invited to their house, consider it a great honour. If you must turn down such an honour, it is considered polite to explain the conflict in your schedule so that your actions are not taken as a slight.
. Arrive on time.
. Remove your shoes before entering the house.
. Bring a small gift to the hostess.
. Eat well to demonstrate that you are enjoying the food!
Table manners:
. Learn to use chopsticks.
. Wait to be told where to sit. The guest of honour will be given a seat facing the door.
. The host begins eating first.
. You should try everything that is offered to you.
. Never eat the last piece from the serving tray.
. Be observant to other peoples' needs.
. Chopsticks should be returned to the chopstick rest after every few bites and when you drink or stop to speak.
. The host offers the first toast.
. Do not put bones in your bowl. Place them on the table or in a special bowl for that purpose.
. Hold the rice bowl close to your mouth while eating.
. Do not be offended if a Chinese person makes slurping or belching sounds; it merely indicates that they are enjoying their food.
. There are no strict rules about finishing all the food in your bowl.

Tipping Etiquette: Tipping is becoming more commonplace, especially with younger workers although older workers still consider it an insult. Leaving a few coins is usually sufficient.

Business Etiquette and Protocol in China

Relationships & Communication

. The Chinese don't like doing business with companies they don't know, so working through an intermediary is crucial. This could be an individual or an organization who can make a formal introduction and vouch for the reliability of your company.
. Before arriving in China send materials (written in Chinese) that describe your company, its history, and literature about your products and services. The Chinese often use intermediaries to ask questions that they would prefer not to make directly.
. Business relationships are built formally after the Chinese get to know you.
. Be very patient. It takes a considerable amount of time and is bound up with enormous bureaucracy.
. The Chinese see foreigners as representatives of their company rather than as individuals.
. Rank is extremely important in business relationships and you must keep rank differences in mind when communicating.
. Gender bias is nonexistent in business.
. Never lose sight of the fact that communication is official, especially in dealing with someone of higher rank. Treating them too informally, especially in front of their peers, may well ruin a potential deal.
. The Chinese prefer face-to-face meetings rather than written or telephonic communication.
. Meals and social events are not the place for business discussions. There is a demarcation between business and socializing in China, so try to be careful not to intertwine the two.

Business Meeting Etiquette

. Appointments are necessary and, if possible, should be made between one-to-two months in advance, preferably in writing.
. If you do not have a contact within the company, use an intermediary to arrange a formal introduction. Once the introduction has been made, you should provide the company with information about your company and what you want to accomplish at the meeting.
. You should arrive at meetings on time or slightly early. The Chinese view punctuality as a virtue. Arriving late is an insult and could negatively affect your relationship
. Pay great attention to the agenda as each Chinese participant has his or her own agenda that they will attempt to introduce.
. Send an agenda before the meeting so your Chinese colleagues have the chance to meet with any technical experts prior to the meeting. Discuss the agenda with your translator/intermediary prior to submission.
. Each participant will take an opportunity to dominate the floor for lengthy periods without appearing to say very much of anything that actually contributes to the meeting. Be patient and listen. There could be subtle messages being transmitted that would assist you in allaying fears of on-going association.
. Meetings require patience. Mobile phones ring frequently and conversations tend to be boisterous. Never ask the Chinese to turn off their mobile phones as this causes you both to lose face.
. Guests are generally escorted to their seats, which are in descending order of rank. Senior people generally sit opposite senior people from the other side.
. It is imperative that you bring your own interpreter, especially if you plan to discuss legal or extremely technical concepts as you can brief the interpreter prior to the meeting.
. Written material should be available in both English and Chinese, using simplified characters. Be very careful about what is written. Make absolutely certain that written translations are accurate and cannot be misinterpreted.
. Visual aids are useful in large meetings and should only be done with black type on white background. Colours have special meanings and if you are not careful, your colour choice could work against you.
. Presentations should be detailed and factual and focus on long-term benefits. Be prepared for the presentation to be a challenge.

Business Negotiation

. Only senior members of the negotiating team will speak. Designate the most senior person in your group as your spokesman for the introductory functions.
. Business negotiations occur at a slow pace.
. Be prepared for the agenda to become a jumping off point for other discussions.
. Chinese are non-confrontational. They will not overtly say 'no', they will say 'they will think about it' or 'they will see'.
. Chinese negotiations are process oriented. They want to determine if relationships can develop to a stage where both parties are comfortable doing business with the other.
. Decisions may take a long time, as they require careful review and consideration.
. Under no circumstances should you lose your temper or you will lose face and irrevocably damage your relationship.
. Do not use high-pressure tactics. You might find yourself outmanoeuvred.
. Business is hierarchical. Decisions are unlikely to be made during the meetings you attend.
. The Chinese are shrewd negotiators.
. Your starting price should leave room for negotiation.

What to Wear?

. Business attire is conservative and unpretentious.
. Men should wear dark coloured, conservative business suits.
. Women should wear conservative business suits or dresses with a high neckline.
. Women should wear flat shoes or shoes with very low heels.
. Bright colours should be avoided.

Business Cards

. Business cards are exchanged after the initial introduction.
. Have one side of your business card translated into Chinese using simplified Chinese characters that are printed in gold ink since gold is an auspicious colour.
. Your business card should include your title. If your company is the oldest or largest in your country, that fact should be on your card as well.
. Hold the card in both hands when offering it, Chinese side facing the recipient.
. Examine a business card before putting it on the table next to you or in a business card case.
. Never write on someone's card unless so directed.

Hi guys..
Lame tak update kan..sgt busy dan kepenatan balik dari China..dari 18/10 - 27/10 ( 10 hari ) di perantauan byk pengalaman baru,banyak kenalan baru dan macam2 benda yang dipelajari...mesti korang tertanye2 kan happy ke g sane...ape yang boleh dicakap 90% happy another 10% tak berapa happy...

Kenape begitu hurmm as yang kt semua tahu negara China nie mmg very reunite dari segi bahasa, kebudayaan san sikap kechinaan mereka...most of the people tak reti berbahasa Inggeris..a bit difficult in terms ofcommunication but the people are very nice.

Sepanjang berada di Nanning mmg org2 sana very humble,tp yang kelakar mereka amat la menyanjungi org MALAYSIA..when they ask u where u r from in bahasa cina u just said u come from MALAYSIA they are very welcoming u..and the smile is like to ears...hahahaha really dihargai gitu...and one more bile di Nanning terasa dini ini amat dihargai dan jadi rebutan (kalah siti nurhaliza) especially when u wear a hijab sbb for them wearing a Hijab is totally come from Malaysia n they are very appreciate us.

Pada hari pertama berada di Nanning, pergi pasa malam diorg..kaki berjalan bagai nak terjabut la kirenye..trs mencari sliper la kan..tak tahan uols nak pakai kasut berjalan2 di pasar malam...tp yang pelik org2 Cina nie selumber jer pakai high heels 6 inch selumber bejalan..aku gile tabib spring la kat diorg sgt fashionable..kalau aku mau aku buka kasut then jalan kaki ayam jer...mmg la aku nie bukan jenis perempuan yang suke kan high heels...walaupun aku suke beli high heels...hahahaha

ok enough storry pasal fashion diorg...now go to the culture plak...kat China kt sedia maklum kan diorg tka belh beranak more then 1..tp ada pengecualian kalau anak pertama is perempuan the family boleh ada anak lg..but if tak dapat lelaki juga that it..tak leh beranak dah..kalau beranak jugak kena denda..that the way their gov merancang pembangunan..so kat cni most of them adalah anak tunggal org hanya dua beradik sahaja...so dr cni yang dapat dilihat mereka sgt syg anak mereka la...whatever that kids nak diorg akan usaha dapatkan...damn good rase jeles lak...and one more thing anak2 cina nie comel2 geram lak aku tgk... :p

Ok about makanan HALAL in Nanning... luckily there have 3 restaurant..one dekat Masjid(boleh makan makanan cina berlauk la esp : ikan,daging,kambing,sea food,veggi), second kedai mee tarik2...and the last one kedai masakan Uigur ( tak tau spelling betul ke tak) hahaha...also makan mee kat cni...

nie je makann yg aku leh sumbat masuk lelain tak selera langsung...

the moral of the story makanan kat Nanning aku tka enjoy sgt..so aku mmg makan mee nie jer la sbb die pedas lelain semua rasa plain jer so tak kena ngan selera melayu aku nie... :P but i enjoy being there..rasa nak pergi lg China but other part of China la..

kelaka kat cni nak orger korang tunjuk gambar jer sbb diorg tka reti bahasa lain selain Mandarin

Ok rasenyer cukup kot stroy pasal pengalaman kat sane..next issue maybe aku akan bercerita mengenai sikap,budaya n kelebihan org2 China nie..but for now rase korang boleh imagine sendiri la..tak leh cerita lebih2..korang kena rasa sendiri pengalan kat sane..lain org lain rasa pengalaman maybe aku so-so jer maybe korang gembira duduk sane...neway lagi jauh kt berjalan lg luas pandangan n more tebuka dalam berfikiran n berjumpa banyak org2 baru...

P/S : best sbb deligasi Malaysia sgt ramai n ada pengalan best ngan tak best jugak..but i found a lot of new friend..n a few still contact each other...memanjangkan ukwah katenyer...hahahaha...Nanning still in my heart..in Love with the people there...but Malaysia still the best for me :)

My Happy Weekend...

Aktiviti pada 15/10/2011..Book Fairs "Big Bad Wolf"..seriously kalau ada sesiapa yang pergi mmg akan menghabiskan duit kat book fairs nie..sebabnyer semua buku yang korang nampak korang akan nak beli..sbb ape aku ckp mcm tuh sbbnyer harga between RM3-RM25 jer...bayangkan buku harga RM100 ++ semua jg RM25 mmg gile kannnnn..

.Kat bawah nie pic berapa ramai nyer orang serbu nak beli buku..ada part main amek buku orang laint ue aku tak snap la sbb dah perpaku tgk aksi semua org..hahah seriously mmg enjoy time nie..

Sampai di tapak book fairs tue around 3..bayangkan yek dari office at 1.30pm trs drive pergi ke Bangsar pick up Cik Yaya, lepak sekejap..tetibe ada org nak kuar dr parking sbb aku block kereta die,iyela kan BAngsar la plak kan..kalau tak crowded mmg bukan Bangsar la kekdahnyer...so disebabkan org tue tak jd nak lepak lame kat kedai Aunty Cina yang jual nasi campur sedap kat Bangsar..kedai Aunty nie mmg Halal okay jgn takut...kedai die bebtul berdepan dgn rumah org..sederet dgn kedai pets kalau tak silap.. :) korang pergila try mkn kat situ mmg sedap sgt..heheh siap promote nie kedai Aunty tue.. :) Okay berbalik pada cerita asal..sampai pada pukul 3pm tuh menapak pulak la aku ngan Cik Yaya dari tpt parking...sebelum nak msk parking kereta dah berderet nih..dah mcm nak g tgk bola plak aku rase..mcm suasana aku nak g tgk match Chelsea jer heheheh betapa ramainyer org nak g book fairs..heheh..kenape parking jauh sbb konon pandai sgt la kan mengjangka takde parking kat belah depan n mls nak wat U-Turn...padahal belambak jer kot parking kat belah depan..tp takper la exercise jela konon nak sedap hati katenye..so sampai la kat tempat tuh..bile dah sampai terasa mcm aku kat IPTA lak..teringat zaman belajar2 dl n tpt pameran mcm bangunan dewan canselor heheh tpt amek exam..

Terlopong sekejap sbbnyer nak msk pun kene beratur..damnnn..tp aku ngan Cik Yaya kan selumber pass by jer la kan..yang mana yang ralit2 tuh..hahah excited sgt nak msk katenyer..ok dah msk damnnnnnn aku terpaku lg la kan sbb tak tau nak start dr mana kan..so kt star dr hujung kanan...so pilih punya pilih selama 2 jam setengah kat bawah nielist buku yang aku beli...

Okay balik jer dari book fairs nie buku first yang aku baca..damnn mmg terbaik buku nie..br baca separuh penerangan mengenaik buku nie aku akan ceritakan pada uols semua pada next post dalam bentuk ringkasan penceritaan okay... :)

Ok habis aktiviti ku di hari sabtu..sepanjang hari ahad plak aku baca buku atas nie la..then meneruskan aktiviti tgk tv sampai la aku tido..heheh...see uols semua next updated..hope korang semua happy yek..aku off selama 2 minggu sbb nak pergi China..off la sekejap..sampai jer kat Malaysia nnt aku akan usahakan mengupdate blog aku..nnt iols story ape aktiviti iols kat China n perngalaman di China... :)

It's been a long time aku tak update blog "BUTT SCRATCHER AND SUCH" nie..bukan sebab terlalu banyak kerja atau apa,cuma tak ada idea aku tulis mengenai apa..

Memandangkan pagi2 buta nie aku takde benda nak buat luahan melalui blog ala menceritakan seba sedikit apa yang terjadi sepanjang blog tidak diupdate :)

First off all rini agak sedih sebab today my best buddy (RAZA AL-HADI) akan terbang ke United State- North Carolina. Selama sebulan my very best buddy akan pergi sane..so a bit sedih la sebab dah takde buddy yg akan call tgh2 malam semata2 nak bergossip or bercerita benda2 silly2 thing that happen to him. And the best thing is when i have problem mmg directly call him n he will give some adviceyang sangat berguna dari sudut pemikiran lelaki n sometime sudut wanita...so really gonna miss u dear... :((

Ok habis cerita pasal sedih...go to next story..it's about life..ok right now aku mmg dah addicted to TWITTER..damn it..kadang2 aku boleh duduk sambil membaca twit org especially pasal news n updated something,i'm not a person who is gonna read a tweet about other life i mean somebody in list,tweeting personal problem or membebel sorang2 kat twitter mereka..tweet begini akan di abaikan oleh ku yek...hanya rakan2 terdekat yang mmg aku kenal sj aku kan bertweet n membalas tweet mereka....other then that aku bebel sorang2 kat twitter aku....suke hati aku la nak tweet aper kan...no body can judge me..it's was a personal bebel n opinion.. :)

Setelah addicted selama berbulan2 nie...aku terjumpa la kwn2 sekolah yang aku tak pernah jumpe selepas amek SPM..and ktorg berborak mcm2 topic..seriously bila berborak.. begitu terasa macam kembali ke zaman sekolah menengah..dan mengimbau kenangan berdiri atas meja..excuses me the whole class okay..hahah seriously bila ingat2 balik mmg boleh tergelak2 sendiri... :)) kenangan sekolah menengah bersama cikgu paling hensem yang tidak pernah marah tapi bila dia marah hamek kawwwwwwwww....bediri atas meja uols...chooiiii... :P

Okay habis berkenaan berjumpe kawan lame di twitter..beralih pada topik lain pulak...lagi tak berapa hari aku akan pergi ke CHINA..buat apa disana..hurmm bukan bercuti ya semua..pergi sana bekerja..membanting tulang untuk mendapatkan rezeki hahahha...ayat sgt tidak boleh blah dah mcm aku pergi bersawah padi pulak kan.. :p

Update CHINA akan diupdate bila aku dah blk..insyallah kalau tidak ada aral melintang pasti aku update... :)

Salam..
Lame tak update my blog..so many work got to be settle...well i still get my very best weekend ever... :)

Perjalanan ke Johor Bahru last Sunday..was the very great journey..Early in the morning at 5.30am,get up from bed, ironing my baju kebaya and scarf, wake up my friend Aza..get a bath around 7.20am...fetch Mr Krol and his girlfriend..

At 8am..going to Cyberjaya to pick up our friend.."mmg lbt gile nak bersiap" so unlucky...

Around 8.45 we are ready to go to Johor Bahru...park my car in front Atok's house..using his car and we are going to JB...gile byk soal jawab sampaikan gelak gile2 pecah2 perut..kalau msk Maharaja lawak mmg leh menang lah...

Ok ..habis pasal kenduri kawin around 4pm..memasing nak blah tp nak singgah ke Melaka pulak..nak jln2 n mkn2..so we a decided went to Umbai makan ikan bakar...seriously mmg best makan kat situ 11 people total only RM222++..so cheap..kalau kat KL sorry to say mmg tak dapek ler ... :) so after makan kt separate convoy..

Arrive bandar Melaka..damn so beautiful Melacca at night...mencari parking bagai nak rak 3-4 kali pusing br dpt parking...hehehe...then berjalan2 kaki..sampai nak lenguh...the best part is pergi Jongker Street...damn lg best dr Petaling Street..byk gile brang2 n cantik2 semua... :)

250 gram tepung gandum (resepi asal guna tepung kek)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garam
2 tsp cocoa powder

Bahan B -campur dan kacau sebati.

240 ml buttermilk
2 tbsp pewarna merah

Pilihan kedua - sekiranya korang tak jumpa buttermilk di kedai. Usah bimbang. Campurkan 240ml susu cair dan 1 tsp cuka. Biarkan mereka sebati bersama selama 10 minit sebelum digunakan.

300 gram gula kastor

1 tsp esen vanilla

Kesabaran, kebijaksanaan, keikhlasan dan pengalaman berumah tangga antara faktor buatkan wanita muda mudah terpikat

SEJAK kebelakangan ini, isu wanita muda memilih lelaki tua begitu hangat diperkatakan terutama selepas perkahwinan penyanyi nombor satu Malaysia, Datin Siti Nurhaliza yang dilaporkan secara meluas di media.
Sebenarnya, perkahwinan membabitkan jarak usia yang agak tinggi itu bukan perkara baru. Jika anda masih ingat, beberapa tahun dulu seorang artis muda, Azreen, pernah mengahwini kerabat Diraja Pahang meskipun ketika itu usianya belum mencecah 16 tahun, manakala suaminya berusia 40-an. Tahun lalu, bekas pengacara program popular televisyen, Nona, Datin Norjuma Habib Mohamad yang ketika itu berusia 24 tahun, turut mencuri tumpuan apabila mengahwini ahli perniagaan, Datuk Mohamed Nazim Razak, 43.
Terbaru, perkahwinan bekas model, Puteri Shahanaz Hazlin, 24, dengan ahli perniagaan Datuk Roslan Hashim yang berusia 49 tahun kembali menghangatkan isu berkenaan. Sebahagian masyarakat, seolah-olah enggan mempercayai bahawa perkahwinan dibina lahir daripada cinta yang luhur memandangkan kebanyakan jejaka dipilih mempunyai latar belakang yang berduit.
Tetapi, jika ditanya kepada si empunya badan, semuanya mengakui kematangan dan keikhlasan yang ditunjukkan suami berjaya memikat hati. Ini membangkitkan persoalan, benarkah lelaki muda tidak matang dan ikhlas dalam menjalin hubungan? Kali ini, tinjauan Citra cuba menyelongkar di sebalik rahsia perkahwinan berbeza usia itu.
Pelbagai faktor boleh dilihat menyebabkan lelaki berusia lebih memilih wanita muda sebagai pasangan hidup mereka. Ini boleh dikaitkan dengan senario beberapa dekad dulu apabila ramai ibu bapa memilih lelaki yang matang usia sebagai menantu. Misalnya, zaman dulu pendidikan tidak menjadi keutamaan dan faktor kemiskinan juga penyebab ramai ibu bapa mahukan kebahagiaan anak mereka dengan mengahwinkan anak gadis mereka dengan lelaki berusia yang berkedudukan.
Bagaimanapun faktor kesabaran, kebijaksanaan dan kematangan melalui pengalaman dalam perkahwinan dulu menyebabkan lelaki berusia lebih bijak membimbing isteri dan menguruskan rumah tangga mereka. Ini diakui sendiri oleh Azmi Salleh, 52, berkata pengalaman daripada perkahwinan yang lepas banyak membantu lelaki berusia dalam menangani masalah rumah tangga.
“Kadangkala perkahwinan berbeza usia berlaku kerana beberapa faktor misalnya lelaki berusia dipilih wanita muda berdasarkan harta dan kedudukan ekonominya yang boleh dikatakan dapat menjamin kebahagiaan keluarga. Tambahan pula, sikap golongan lelaki muda yang tidak serius dan kurang matang menyebabkan wanita muda lebih suka memilih lelaki yang matang dan pandai mengatur kehidupan berumah tangga.
“Lagipun, pada masa kini, ramai anak remaja dan lelaki muda terbabit dalam kegiatan tidak sihat seperti dadah menyebabkan lelaki berusia yang berkerjaya lebih dipilih wanita muda kerana dikatakan setanding dan layak untuk mereka yang berpendidikan,” katanya.
Bagaimanapun, beberapa orang ramai yang ditemui tidak menafikan perkahwinan sebegitu mengundang reaksi negatif daripada masyarakat. Norlaila Harun berpendapat timbul beberapa konflik yang mungkin tercetus daripada perkahwinan itu dari segi mental dan fizikal.
“Orang ramai mungkin akan menganggap lelaki berusia mengahwini wanita muda kerana gatal dan dikatakan tidak sepadan dengan isterinya yang masih muda. Malah, akan timbul kata sinis seperti kebimbangan lelaki berusia akan mengalami masalah seksual apabila umur meningkat lanjut. Kemungkinan ini berlaku kerana perkahwinan antara lelaki berusia 50-an dengan wanita 30-an atau wanita di kalangan 20-an,” kata pelajar berusia 23 tahun itu.
Pendapat Norlaila disokong oleh Aminuddin Mohamad, 25 yang berpendapat sememangnya perkahwinan sebegitu akan menimbulkan konflik kerana kebanyakan ibu bapa hari ini mengimpikan menantu yang setaraf usia dengan anak gadis mereka..
“Ada di kalangan kita berkahwin berdasarkan cinta dan mereka tidak kisah jika pasangan mereka lebih tua daripada mereka. Tetapi, tidak semua ibu bapa yang dapat menerima menantu berusia hampir sama dengan mereka,” katanya.
Bagaimanapun rata-rata orang ramai yang ditemui juga berpendapat lelaki berusia dikatakan mampu menguruskan rumah tangga serta mengawal emosi dan kerenah wanita muda. Justeru, pengalamannya sebagai suami dan bapa ketika perkahwinan yang lalu boleh membantu mereka memperbaiki keadaan dan mencari punca permasalahan seterusnya mengatasi masalah agar ia tidak berulang untuk kali kedua.
Islam sendiri sudah menggariskan beberapa panduan dan terserah kepada kita untuk memilih pasangan yang bersesuaian. Jika ingin memilih berdasarkan kecantikan, harta, kedudukan atau pangkat semata-mata, nescaya tidak bahagialah rumah tangga itu, namun jika memilih pasangan kerana agamanya, besar kemungkinan mahligai yang dibina diberkati.
Jarak usia membina gerbang perkahwinan adalah subjektif dan bukanlah penentu kepada kebahagiaan yang akan dikecapi, tetapi keikhlasan, kasih sayang, saling memahami dan menghormati antara satu sama lain dalam menjalankan tanggungjawab berumah tangga adalah dititikberatkan.
Apa yang penting, perkahwinan itu mestilah ikhlas untuk menjalankan kewajipan dan tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan Tuhan serta menyerapkan kasih sayang dalam berkeluarga bukan kerana semata-mata untuk memiliki harta, kedudukan, pangkat atau rasa terpaksa kerana faktor sebegini akan membuatkan rumah tangga tidak akan kekal lama.

Dah masuk office memulakan kerja setelah bercuti panjang dari 3 hb sampai la 7 hb Feb huh jenuh gak lak merehatkan diri kan..hehhe...tapi sgt la best nyer sbb cuti kali nie dapat berkumpul satu family....

Bermula dengan mlm Rabu 2hb Feb 2011 ermm memulakan perjalanan...hehhe sengaja jer pilih 2hb sbb aku tau semua org cina dah sibuk kat rumah dok siap2 nak mkn besar mlm tuh...so sure la kan jln tak jem...n tekaan aku sgt ler tepatnyer sbb mmg tak jem langsung...hehehhe...perjalanan sgt smooth criminal sekali...dan sampai jer di Teluk Intan hujan turun selebat2 nyer..ermm so bawak kereta pun penuh hati2 la...hehhe...hati2 la sgt kan..hati nie dah berkobar2 nak sampai umah... :)

Sampai jer rumah ermm nampaknye Paksu aku dah sampai dulu tp tungu dalam kete sbb tak cukup payung nak guna...hujan lebat tuh...umah aku pun hampir banjir kilat la jugak ha..huhuh...ermm setengah jam kendian Grandparent bersama makcik n sepupu aku sampai...ermm melengkapkan keramaian kat rumah aku ler...ermm ape lagi dah reramai tuh borak2 la kan almost kul 2 pagi tetibe rasa lapar...nasib la ada kedai mamak 24 jam...so aper lagi moh kite ke sane la kan...menjamu selera...walaupun dah kul 2 pagi late supper...

Almost kul 4 pagi br la tidor...3hb nyer bagun seawal 8 pagi...mak aku la bising panggil suh bgn...suh g pasar..huhu aku g pasar erkk ape yg aku tau...so makcik n abah teman aku la kan....Pasar lak tak buka cuti le katekan..so ape lagi penyelamat Tesco la..heheh ermm walaupun jam seawal 9 pagi org dah ramai dah....heheh

Ermm...hujan...hujan...hujan...sepanjang hari semalam..kejap renyai2...kejap lebat...dari subuh pagi sehingga la fajar melabuhkan dirinya...hujan masih tak berenti2..banyak jugak tempat yang banjir..ermm what do you expect Malaysia mmg selalu jg banjir kilat...nak salahkan siap...ermm sistem perparitan kt mmd sgt sedih...mls nak pk pjg2 la..biar la pak2 menteri yang fikirkan... :P

Ermm hari hujan ramai yang mengeluh n ramai juga yang happy...mengeluh sbb nak keluar tak boleh aktiviti terbantut..memandangkan semlm weekend kan...seharusnya kt bersyukur sbb hujan betul tak..kalau tak hujan korang sibuk nak hujan bila dah hujan korang sibuk juga nak suruh berenti....itulah manusia tidak pernah cukup dengan apa yang kt ada...(mensihatkan diri sendiri juga heheh)....

Sepanjang hari aku lepak kat rumah jer la..nak keluar mmg tak la kan...mintak ampun la mmg tidak sama sekali heheh...tkt demam la katakan...pantang je kepala nie kena hujan sikit pun nak demam bagai...ishk2...dalam aku lepak kat rumah tuh mmg semua channel aku tgk la lepas satu...satu aku tukar...tak ada yang menarik pun sbb tue aku tukar2 channel..terhenti seketika bila terbuka ulangan American Idol 10 (Chris Medina) ermm amat tersentuh dengan cinta sejati die terhadap tunang die...ermm ada lagi lelaki budiman seperti die...ermm sgt teruja n berharap sgt die akan trs budiman n ihklas mencintai tunang die... :)

Neway tak ada apa pun yang menarik cuma bila dikenangkan cerita Chris Medina nie teringat pula kisah Laila Majnun, Romeo n Juliet, dan kisah2 cinta dalam novel yang sering aku baca...aku igtkan hanya fantasi...rupa masih wujud...alangkah bagus kalau aku pun jumpe lelaki budiman mcm nie kan..heeh tetibe lak kan...ermm mls nak merepak lg..kang mengarut2 lak aku tulis...neway amat bersyukur..hujan turun penuh rahmat...semoga sentiasa dilimpahkan rahmat dariNya...Amin...

Ermmm...hari ahad tanggal 23/1/2011 aktiviti seterusnya adalah...menghadiri seminar Personaliti, Kecantikan dan Kesihatan..ramai yang hadir n banyak benda kt belaja yek korang2.rugi koang tak g..best sgt seminar nie...bertempat di PNB Darby Park kul 2 ptg start...ok tak la byk sgt snap pic sbb menumpukan perhatian kat doc tue bercakap...kat sane belajar kepentingan hormon dalam badan kt...baru la tau penyakit and whatever badan kt lemah disebabkan kt kekurangan hormon...ermm so treatment nye adalah menambah hormone yang mana kurang la...bg korang2 yang beminat treatment clinic berpusat di semenyih yek...ermm..nak ke semenyih tuh yang tak larat den dibueknyer...treatment dari ratusan dan akan mencecah ribuan ringgit maaysia kerana ia bergantung pada permasalahan anda ler yek...so go and meet the doc then decide what kind of treatment thau suitable for you la...so sediakan sen dan ringgit yang mencukupi...kate nak cantik kan so duit pun byk le nak kena keluar kan...hehehehehe

Laporan akhbar harian Kosmo!bertarikh 27 November 2008 menyebut bahawa Negeri Sembilan mencatatkan jumlah pesakit mental, diabetes dan obesiti di kalangan orang dewasa paling tinggi di negara ini. Kes terbaru yang berlaku di negeri itu adalah di Kampung Batang Rokan, Gemencheh.
Dalam kejadian penuh tragis itu, empat nyawa melayang dipercayai angkara perbuatan kejam seorang lelaki yang merupakan anggota keluarga mangsa. Lelaki yang disyaki terlibat dalam pembunuhan tersebut, Rashidi Ismail, 34, akhirnya ditahan polis di Kuala Lumpur pada kira-kira pukul 4.05 petang, 6 Januari lalu.
Kesemua mereka yang dibunuh itu adalah bapa, adik perempuan, datuk dan nenek kepada Rashidi. Lebih menggerikan apabila kepala salah seorang mangsa dibawa ke Shah Alam untuk ditanam di tanah tinggi berdekatan sebatang parit di hujung Tanah Perkuburan Islam Seksyen 21, Shah Alam.
Meneliti kes itu, mungkinkah ia satu kebetulan atau satu kenyataan yang mengiyakan bahawa Negeri Sembilan memiliki sejumlah pesakit mental paling ramai di negara ini? Sehingga hari ini, kita masih belum tahu sama ada Rashidi mengalami masalah gangguan mental, berada di bawah pengaruh dadah atau sebab-sebab lain. Namun daripada apa yang diceritakan oleh adiknya, Siti Mariam bahawa abangnya pernah putus tunang sebanyak dua kali dan tidak bekerja boleh menjadi sebab Rashidi diserang kemurungan sehingga mendorongnya bertindak kejam terhadap keluarga sendiri.
Menurut laporan Kajian Kesihatan Kebangsaan dan Morbiditi Ketiga pada 2006, antara punca gangguan mental adalah kemurungan. Ia dijangka menjadi punca utama penyakit mental menjelang tahun 2020.
Kemurungan adalah sejenis penyakit mental yang banyak berlaku tetapi kurang didiagnosis sehinggalah pesakit menjadi teruk dan memerlukan rawatan rapi. Hampir kesemua pesakit yang murung mengalami episod mood yang rendah dan hilang minat untuk melakukan aktiviti yang digemarinya sebelum ini.
Pesakit yang dilanda kemurungan juga sering mengalami kesedihan, rasa cemas atau mudah marah, rasa rendah diri yang ketara, rasa bersalah tidak bertempat, rasa tidak berupaya, gelisah serta kesukaran menumpukan perhatian dan mungkin juga menyisihkan diri daripada masyarakat, keluarga dan rakan serta cubaan membunuh diri. Kesemua faktor itu juga boleh menjurus kepada satu perlakuan yang ganas termasuk membunuh.
Pakar psikiatri dari Kedah Medical Centre (KMC), Dr. Wan Mohd Rushdi Wan Mahmud berkata, seseorang yang berada dalam keadaan di luar sedar mampu melakukan perbuatan yang pelik, luar biasa, kejam dan tidak berperikemanusiaan.
Menurutnya, mereka yang betul-betul buat (perbuatan kejam) adalah mereka yang telah lama mengalami gangguan jiwa. Biasanya, individu terbabit sudah sampai ke peringkat teruk atau psikotik sehingga kerap mengalami halusinasi.
Katanya, apabila seseorang mengalami halusinasi, mereka seolah-olah mendengar suara-suara tertentu yang sebenarnya tidak wujud.
Beliau berkata, suara-suara itu pula biasanya menyuruh mereka melakukan sesuatu yang kadangkala tidak masuk akal.
"Ada suara yang menyuruh individu terbabit membunuh diri atau mencederakan atau membunuh individu tertentu yang dianggap mengancam keselamatan mereka.
"Dalam hal ini, individu terdekat seperti ahli keluarga sama ada ibu, bapa, adik-beradik, sepupu, datuk, nenek atau saudara mara kerap menjadi mangsa," ujarnya.
Beliau menjelaskan, suara-suara 'ghaib' itu muncul daripada kepercayaan-kepercayaan salah terhadap sesuatu perkara. Misalnya, pelaku mempercayai ada orang mahu membunuhnya dan kepercayaan itu mendorongnya membunuh individu tersebut sebelum dirinya menjadi mangsa.
"Pelaku merasakan lebih baik bunuh orang itu dahulu, sebelum orang tersebut membunuh dirinya. Inilah bisikan yang sering kedengaran di telinga mereka," katanya.
Selain itu, katanya, mereka yang mengalami gangguan mental kerap merawat diri sendiri dengan mengambil dadah-dadah tertentu dan ia menjadikan gangguan yang dialami bertambah teruk.
"Penggunaan dadah seperti ice, syabu, heroin dan morfin akan menyebabkan mereka kerap membayangkan benda-benda pelik dan keadaan itu lebih mendorong mereka bertindak di luar kebiasaan,"tambahnya.
Mengulas sebab-sebab yang mendorong seseorang melakukan perbuatan di luar kebiasaan, beliau berkata, semua jenis tekanan sama ada di tempat kerja atau di rumah boleh mendorong mereka bertindak ganas.
"Lebih memburukkan keadaan jika sejarah keluarga menunjukkan ada di kalangan mereka pernah mengalami gangguan mental," katanya.
Memandangkan kes gangguan mental dilaporkan semakin meningkat, beliau mencadangkan agar rawatan terhadap gangguan mental dimasukkan ke dalam polisi insurans.
"Di negara kita, tiada perlindungan insurans untuk rawatan gangguan mental. Ini menyebabkan tidak ramai yang mahu merujuk kes mereka kepada pakar psikiatri. Saya yakin jika pihak insurans memasukkan rawatan gangguan mental di dalam polisi mereka, lebih banyak orang akan tampil mendapatkan rawatan," tambahnya.
Perunding Psikologi, Khairul Anuar Masuan berkata, terdapat dua faktor yang menyebabkan stres iaitu dalaman dan luaran.
"Faktor dalaman menyaksikan emosi seseorang tidak kuat, misalnya takut melihat darah. Jika jiwa dia kuat, melihat darah bukanlah satu masalah kepadanya.
"Faktor luaran pula melibatkan seseorang kerap memikirkan perkara yang sama berulang kali. Sehinggakan bangun tidur pada waktu pagi pun dia boleh teringatkan perkara itu. Malah, ada yang terbawa-bawa di dalam mimpi.
"Keadaan itu, jika tidak dirawat boleh membawa kepada kemurungan dan kesan daripada itu, mereka boleh berhalunisasi sehingga bertindak di luar kebiasaan," ujarnya.
Beliau mengakui jumlah pesakit yang mengalami gangguan mental semakin meningkat. Justeru, pelbagai pihak perlu bekerjasama menanganinya.
"Saya nasihatkan cuti hujung minggu digunakan dengan bijak agar segala tekanan yang bersarang di dalam diri sepanjang minggu itu dapat dilepaskan.
"Riadah bersama keluarga atau melakukan aktiviti luar yang digemari boleh membantu mengurangkan tekanan," ujarnya.
Apapun persepsi orang ramai terhadap kes terbaru yang menggemparkan itu, ia bukanlah lebih menjurus kepada siapa dan negeri mana paling banyak terlibat dalam permasalahan berkaitan kesihatan mental. Apa yang perlu dilakukan adalah masalah kesihatan terutama yang bersangkutan dengan mental hendaklah ditangani segera supaya sebarang bentuk tekanan, kemarahan, keganasan, kemurungan dan bunuh diri dapat dielakkan.
Langkah yang lebih proaktif dalam menangani masalah itu juga wajar dilakukan dari sekarang memandangkan laporan daripada Kajian Kesihatan dan Morbiditi Kebangsaan 2006 mendapati kes gangguan mental meningkat hampir enam peratus berbanding kajian yang sama dilakukan kira-kira 10 tahun lalu.
Statistik daripada kajian itu juga mendapati kira-kira tiga juta daripada 26 juta penduduk negara kita mengalami gangguan mental.
Di peringkat antarabangsa pula, kira-kira 450 juta orang di seluruh dunia dikesan mengalami gangguan mental tertentu seperti kemurungan, skizofrenia dan gangguan bipolar. Menurut Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO), daripada jumlah itu, kurang daripada separuh pesakit menerima rawatan yang diperlukan. WHO juga menganggarkan menjelang tahun 2020, penyakit mental dijangka mewakili 15 peratus daripada penyakit global.
Ia kini menjadi penyakit lazim dan statistik tahun 2008 menunjukkan kira-kira 400,227 pesakit mental di Malaysia mendapatkan bantuan psikiatri di hospital-hospital kerajaan. Angka itu menunjukkan peningkatan sebanyak 15.6 peratus berbanding 346,196 pesakit pada 2007.
Memandangkan masalah kesihatan mental kini menjadi sebahagian daripada cabaran era moden yang berlaku dalam masyarakat hari ini, maka pelbagai pihak perlu bersatu tenaga membantu menangani penyakit tersebut. Antara pihak yang boleh bekerjasama dalam perkara itu adalah Kementerian Kesihatan, majikan, pihak pengurusan universiti dan sekolah serta pertubuhan bukan kerajaan (NGO).
Kempen mencegah penyakit mental boleh dilakukan sepanjang tahun bukan sahaja di peringkat sekolah dan universiti, malah ia perlu melibatkan masyarakat yang tinggal di pedalaman, kampung, pinggir bandar mahupun bandar raya besar.
Di peringkat majikan sama ada sektor awam atau swasta, usaha mengesan kakitangan yang mempunyai masalah kesihatan mental, tekanan dan kemurungan perlu dilakukan dari semasa ke semasa. Janganlah sekadar kita menunggu sambutan Hari Kesihatan Mental Sedunia yang jatuh pada bulan Oktober setiap tahun barulah kempen dan aktiviti kesihatan mental diadakan.
Pengerusi Institut Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan Negara (NIOSH), Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye dalam satu laporan Utusan Malaysia bertarikh 23 November 2009 menekankan betapa kakitangan yang mempunyai masalah kesihatan mental, tekanan dan kemurungan di tempat kerja perlu diberi rawatan segera oleh majikan.
Menurutnya, ia perlu dilakukan segera bagi menangani produktiviti golongan pekerja di negara ini, selain mengenal pasti pekerja yang mempunyai masalah berkenaan supaya rawatan dan kaunseling dapat diberikan segera.
Beliau mencadangkan majikan agar memperkenalkan Program Bantuan Untuk Pekerja yang berfungsi mengambil langkah-langkah pencegahan serta membantu pekerja yang menghadapi masalah berkaitan kesihatan mental, tekanan dan kemurungan.
Selain itu, seorang pakar psikiatri dari Toronto, Kanada, Dr. Ted Lo berkata, kurangnya pendidikan mengenai aspek gangguan mental menjadikan mereka yang menderita gangguan tersebut enggan mengakuinya.
Keengganan seseorang untuk dikaitkan dengan penyakit mental berpunca daripada stigma sosial dalam komuniti terhadap masalah berkenaan.
"Faktor persekitaran dan perspektif budaya yang negatif terhadap gangguan mental telah menghalang ramai pesakit mendapatkan bantuan yang sewajarnya," katanya.
Justeru, stigma dan prejudis masyarakat terhadap penyakit mental perlu dihapuskan bagi menggalakkan lebih ramai pesakit menemui pakar untuk mendapatkan rawatan.
Kesimpulannya, tragedi hitam yang berlaku melibatkan kehilangan nyawa, amukan dan perbuatan membunuh diri adalah peringatan pahit dalam kehidupan kita akibat daripada penyakit yang hakikatnya boleh dirawat. Langkah-langkah menanganinya sepatutnya tidak diabaikan dalam usaha kita mencapai tahap negara maju menjelang 2020.
