I’m grouchy this morning, so you’ll probably want to skip the blog today.

I’ll put it under the bonus comic.

We’ve been running behind lately but… this place isn’t making any money so it isn’t a priority.  From now on, it’ll get done when it does.  Or it won’t.

I think the internet is over with personally.  It’s been ruined by facebook and by cellphones.  This will be our last year on it.  After that we’ll only be underground.  That will make us cooler anyway.  It’s also the only place we ever sell anything.

Meanwhile… the website is paid up for a year.  We now regret not letting it expire.  We don’t know a damn thing about making a website and we suck at it.  But… here we are for a little while longer.

And now I have to go and get money.

Hi.

So I’ve started patient-acting.  My first assignment is going to be back pain.

I’m back pain.

Some people thought I was a pain in the neck or the rear but I’m not.

Also my busking is going well.

Today I played drums on the street with a guitarist and made some decent money while having fun.  It was great.

That project/experiment is evolving nicely.  Big plans for that are taking shape.

I also got a lead on an outdoor market that might be good for ButterSword.  We’ve tried outdoor markets before with not much success, but this one might be cool because you can split your 10 X 10 space and it costs less.  Also you can get a space for the day and not just the whole darn year.

And now I’m off to get caught up on my comic reading.  Your comic!

I apologize for my lack of a blog last time.  Also my internet neglect.

Tomorrow I have a new gig so… life has been different.  Hectic.

So today I have extra comics to make up for my absence, and a promise to find some extra time for ButterSword.

Hello!

Well I didn’t get The Big World installed into my Baldur’s Gate games.  I did try a lot, but even if you break down and follow the instructions exactly…

It doesn’t really work.  It’s bull.

Instead I chose to install Easy Tutu and a bunch of mods.  One of them is the classic pen and paper module L1 The Secret of Bone Hill.

I said bone!

Anyway… that’ll be awesome.

I can’t remember if I’ve posted these next two comics recently.  If I have I am apologetic about that.  They do seem to be pretty applicable to my nonsense lately though.

Just a quick post today.  My computer game arrived in the mail so i’m off to install it and over 100 hours of bonus material.

It’s allegedly an average of a nine hour install.

Hi!  Friday is upon us.

I have been very busy as of late.  I have started street busking with others and have gotten some very positive feedback so far.  It’s nice to skip rehearsals and club owners and booking agents and amplification and lousy soundmen…

Parking downtown still sucks, and taking a pee is usually a headache, but that can certainly be said of clubs too.

Today Jen and I found a few extra hours to work on the van.  Pictures soon.

As a treat for myself, I have a classic computer game headed my way in the mail.  It’s Baldur’s Gate 1 plus Tales of the Sword Coast.

I’m going to install it and its sequel on an old laptop with the mod The BiG World Project!  It’s over 100 hours of newly added fan material and it’s all (mostly all) awesome stuff!  Want to know more?  The article here explains it nicely.  Gets you started at least.

I was going to save it for when I was too old to do anything else, but I might be running marathons by then.  You never know.  Anyhow… I can’t stay away from it for too long.  I’m addicted to it.

At least it isn’t as bad as smoking crack I guess.

And now I’d like to finally speak all about the recent event I attended.

It was called The Austin Nerd Cave Showcase and it was really great!  It didn’t have very many nerds, but it did have some really cool other people.

My next door neighbor was Dan.  He has a comic called Latex Avenger.  He was funny and cool and gave me a full color comic book!

Also I got another one of Barry’s business cards somehow.  Barry Comp and Shane Campos are the RackRobo duo.  But everyone already knows that! Racketeer Robot rules!

I also got a business card and a poster from Aaron Bir.  He has a ton of stuff going on amidst his many webpages.  Amongst it all is a graphic novel three years in the making!

Lisa Chouinard had the coolest soap amongst her many cool things that had toys inside!  One was a Marx WW2 sniper army man!  If I’d had soap like that as a kid I would have washed my hands all the time!  Gotta get to the toy inside!

Lastly I’d like to send a big shout out to ShoNuff Studio and Halo Seraphim and Terry Parr.  Thank you thank you thank you!  You are awesome!
