This bathroom is elegantly-styled, yet has a soothing, calming ambience. I like the color presentation of 'chocolates', both dark chocolate and vanilla chocolate. This bathroom has two televisions, which are surely great for multi-tasking while in it! They were included at the bachelor-client's request and BTDT granted his request with this gorgeous result.

Beautiful kitchen designed for a bachelor-client. I like the stunning countertops and the way they tie in the colors of the dark chocolate wood cabinetry, and the stainless steel fixtures, appliances and accessories. It's a very attractive kitchen.

French chateaux are one of my favorite architectural styles, and when I saw this one online, it was breathtaking! Beautiful Artist's Studio Possibilities Nestled Among Heavenly, Green Trees and Gardens

Hello, Friends! During my search for design inspiration for an artist's studio, I saw the following gorgeous possibilities at Houzz.com. Each structure and its surroundings are beautiful, yet I do have favorites among them. My favorites are:

Number One - This structure is a favorite because of its shape, windows, deck and elevated location among those gorgeous evergreen trees and garden! (I do not think I'd ever sit on the edge like that guy is, even though he appears to be quite comfortable!)
Number Five - This building is a favorite because of its skylight / see-through roof, the windows, doors, architectural trim and the lush greenery it sits among.
Number Six - This one is a favorite because of its pagoda-style, its windows, the wrap-around deck, the walking-path and all of the blissful greenery it is situated among!
Number Seven - This gorgeous cabin-like building is a favorite because of its roof, dormer, columns, wide entry with glass doors, stone terrace, stone fire pit and the tranquil-looking surround of those beautiful, deciduous and evergreen trees!
Number Eight - This one is a favorite because of its overall appearance, including the steps, the balcony and the amount of sunlight illuminating the interior through the window(s).

Hello, Friends! Today's video features a home staging project by Imagine This Staged located in Orange County, California. This amazing home needed big help in order for potential buyers to realize its value. After the staging was completed, this home sold within three (3) days, for FULL PRICE!! The results are another wonderful testament to the value of staging a home!

I thoroughly appreciated seeing the gorgeous 'after' images of this beautiful home once it was decluttered and staged. The comparison of the 'before' images to the 'after' images leaves no doubt as to how much help this home needed and how adroitly Imagine This Staged delivered gorgeously staged results! Every 'after' is quite, "Wow!". If I had to choose favorites among all the gorgeous 'afters', I'd say the offices and the bedrooms are my favorites.

I finally checked out the O.co site this past weekend and found items I really like. As I perused the site I thought some of the items would be great for staging use. In the O.co videos featured below, you'll see two of those items. They are serene pieces of furniture (chaises) that are beautifully staged in a space. One is the 'Cozumel Chaise' in a soothing wheat color and the other is the 'Bella Chaise' in an elegant dark brown chocolate color. In addition to being lovely to look at, they appear to be comfortable as well. Enjoy!
