I don’t really want to give away any plot, but like the first omnibus they manage to make decisions on the character that not only show how they’ve given the character the breath of fresh air he needed, but keep it coming, and do not let up, and this goes on till the final page! I also want to mention that Amazon incorrectly lists this as including Daredevil: Ninja 1-3 when it includes Ultimate Marvel Team-Up 6-8 which is also written by BMB, but has nothing to do with the major underlining story in this book. Its a great bonus though, and also the other extra of ‘What If Karen Page Had Lived?’ is a great what if tale, and art by the one who succeeds Alex’s run. Up in the Air

Up in the Air (2009) – Hard to understand how a movie that manages to make you feel down in the dumps in many instances can have you laughing out loud the rest of the way. Perhaps because UP IN THE AIR is a movie so very full of surprises and complete knowledge of its main subject (I swear the next time I go through security in an airport I’ll be looking for the oriental businessmen and avoid babies at all costs). All throughout the movie I was expecting the obvious conclusion (the firer being fired) and was surprised to get something completely different in return, but even UP IN THE AIR’s schocker scene, managed to make so much sense it’s hard for me to understand how I didn’t see it coming. There’s no question in my mind UP IN THE AIR will be the movie future generations will look back in trying to understand this particular era we live in. My Best Days by Danny Gokey

My Best Days by Danny Gokey - Question: Do you have to be from “The South” to be country? Also, does someone from the Midwest–Wisconsin, let’s say–have the right to sing in the country genre? My answers to both questions are, “no” and “yes”, respectively. Danny Gokey, who is a Wisconsin native, attempts to record a country music album, and actually succeeds. His singing is genuine, as well as the production, instrumentation, phrasing and styling, and does not sound insincere unlike someone who would be a “wannabe” country artist. The opening and title track is one of the best in the album, and is instantly melodic. A.I. judge/songstress Kara DioGuardi penned “I Believe”, which would make a good single. “Tiny Life”–which is in my opinion the best track and should be the second single–was penned by “What Hurts The Most” songwriter Jeffrey Steele, and has the same impact as that song.
