of this week's Maui Artists Showcase and Networking Event on June 20, 2008 featuring the photography and art of Creativity Cafe founder Peter H. Rosen. The show entitled THE HIGHWAY MEN chronicles the building of the improved Mokulele Highway and escape route connecting Maui's North and South coasts. The highway was raised 5 feet from below sea level where tsunami dangers would strand all not on the North shore.

The show features animation, 3D, panorama's and Quicktime Virtual Reality and will surely delight your eyes. The Happening is followed by an open Jam Session, so bring your instruments and voices for sing along songs and more. Here is a map to the event:

The music; COOL IN THE SHADE, was written by John "Windcloud" Montalvo and Peter Rosen who played all the instruments (except Bass by Vinit Allen), mixed the music and shot and edited the video.
