Well, whatever it is, don't bet on it being land. Why? 'Cause it might be a bunch of companies making a certain amount of billions of dollars in America & The world.

We might have read that in January 2026 the Mid Cap 400 Index was between  $1.79 billion and $35.5 billion per year.

They say, by September 2024, the top sectors in the index were Information Technology (31.0%), Financials (13.3%), and Health Care (12.2%).

Track mid-sized companies with strong growth potential but less volatility than small-cap stocks.

So, what do you say about living in an Insolvent Country that has gone to War with Iran?

Note, this particular Index rebalance quarterly. So, remember it will change.

For years, I have been hearing this saying in my head, "Be brief, concise & to the point." I heard it from my Dad, my Mother, and the Neighbors , whereas, I cut their lawns to make money. Then, ordinary folk who turned out to be extra ordinary folk, that I somehow ran into.

What does it mean in the State of Georgia to be brief, concise and to the point?

Maybe today, Global Trade in the State of Georgia is now worth $210.7 Billion dollars.

Maybe today in the State of Georgia we are ranked Number 9 in the United States of America for total exports.

Maybe today $60.2 Billion Dollars in trade from the State of Georgia is not a bad thing.

So why have you not called a few companies like our companies to put us to work?

From Profitability to Unprofitability Transformation is not Bad, but rather Good Indeed.

Often times when people fail, they give up, give in and give out.

My late Grandmother, Father, Mother and Sister, just to name a few all said, " Don't give up, give in or give out. "

Then, I started wondering

" What the hell? Why are all these folks telling me to not give up, give in or give out! They are not me, they don't know how I feel. Damn! "

But, what I did not realize in the moment of distress. They were me and I was them. (genetically in one case.)

But, what if it was people at your Church or living in your Community that did not go to your Church and had different genes then you?

Also saying.  " Don't give up, give in or give out. "

What if this person yelled at you because they actually showed care & was not even your race who lived in your City.

By the way, the City that I grew up in was Atlanta, Georgia.

They said,  " Don't give up, give in or give out. "

Alright, let me jump away for a moment.

Some time in the 1880s Richard Warren Sears, a Railroad Station Agent met a Watch Maker named Alvah Curtis Roebuck. They got along with each other well as friends and decided to form Sears & Roebuck Company.

Their idea to form Sears & Roebuck Company created Profitability. This concept lasts over 100 years.

Then, after a period of time, the concept started to fade, thus Unprofitability. Was that a bad thing? NO!

On March 25th 1917, roughly 109 years ago, Marcus Garvey gave a speech at Big Bethel AME Church in Atlanta, Georgia.

Who was Marcus Garvey?

Why thank you very much for asking.

Marcus Garvey was born August 17th 1887. For 59 years, he lived on Earth as a Jamaican political activist.

The Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League (UNIA-ACL) is a Black Nationalist organization founded by Marcus Garvey in 1914 in Jamaica.

June 25, 1922, Mr. Garvey met with the Klu Klux Klan (KKK). Really? Yes, really. Why?

He was interested in separating the black wealth from the white wealth and thought he knew the way.

Actually, he did know the way in a very positive direction and I was wrong. He approaches hate head-on in order to try and sympathize with them while showing the error of their ways.

He realized that all people in the United States of America were connected in some form or fashion.

At the age of 56, I find myself researching stock picks that I'm crazy enough to tell the World about on my blog. Why? To inadvertently seek advice or insight while testing a notion to invest.

That being said, it is my understanding the company Harris Teeter of North Carolina was acquired by the Kroger Company in 2014. Since 2014, the Kroger Company stock price has climbed from $21.64 a share to $44.25 a share in 2024 and now roughly $75.60 a share in the year 2026.

So, what should I do? Well, take the time to buy 1 thru many shares.

They say that having courage, endurance and deep seated determination is a sign of Intestinal Fortitude. But, these attributes are not installed in every person, every group of people or state or even a nation. Therefore, stop!

Now know when you stop. Accept defeat.

What comes after defeat? Death.

Are you ready for the story that I'm about to tell?

There was once a Minister and Congregation of People from a Foreign Country who decided to live a better life. So he decided to establish an organization to help people entering an unknown land and thrive.
Then one day while working to help a child get an education in a nearby school, this Minister instantly fell ill and died.

By this time, the Minister had shared his thoughts with a Steward of another Church outside of his people to create an action.

That Steward, helped the Minister establish the organization and got it started.

But, unfortunately the Minister did not live to see the good it will provide. Recalling that the Minister counted on one man in the Church to help the organization, the Steward tried working with the Man for years to no avail.

Finally, the Steward realized, the Man was not the person responsible for the action of the people.
It was the Steward who was inadvertently given the authority by God to help people.

I asked the question in this manner. Unveiling C.T. Martin Again? Why?

C. T. Martin attended E.R. Carter Elementary School which was once called Ashby Street Elementary School in 1943. By 1944, the name changed to E. R. Carter Elementary School.

When Clarence Terrell Martin & his Family moved to the 10th District, I was a little boy in the 1970s.

I don't remember much about City Councilman Ira Jackson, but since 1990 at the age of 20 years old, C. T. Martin always stood out in my mind.

In fact, I became a fraternal brother of C. T. Martin & Prince Hall - Gate City Lodge Number 42 while visiting Atlanta, Georgia. In the early 1990s, I was truly honored to discover that Marion Lewis Adams, Sr and C. T. Martin both hailed from the same lodge as I became a member.

Mr. Martin was always considered highly educated and secretive. To read that he was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School where my Mother, Emma K. Smith Adams graduated from and my Father attended night school, greatly inspired me.

C. T. Martin was a legend that inspired other legends to come into existence.

Particularly, the Honorable Andrea L. Boone.

Instead of mentioning C. T. Martin again.

Accomplishments should go to Andrea L. Boone.

A graduate of Frederick Douglass High School.

A graduate of Tuskegee University.

A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

My Grandmother, Mable Williams Adams and my Grandfather Henry Adams were born just a few years after the Georgia Capitol located in Atlanta, Georgia USA and was completed in March of 1889.

Having walked, rode or drove by this place many times and rarely visited it since my youth, I really did not understand its significance until my middle age.

I knew the 1789 Georgia Constitution was a model of the United States Constitution. It ensures conformity with the federal government, adopting a bicameral legislature, a stronger executive branch, and separation of powers.

What is a bicameral legislature. Basically, separate chambers for the House and Senate.Well, on FAT Tuesday which is the last day before ASH Wednesday every year in the United States in my opinion, we visited the Georgia Legislature to hear about HB 1063.

HB 1063 is a House Bill that " Electric utilities; protect residential and retail electricity customers from costs associated with data center construction and operation; require "

You take your assets to the freaking Airport by MARTA Train. Then find your way to the Atlanta Sky Train and it carries you to a Car Rental Building.

Well, guest What! The Car Rental Place NEEDS TO HOLD YOUR MONEY ( about $1000.00 USD) to allow you to rent their Car, SUV or Truck!

To do so, they will need your Credit Card, too!

For 18 years of my adult life, I was honored to learn from a mentor by the name of " Mr. Wagley. "

Perhaps, it is not often that we befriend or even encounter unique people who possess the ability to see a picture of themselves within you. While other people may frown upon a mere glance of you due to color, race, intelligence or character.

People who have accomplished great things while overcoming hardships could very well view potential within you that others were not allowed to see by the Almighty God our Father.

Donald Amon Wagley in my opinion, meant to be well and therefore was always thriving to some degree.

There are many examples of the truth to which I speak. He was a Father, Grand Father, Great Grand Father , a Brother, a Son, a College Graduate, a Thinker, a do something type of Person, a Business Man, a Mentor, and a Man of God.

I encourage you, whoever you might be while seeking a better way to improve your life to enlist a mentor or mentors.

Warning: Please be very well aware, not all people are mentors. Not all people will mean for you, your family , your people or even culture to live well while prospering. Ask God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ to guide you.

Just a few years ago, I asked myself what was the difference between Theoretical & Actionable Knowledge?

Perhaps in my opinion, one of the best people to ask would be a civil engineer. Why do I make this statement. Well, first let us clear the stage for discussion by defining two types of knowledge.

1) Theoretical Knowledge - is the concept of studying facts while pausing to act.
2) Actionable Knowledge - information that makes individuals immediately act.

In college, perhaps I paused to think about taking action. In the military, I did not have time to pause & think about taking action.

An example of modern day Actionable Knowledge is

On January 3, 2026, U.S. Special Forces executed "Operation Absolute Resolve," removing Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, from their compound in Caracas, Venezuela. The operation began around 2:00 a.m. (1:00 a.m. EST), with forces extracting the couple and leaving the area by approximately 3:29 a.m. (2:29 a.m. EST) . (AI - GOOGLE)

The picture seen above is what we will call an example of a
Theoretical Knowledge , because there was
a pause to discuss the construction of the West Interchange of I-20 and I-285 highways.
Now don't get me wrong. This is the best example illustrated
to teach kids on how to gather information based on timing.

The Trouble I've Seen As A Homeless Man

" The Sky looks blue because the reflection of the seas are what we actually see. " On the morning of January 18th 2025, I repeatedly made the statement to control my emotions ( anger, anxiety, fear, frustration & rage.) Why? To stay in control of my temperament.

Fore, at that moment, I was making an effort to wash up at a sink in the restroom of a male homeless shelter located in East Atlanta, Georgia.

A white man who I will falsely call Toby Cobb, served as the Night Host on duty. He had no idea that I was well trained by the U.S. Marine Corps with an honorable discharge.

As I made an attempt to clean myself. This person kept demanding that I turn off the water faucet I used to brush my teeth. I flatly refused.

After seeing that I was not going to comply with his demands - he left the restroom stating that he was going to call the police.

When things appeared to settle, I instantly knew Toby Cobb was planning to remove me from the shelter.

Nevertheless, it was raining heavy or hard outside the facility. I was monitoring the weather via the weather app located on my cellular phone.

Also, I made an assessment to go and wash my clothes at a local laundry mat in nearby Dekalb county, Georgia.

Then, I pulled out my rain suit, put on my winter coat and rain suit over my clothing.

It was my intent to leave the homeless shelter facility at 7:45 am. As I proceeded to walk out of the building, Toby Cobb walked up to me to say the Atlanta Police Department was called by him to arrest me.

What Toby Cobb did not know, I was a former Dekalb County Sheriff's Deputy.

Therefore, I stopped what I was doing once I packed up all my belongings to leave the male homeless shelter to wait for the Police.

When the Officer of the Atlanta Police Department arrived, he asked Toby Cobb what was going on.

He stated that Mr. Adams threatened his life by making a statement about the sky.

Then, he asked me what I say. I told him, " The Sky looks blue because the reflection of the seas are what we actually see. "

The officer recognized that I was wearing a Rain Suit with a book bag. I told the Officer that I was about to leave and go wash my clothes.

Therefore, the Officer allowed me to leave the premises and escorted me down the street.

" The Sky looks blue because the reflection of the seas are what we actually see. " This statement is a true scientific fact.

In lieu of stating my social security number while under interrogation, I decided to quote a fact about the sky we see with our eyes in daylight.

I understand now, why my father always said, " Think your way out of the situation and leave your emotions at peace. "

I took a moment after an emotional phone call with a family member to read the words of the title of this blog that I just wrote to wonder, if I in fact had gone crazy out of my mind. Fore, it was not the first time that I was called a Verbally Abusive Person and will not be the last.

Civil Strife refers to prolonged internal conflict, disorder, or struggle within a country, involving opposing groups fighting for power, resources, or change, leading to social disruption, violence, and instability, often rooted in deep political, economic, or social grievances. It encompasses riots, rebellions, and civil wars, where different factions within a nation clash, disrupting normal life and challenging central authority.

Good and evil are fundamental concepts in ethics and culture, representing forces of morality (right, beneficial, altruistic) versus immorality (wrong, harmful, destructive), often seen as an eternal struggle, with definitions varying across religions, philosophies, and individuals, but generally centering on actions that promote life/well-being versus those that cause suffering.

Today in Greenland, they have concerns of
conflict with the United States of America.

Today in the Ukraine, they experience a conflict

What we did not know was that Cuba was protecting

Perhaps, I am not something to look at... I do not make that statement in a negative light. Nor do I say it to be a narcissistic person. But, I state it, because when you ask someone to tell you about you whether they are your friend or foe.

Get ready for the answer , fore, it may not be something that you may or may not accept.

In fact, my Elders have often told me to take criticism like a grain of salt to use it to make you a better person.

This morning, I called up a lady on the cell phone to see how she was doing. In the course of the conversation, we spoke of her Brother, her Sister, her Father, her Nephew and of course Me.

Having known this Lady for years by her Character. I knew that I was about to step in some mess with my name on it.

So, why in the Hell did I call her !?

Answer: There is a method to my madness. It is called, " Show you care to the least of us. "

Why! To better oneself.

On January 2nd 2026, I received an email from the Federal Government that the percentage for taking action to pay back promptly is 4.125%. This percentage will be from January 1–June 30, 2026.

I can hear someone yelling, " Who cares C. Henry, where do you get this stuff?! "

Well, I get it from the US Treasury Department.

In my opinion tradition is something man, woman, child or even animal, creature or bacteria repeats over & over again to thrive. It has multiple memories. It is not always good or bad. It is a thing that human beings honor by doing annually, hourly, by the minute & second until they are dead or no longer in physical existence. It is a thing that transcends before and after human being, animal, creature life on this earth. The word century ( 100 years or 10 decades ) identifies with time, tradition and existence. Tradition is a repeated effort. A repeated process. What made me ask this question as an inquisitive soul? What is tradition, my answer is God.

Before Pastor Jay ; Director Cornelius Pettway led the Big Bethel AME Church Music Ministry to start the service with worship in music.

Following this event, Doxology opened the service.

An opening hymn of praise was given which led to a prayer of invocation.

Following the prayer chant, a scripture was read. ( Matthew 25: 36-44, NRSVUE )

Then, the lighting of Kwanzaa Candles by Rev. Dr. Monica C. Jones & Sister Ariel Nash.

Sister Shirley Y. Simmons gave the reason for the tradition of Watch Night.

Pastor Jay invited several Church Members & Guests to come forth and give their testimony.

"testimony" means a solemn declaration, witness, or evidence, referring to God's revealed truth (like the Law/Ten Commandments), but also to personal stories of faith, showing God's work in a believer's life to affirm His reality, grace, and power

Several Church Members, Guests, and Clergy Members gave their individual testimonies.

Then Sister Ariel Nash presented the worship of giving.

The choir sung and

( " Pastor Jay " ) the Reverend Doctor Jonathan C. Augustine, Senior Pastor of Big Bethel AME Church located at 220 Auburn Avenue, NE in Atlanta, Georgia stirred the minds of the Church Members and Guests alike in his sermon entitled, " Don't Go Back To Egypt ".

Exodus 16: 2-4 verses and 9-15 verses in the new revised standard version (NSV) of the Holy Bible.

An invitation to join the Church was given, then the Doxology and blessings of the food was given by Pastor Jay to end the service.

On Thursday, December 4th 2025, I had the opportunity to attend the I-285 / I-20 West Interchange meeting which is P.L. Number 0013918. This event was held at the Emma Darnell Aviation Museum & Conference Center located off Fulton Industrial Blvd on the Fulton County Airport, also known as Charlie Brown Field , a county-owned, public-use airport in Fulton County, Georgia, United States.

Basically the discussions were Improvements:

* Removal of left-hand, ramp entrance and exits, Improvements to horizontal and vertical alignments, and construction of two-lane ramps within the interchange

* Construction of a westbound collector-distributor system, or connecting lanes, * from the I-285 / I-20 West Interchange to Fulton Industrial Blvd.

* Construction of additional lanes along I-20 from Factory Shoals Road east to Hamilton E. Holmes Drive and a long I-285 from MLK Jr Drive North to Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway to accommodate Interchange improvements

* Modifications or replacement of bridges within the interchange and along I-20 and I-285

Although, several residents of the I-285 / I-20 West Interchange made it known that due to the removal trees, sound barrier walls and construction, they could not relax peacefully at their homes.
