A friend of mine was in the Regent Street store last week, and also on the premise that the iPad3 was coming soon, extracted himself from the Store without a single purchase.  So he was a little surprised to receive an invoice for $699 this week to his work account (an Institution that I won’t mention, but I will say that he would not have used it for the Apple Store)!

I was very “impressed” with this – it was very convincing!

So, I’ve been talking to our technies as we do a full email management solution ourselves!

There probably is the ubiquitous “it will never happen to me” syndrome, and with cash flow and cost a greater priority than ever, it can make sense not to spend on something that won’t happen to you.

However, with the events on the past few weeks has also come an attitude that we are going to get beyond this, so perhaps it’s time to take a new look at protecting that all important business data?
