What I think is really nice about the game so far, is that they try and create relationships between NPCs so they feel more like people than quest locations. Especially for someone like me, who has almost zero talent for drawing and painting, the controls were all intuitive and easy to manage.  The preset faces and bodies, also really helped me out.
