Did someone ever tell you that one handheld is more durable than another?

Could they tell you why?

Well I can give you all information you will need on it.

Here is a list of the models we support for CMMS data group's wireless MVP capture software :

The Symbol MC50 is not rated
The Symbol MC70 is IP54
The Symbol PPT8800 is IP54
The Unitech PA600 is IP64
The Unitech PA500 is IP42

The first digit indicates the level of protection that the enclosure provides against access to hazardous parts (e.g., electrical conductors, moving parts) and the ingress of solid foreign objects.

0	No special protection.
1	Protection against solid objects over 50mm. (e.g. hands)
2	Protection against solid objects over 12mm. (e.g. fingers)
3	Protection against solid objects over 2.5mm. (e.g. tools and wires)
4	Protection against solid objects over 1.0mm . (e.g. small wires)
5	Protection against dust - limited ingress. (No harmful deposit)
6	Protection against dust - dust tight. (Total protection)

The second digit indicates the protection of the equipment inside the enclosure against harmful ingress of water.

0	No special protection
1	Protection from dripping water.
2	Protection from vertically dripping water.
3	Protection from sprayed water.
4	Protection from splashed water.
5	Protection from water projected from a nozzle
6	Protection against heavy seas, or powerful jets of water.
7	Protection against immersion.
8	Protection against complete, continuous submersion in water

Online, Guided, Live Training Announced!

Each training session is 2-hours long, guided with a live instructor, and can be scheduled anytime between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST. The maximum no. of training sessions that can be scheduled per day is 2. The instructor will walk you through the topics that you would like covered, show you tips and tricks, and answer any questions that you may have. From there, users can use and practice what they learned. If additional training is desired, it can be scheduled at your convenience. Just in case you would like to show the instructor something on your computer for review or critique, the instructor also has the ability to connect to your computer, too.
