Neste sentido, está previsto no substitutivo 3 do Plano Diretor, por ação nossa, a criação do Fundo Municipal de Conservação do Patrimônio Cultural, que permitirá aos proprietários ter acesso a financiamento público, com objetivo de conservar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="color: #1a1a1a; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="color: #262626; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt; recuperar seus imóveis protegidos. A criação deste Fundo também permitirá que fundos públicos, como o do Ministério da Cultura, do BNDES, ou fundos privados, possam investir nesta iniciativa. Um laboratório deste fundo tem funcionado através do programa Monumenta, nos arredores da Praça Tiradentes, com relativo sucesso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="color: #1a1a1a; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="color: #262626; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt; podemos ter uma melhor capacidade de implementação, resolvendo gargalos para a conservação de imóveis privados &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="color: #1a1a1a; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="color: #262626; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt; criando uma cultura de patrimônio cidadão.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Neste sentido, estamos avaliando a contratação de estudos que tornem possível a criação deste instrumento.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Agora, como alguns carros, será também blindado. Enfurecido, Zeus ordena que acorrentem-no a um rochedo para que um corvo dilacere-lhe o fígado, que todos os dias regenera-se, sendo então todos os dias novamente dilacerado. O fogo é simbólo da inteligência, memória, ciência e arte, do &lt;i&gt;anima&lt;/i&gt; da humanidade.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; min-height: 14.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;Não somente o chafariz é dilacerado continuamente, mas também o Patrimônio Cultural, como sistema estruturador do &lt;i&gt;anima&lt;/i&gt; da Nação, acorrentado à uma estrutura criada na década de 30, de cultura &lt;i&gt;lato sensu&lt;/i&gt;, dispondo ainda hoje de meios ínfimos para cuidar do acervo pelo qual é responsável. Como pode, em um cenário de protagonismo brasileiro no mundo, acorrentarmos nossa memória a um rochedo? O patrimônio é aspecto fundamental para a transformação brasileira. É fogo vivo que pode animar nossa cidadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; min-height: 14.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;Um ano antes do Jogos Olímpicos de 2016, em 2015, um ano antes do ápice de uma longa seqüência de eventos internacionais, o Rio comemorará seus 450 anos. Situação mais favorável do que esta não há. Tal sorte (será dádiva dos deuses?) não pode ser desperdiçada. É fundamental aproveitarmos este processo para promovermos a recuperação do nosso patrimônio tanto por ações diretas de restauro e salvaguarda, como através de ações educativas, criação de incentivos e disponibilização de recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; min-height: 14.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;Por que não adotarmos soluções como as praticadas na Inglaterra que destina recursos da loteria para restauração? Por que não estimular que os bancos ofereçam créditos específicos para restauração de bens tombados? Sabemos que no entorno de um edifício restaurado externalidades e potencialidades econômicas são criadas, além do valor cultural e urbano agregado. Todos, pessoas e negócios, beneficiam-se da vizinhança de um edifício histórico conservado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; min-height: 14.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;Mas é necessário também que as instituições de patrimônio façam uma auto-crítica e saiam da zona de conforto em que se encontram. Por que não nos envolvermos no debate sobre a produção arquitetônica e urbana contemporânea? No Rio de Janeiro, o INEPAC, elaborou um importante Inventário sobre as Fazendas do Vale Fluminense. Nós do Patrimônio Municipal, conquistamos 3% dos recursos oriundos da venda das CEPACs do Porto Maravilha, tornando este programa, a primeira Operação Urbana no Brasil que terá também foco em patrimônio cultural. No Plano Diretor, em processo de aprovação na Câmara dos Vereadores, está prevista a criação do Fundo Municipal de Conservação do Patrimônio Cultural. Mas é necessário avançar mais.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; min-height: 14.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;É necessário ter meios para executar a missão, é preciso modernizar os instrumentos de gestão. Cabe a cidade capturar a oportunidade e extrair dela o máximo.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;Um dos aspectos do projeto olímpico que merece atenção é a construção das vilas olímpicas. As vilas são as residências temporárias dos atletas, dos profissionais da mídia e dos árbitros. Serão 12 a 15 mil novas unidades residenciais construídas na cidade. Algo como 30 mil quartos. Durante os Jogos, essas residências serão operadas como grandes hotéis. Após os Jogos, serão vendidas como unidades residenciais.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;Dezenas de prédios passarão a integrar a estrutura urbana da cidade. Portanto, cabe refletirmos sobre algumas questões. Onde serão construídas? Como serão ocupadas após os Jogos? Que aspectos arquitetônicos devem evidenciar? Quais requerimentos ambientais devem ser obedecidos? Que qualidade urbana e paisagística devem criar?&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;Barcelona levou a Vila dos Atletas para a área portuária como uma forma de revitalizá-la e integrá-la à cidade, iniciando um processo continuado de inovação urbanística que promoveu a completa recuperação de uma frente marítima de cerca de 6 km, quase a orla de Copacabana e Ipanema somadas. Vancouver desenvolveu um complexo urbano de baixo impacto ambiental com uma grande variedade de tipologias arquitetônicas e usos misturados: residencial, serviços e comércio. Londres minimizou os investimentos nas vilas, construindo apenas a vila dos atletas e alocando árbitros e profissionais da mídia nos hotéis da cidade. Londres conta com 90 mil quartos de hotéis, contra 29 mil no Rio. Nós não poderemos abrir mão das vilas de mídia e árbitros.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;Todos estes exemplos dão-se em parcelas degradadas de uma cidade existente que se promove ao futuro com inovações urbanas e ambientais, nas quais o protagonismo da arquitetura é decisivo.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;O projeto vencedor da candidatura Rio 2016 definiu que a região da Barra e Jacarepaguá concentraria, no entorno do autódromo, a quase totalidade dos quartos a serem construídos.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Funcionou para ganharmos a candidatura, mas funciona para a cidade no longo prazo? Definitivamente não.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;Como aponta o Plano Diretor em discussão na Câmara Municipal, a região da Barra não requer incentivos por parte do poder público para crescer. Ao contrário, a Barra cresce mais rápido do que a infra-estrutura necessária para suportar a sua ocupação urbana.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;Por isso, a Prefeitura do Rio, com o apoio do Comitê Organizador Rio 2016, fez um pleito ao Comitê Olímpico Internacional (COI) para a transferência de uma parcela dessas construções para a Região Portuária. A lógica é levar este importante legado para a região central com baixíssima densidade populacional - em cerca de 5 milhões de metros quadrados, vivem somente cerca de 20 mil pessoas. Esta área necessita, aí sim, de incentivos para a sua revitalização, previstos no âmbito do projeto Porto Maravilha.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;A decisão do COI foi a de aprovar que 10 mil quartos sejam localizados no porto e que os quartos remanescentes da vila de mídia na Barra possam ser parcialmente substituídos por quartos de hotéis. Assim, será possível reduzir a pressão imobiliária na Barra, parte pela transferência de quartos para a região portuária, parte pela construção de hotéis.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #333333; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 14px;"&gt;A vila olímpica na Região Portuária será concebida e selecionada através de concurso público nacional de arquitetura e urbanismo, a ser conduzido pelo Instituto dos Arquitetos do Brasil nos próximos meses. Uma parceria entre a Prefeitura e a Fundação Roberto Marinho, com apoio do Governo do Estado, no âmbito do projeto de revitalização da região portuária: o Porto Maravilha. A proposta do museu é dar ao público a oportunidade de conhecer e admirar obras importantes de artistas consagrados. O museu tratará de temas como sustentabilidade e o papel da tecnologia no desenho futuro de uma sociedade mais equilibrada. Este conteúdo, e sua arquitetura, produzirão na Baía de Guanabara um dos mais representativos museus do mundo, um investimento altamente estratégico no processo de recuperação da região e no fortalecimento de nossa centralidade urbana.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ou seja, é característica do patrimônio municipal ser uma proteção de território e de paisagem prioritariamente, um pouco distinta da abordagem patrimonial de outras esferas de governo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Por isso estamos priorizando no nosso trabalho a criação de novos estímulos à conservação. Por esforço nosso, está previsto no substitutivo 3 do Plano Diretor, em discussão na Câmara dos Vereadores, a criação de um Fundo Municipal de Conservação do Patrimônio Cultural, que traria melhorias ao permitir que os proprietários possam recorrer a financiamento público para conservar seus imóveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;A matéria cita a área central de Dresden, na Alemanha, e o bairro do Marais, em Paris, que são excelentes exemplos de regiões onde a preservação teve orientação da manutenção do contexto urbano. Do mesmo modo opera o patrimônio cultural municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="font: 12.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px;"&gt;A matéria acerta ao propor o desafio do futuro em relação à memória. O mesmo desafio é por nós encarado a ponto de ter definido o nome da pasta: Subsecretaria de Patrimônio Cultural, Intervenção Urbana, Arquitetura e Design, pela necessidade, panfletária até, de promover a qualidade da arquitetura contemporânea no Rio de Janeiro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

É um ataque à "coroa" não como atentado à quem lidera mas ao tesouro que pertence à todo um povo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Equivale a ocultar a história verdadeira, a expatriar forçosamente, a desfiliar arbitrariamente. Tirar as crianças de seus pais e dar-lhes outros nomes. É ditadura! É atacar as gerações que virão. É tirar riqueza no sentido pleno, não apenas financeiro. Equivale a desmatar a Floresta da Tijuca, dinamitar o Pão de Açúcar, demolir o Patrimônio Histórico e Cultural. Apaguar os nomes das ruas e dos lugares. Exterminar. "banister"??? e eis que estava diante de mim em bela lombada de curvin, com letras em baixo relevo douradas, um autêntico sir, sir banister fletcher. impassível, soberbo e aristocrático, vivo em uma prateleira na avenida passos, nos trópicos úmidos do rio de janeiro. latitude 22º 54' 30'' longitude 43º 11'47'' a lombada me olhou do mesmo que eu a olhei atônito. beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. as páginas firmes, pouco amarelas, nenhuma marca de estrago temporal ou animal nos templos, igrejas, catedrais, seções, detalhes. tudo ali, vivo, pulsante, nas minhas mãos. comigo. uma leve sensação de desmaio rapidamente subtraída pela conta: cartão, débito, dinheiro, como estou? quanto? terei? vejo o preço. os dois dígitos arábicos acrescidos de duas casas decimais levaram todo o tempo do mundo entre as terminações nervosas visuais e os neurônios especializados em fazer conta e tomar decisões: é meu! o alívio me toma e fico leve. chove agora. um ônibus acelera. volta o som. vão embora as lembranças. todos aqueles ônibus do fundão até jacarepaguá passaram a fazer sentido, a espera pelo dinheirinho da bolsa de monitor passou a fazer sentido, a vida espartana e bela de estudante passou a fazer sentido, todos os peitos e bundas em viva flor da carne que desfilavam diante de mim pelo corredor de 178 metros da faculdade que nunca, nunca, me deram bola passaram a fazer sentido, todo o leve escárnio incrédulo dos colegas diante do primeiro e louco monitor do mais raro e louco professor de história da arquitetura daquela faculdade passou a fazer sentido, a leve arrogância daquela aluna linda com a edição que papai conseguiu em londres passou a fazer sentido, aquele ônibus que eu peguei na cinzenta são paulo, na rodoviária tietê, 17 anos atrás, para vir para a magnífica cidade do rio de janeiro, chegando na rodoviária "novo rio", dando adeus a pai, mãe e irmão, vou nessa, vou fazer minha vida, passou a fazer absoluto sentido . tudo agora faz sentido. eu sou o senhor do tempo. eu sou o senhor de um "a history of architecture on the comparative method". eu sou sir. as pessoas olhavam de canto no metrô. estava eu a falar sozinho? sorria? chorava? saio da estação e as pessoas abrem caminho. alguns se curvam. sinto o leve roçar da coroa nas minhas têmporas. mal sabem eles o que os aguarda. mal sabem todos o que virá. digo-lhes um prenúncio: estão aqui comigo todos os monolitos, os templos fenícios, as pirâmides, babilônia, os etruscos, partenon, os teatros, as ordens, os entablamentos, as cariátides, o circo máximo romano, as basílicas românicas, os domos, as catedrais góticas, a abadia de westminster, chartres, estão aqui comigo bruneleschi, vignola, michelangelo, os médici e os farnese, o petit trianon e a magnifícia página dupla 812** do renascimento inglês, de onde impera saint paul. todos. todos estão aqui comigo. todos vivos comigo.&lt;br /&gt;mundo, tremei.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/4097052-2428104187202838831?l=coluna.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Este foi afastado da Aeronáutica, dado como louco. Somente muito tempo depois houve certo reconhecimento deste ato heróico. O episódio ficou conhecido como Caso Para-Sar, ou Atentado ao Gasômetro.&lt;br /&gt;Além deste aspecto simbólico da vida política carioca e brasileira os tanques são belas estruturas metálicas montadas em princípios do século XX, quando da criação da Fábrica de Gás, em área de aterro que definiu o perfil atual da Região Portuária, em 1901. Com tamanhos médios de 50 metros de diâmetro por 50 metros de altura os tanques estão presentes na paisagem urbana da região e na paisagem da cidade como vistosos elementos que anunciavam a urbanidade, a prosperidade industrial, situados na "entrada" da cidade, papel que era atribuído à Avenida Francisco Bicalho.&lt;br /&gt;Tal força e presença, é referência urbana até hoje, a ponto, por exemplo, de ter influenciado claramente o arquiteto francês Jean Nouvel, quando da sua primeira visita ao Rio para conhecer a área de implantação do Museu Guggenhein, que ficou estupefato com tais elementos a ponto de propor, no museu, um outro tanque, de mesma proporção, em alusão direta aos tanques do Gasômetro e, segundo dele, deste modo, pontuar as duas extremidades da região portuária com estes elementos.&lt;br /&gt;Pois bem, avança rapidamente a desmontagem do segundo tanque. Parece que logo não haverá registro destes elementos que nos recebe na cidade e que convivemos há mais de 100 anos.&lt;br /&gt;Este passado industrial do Rio terá sido tão inócuo há ponto de não mais querermos nos lembrar dele?&lt;br /&gt;Vemos no mundo, belos exemplos de manutenção destes elementos na paisagem urbana, reconvertidos em outros usos, cinemas, habitação, teatros, lojas, inclusive vazios, como grandes elementos cênicos urbanos e festivos, marcando áreas livres de belos parques em áreas industriais abandonadas.&lt;br /&gt;Preocupação maior que o desaparecimento destes elementos é saber que bela arquitetura poderá ser construída ali: um exemplar neo-neo-neoclássico, ou um mais um shopping inodoro, insípido e asséptico?&lt;br /&gt;Quem pode proteger o Gasômetro e assim proteger um pedacinho da nossa história? Entendendo como são as crianças, os jovens e as famílias de hoje. A condição contemporânea destes usuários.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Não estamos mais no século de XIX do &lt;i&gt;flaneur&lt;/i&gt; pela cidade, do maravilhamento com a cidade. Não se contempla mais a cidade. A cidade nos contempla. A cidade converteu-se em opressora e desumana. Pela falta de planejamento, pela falta de idéias e pela omissão pública.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Com a perda de sentido do espaço público as pessoas buscam refúgio e convívio no espaço privado - veja o sucesso, em escala nacional, do evento casa cor; a sofisticação das áreas de uso comum nos lançamentos imobiliários; a oferta, cada vez mais rica e complexa, de atividades em "espaços privados de socialização", os shoppings, os centro culturais,  que mesclam, sedutoramente, cultura, comércio e ócio.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A sociedade da informação, que no Brasil, é também paradoxal, também cria um novo campo de complexidade, que tem rebatimentos no território.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Somos quinto lugar no mundo em acesso a internet, com 21,9% da população acessando a internet (32,1 milhões de usuários), apesar da relação de usuários da rede em comparação ao restante da população não-usuária ser das mais baixas - somos 62 o. lugar no mundo em acesso proporcional à população total (os dados não podem ser precisos pela dificuldade de pesquisa, mas seja pelo IBGE, seja pelo IBOPE, os dados revelam a dicotomia entre grande quantidade de usuários mas baixa proporção em relação a população geral - os dados citados são do PNAD 2005 IBGE).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Esta parcela de internautas já convive socialmente em um outro território, virtual, seja usando os recursos de mensagem &lt;i&gt;on line&lt;/i&gt;; seja pelos sites de rede social como orkut (que foi dominado pelos brasileiros), myspace, facebook, etc; seja pela proliferação de &lt;i&gt;lan-houses&lt;/i&gt; nas comunidades carentes, ofertando além do acesso a internet, a possibilidade dos jogos &lt;i&gt;on line&lt;/i&gt;, da interação &lt;i&gt;on line, &lt;/i&gt;da liberdade da autoridade; seja pela extrema sedução dos &lt;i&gt;games&lt;/i&gt;, cada vez mais interativos (o Nintendo wii, pelo revolucionário modo de jogar, por interação corporal, está sendo utilizados por fisioterapeutas e em asilos de idosos nos EUA. Também nos EUA, a indústria de games já é segunda indústria do entretenimento, já muito próxima economicamente da indústria do cinema).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Estamos assistindo, participantes ou não, de um novo modo de construção de interações, de convívio, de encontros, de montagem de redes e de diálogos. E em escala, da construção de uma nova psique. Um novo ego.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Como chamar a atenção desta nova mente infantil e juvenil para o espaço público?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Através de espaço ativos, dinâmicos e interativos, onde o design surge como construção de possibilidades e não mais como formalizador de soluções. Um espaço aberto a interação, sedutor e acolhedor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Esta tem sido nossa experiência em Nova Iguaçu com o Programa Praça-Escola, propondo articulação em rede das praças com as escolas, e desenhando brinquedos e mobiliário urbano interativos. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;É urgente entendermos nosso tempo para termos propostas precisas para o tema do resgate do uso do espaço público.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Salvar nossas praças, salvar seu uso, é salvar o nosso potencial como sociedade democrática. É proteger o futuro.
