• Help lead and manage key Lever & St. Ives brand activities including each brand
• Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional team to accomplish brand goals, objectives, and key initiatives
• Project lead for sustainability initiatives for the PW team including existing projects
• Prepare and comment on monthly Nielsen updates and competitive analysis
• Liaise with the Global Platform teams & Masterbrand teams for Lever 2000 & St. Ives

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer brand marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field;  MBA preferred
• Experience working for a CPG company

• Champion the implementation of factory social responsibility to improve labor practices in WSI factories.

• Administration of the operations related to the roll out of a new procedure in the framework of the BSCI Audit Integrity Programme, varying from selecting and assigning audits to approving the quotations, invoicing and following up with auditing companies and the companies implementing BSCI in their supply chain.

Meten Duurzaam Rendement

Een gedeelte van de beleggingsportefeuille van PGGM is voor onze klanten belegd in duurzame energie en ondernemingen. Het financieel rendement op deze projecten en ondernemingen is met bestaande methodieken inzichtelijk te maken. Nieuwe methodieken voor het inzichtelijk maken van maatschappelijk rendement zijn wereldwijd nog volop in ontwikkeling. PGGM wil nu ook het maatschappelijk rendement van haar gerichte ESG-beleggingen in kaart brengen. In 2011 zijn wij begonnen met een theoretisch raamwerk hiervoor. In 2012 werkten wij dit raamwerk uit in de praktijk bij de bosbouw- en landbouwbeleggingen. In 2013 willen wij dit verder ontwikkelen, voor onder andere de duurzame energiebeleggingen. Hiervoor zoekt PGGM een stagiair die kan ondersteunen bij het toepassen en verder ontwikkelen van het bestaande raamwerk op duurzame energiebeleggingen. Je werkt samen met medewerkers van oa de afdelingen Responsible Investment en Innovatie. Belangrijke taken zijn het verzamelen en analyseren van relevante data, onder andere bij externe managers en het ontwikkelen van rapportagevereisten voor onze externe managers.
