HEAD of year at Coundon Court School Janet Powell has so many calls on her time she sometimes finds it difficult to juggle all her responsibilities.

That's where pupil Kurtis Nelson, a 14-year-old life coach comes in organising regular sessions to talk through priorities and even sending swapping e-mails about how well she's sticking to them.
