R&Em Handbag Collection Preview

I am honored to be one of the few invited to R&Em spring party and preview of their Fall 2011 collection. The designs are fun, flirty yet affordable! The collection was adorable I can’t wait to own some of their lovely F/W2011 bags and other small leather goods. I loved the faux fur hobo with studs on the sides; the heart shaped aqua blue bag that would truly make a fun accessory to darker fall hue outfits; also the fuchsia cross body bag and actually…everything!

I passed by quickly at the event yet had so much fun. We were able to make a bouquet of flowers, enjoyed delectable treats and champagne and of course pick our own gift from their spring 2011 collection. I chose the charlotte perforated convertible satchel since I travel a lot and always carry a bunch of things with me including my huge camera.

Garden Garden..

Gardens are earthly paradise drawn from the imagination of great artists who created it, maybe inspired by mythical gardens or heaven. They always bring us pleasure, inspire and entertain us. I visited Huntington garden when I was in California a few weeks back and though it was still winter, it wasn’t too cold and there were still some flowers and even lovely poppies. The garden inspired me to create a whole new collection of floral dresses and make nice flower and leaf appliqués. I personally think wearing floral dresses is a way of celebrating nature’s beauty. Here I’m wearing a top subtly inspired by flowers, a ruffle sleeved top with floral lace edges.

I remembered waking up really early in the morning February 1^st thinking wow! The first month of 2011 is gone. Now it’s the end of February. What a short sweet month it has been. Sunshine.. Sunshine...

The past weeks we had about 3 snowstorms, freezing rains and it snowed almost every day that I just stayed at home a lot. I took a bunch of detailed shots of things I liked at home and I planned to make a collage out of it. Unfortunately I dropped my computer and now I’m using my old one without photoshop. While I wait for a new one and my comp to get fixed I’ll share some pictures that inspire me especially that I’m planning a trip to a sunny place! I’ll upload the January shots soon and a special Valentine post.

Oki Doki..whew! I’ve been gone too long ...again. I owe you guys a bunch of posts. I’ll try to share things more often and since the cold weather’s back I prefer to be inside with a hot choco and browsing some cool stuff online and here’s what I found and liked so much!
