Now I understand that our skin reacts to various external factors such as climate change, water, pollution, continuous exposure to sunlight, and extremes of temperatures. Therefore, it is always recommended that you keep a tab on your skin regularly and conduct a check every 3-4 months to know if your skin has gone through some transformational changes or not.

- Moisturize – This is the final step where you hydrate and soften the skin with a suitable moisturizer as per your skin type.

The entire process is known as the CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) Routine and it works as the holy grail of your skincare needs. This process will not take more than 10 minutes of your day and you will start noticing the results within a few weeks itself.

In today’s times where self-love and mental health are coming up as the major issues faced by our generation, maybe its time to take care of yourself first before serving others. You need to start pampering yourself a little so that your self-esteem gets the must-needed boost. We all are simply perfect in what we are.
