Hazırlanışı:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Yumurta ve şekeri iyice çırpın sıvı yağı da ilave edip çırpmaya devam edin.Önce ku&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;ru malzemeleri (Un,karbonat, tarçın,vanilya, kabartma tozu) beraber eleyerek yumurtalı karışıma ilave edin. Hepsini beraber biraz çırpın.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Karışıma rendelenmiş havuç ve cevizleride ilave edip tahta kaşıkla karıştırın.Altı düz olan yani ortası çukur olmayan kek kalıbına yaparsanız daha güzel oluyor çünkü üstü tepsi gibi dümdüz olan bir kek bu.Kalıbınızı yağlayıp unladıktan sonra 180 derece de önceden ısıtılmış fırında 40-45 dakika diyor ama ben 50 dakika da pişirdim.Kürdan testi yaparak pişip pişmediğini anlayabilirsiniz.İlk 20 dakika fırının kapağını açmayın gerçi her kek için bu geçerli ama bilmeyen varsa diye yazmak istedim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Geçen gün Ege'nin canı pide isteyince.Ben şimdi nerden Samsun pidesi bulurum demedim,hemen girişip pide yaptım..Oldu mu dersiniz tabi acemilik var ama oldu oldu.Hemde nefis...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pide Malzemesi:&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 kg un &lt;br /&gt;
ılık su&lt;br /&gt;
tuz&lt;br /&gt;
1 fiske şeker&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 paket kuru maya&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
iç malzemesi&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr kıyma&lt;br /&gt;
2 büyük soğan&lt;br /&gt;
tuz,karabiber&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
hazırlanışı:&lt;br /&gt;
Yemeklik doğradığınız soğanları yağda biraz öldürüp üzerine kıymayı ilave edin.Karıştırarak iyice kavurun.Tuz ve karabiberini ilave edip soğumaya bırakın..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ayrı bir kenarda hamur malzemelerini karıştırın ve mayalanmaya bırakın.Mayalanan hamuru 3 eşit parçaya bölüp un yardımı ile merdaneyle uzatın ve inceltin.İçine malzemeyi ilave ederek şekildeki gibi kapatın.Üzerine yumurta sürmeyin.200 derece de kızarana kadar pişirin..Eğer yumuşak bir pide seviyorsanız fırından çıkan pidelerin üzerine tereyağ sürüp biraz bekletin.Ben gevrek sevdiğim için üzerine yağ sürmüyorum.Dayım "iyi pideyi yukarı kaldırınca dimdik durur "der her zaman valla dimdik durdu yumuşamadan....&lt;br /&gt;

Ben İglonun bezelyesini kullanmış ve çok memnun kalmıştım..Diğerlerinden çok farklıydı bunun sebebi ise toplanan sebzenin 2,5 saat içinde hemen dondurulmasıymış.Dolayısıyle nişastalaşma oluşmuyormuş.Deniz ürünleri ise yüksek teknoloji içeren yüzer fabrika gemilerde, soğuk denizlerde avlandıktan hemen sonra hızla fileto yapılıp en fazla 2 saat içinde donduruluyormuş. Böylece İglo, tarım ve deniz ürünlerini toplandığı ilk dakikalardaki tazeliği ve doğallığıyla dondurarak bizlere ulaştırıyormuş.Bunları öğrenmem İglo'ya olan güvenimi arttırdığı gibi bu etkinlik de Iglo lezzetini bana onaylattı...&lt;br /&gt;

Yemeğe öncelikle bardakta hazırlanmış mısır ve bezelye ile başladık.Çocuklarımız için evde hazırlanmış GDO suz mısıra birde bezelye eklenip biraz tereyağında tuz ve biberle tatlandırınca nefis bir atıştırmalık oluvermiş. &lt;br /&gt;

Ardından fotoğrafta görülen nefis balık ve sebzeli kroketlerin ,somonlu ekmeğin tadına baktık.Ben sebze yemeyen çocuklara mutlaka İglo sebze kroketi öneriyorum.Nefis patates püresi içinde mısır,havuç,ve bezelye var.Üstelik katkısız hazırlanmış..&lt;br /&gt;
Yemeğimize nefis bir Peynirli İglo karides salatası ile devam ettik bu yemeklerimize Tijen'in hazırladığı birbirinden güzel 2 sos eşlik etti..&lt;br /&gt;
Ardından kokusuz,kılçıksız,el değmeden bulaşıksız ve son derece taze olan Iglo Akdeniz Levreği ile devam ettik.Evde kokusundan dolayı balık pişirmek istemeyen hanımlarımıza müjde..Büyük kolaylık ve yenilik olan bu Levreği herkese tavsiye ederim..&lt;br /&gt;
Yemek yemekten artık yorulduğumuz anda miss gibi vanilya kokusu eşliğinde tatlımız geldi.Çıtır çıtır Iglo milföy hamuru ile yapılan içi çikolatalı sıcacık tatlımıza dondurma eşlik etti..&lt;br /&gt;

100 gram kakao&lt;br /&gt;
115 gram sütlü çikolata&lt;br /&gt;
125 gram tereyağı&lt;br /&gt;
320 gram şeker&lt;br /&gt;
2 yumurta&lt;br /&gt;
1 tatlı kaşığı karbonat&lt;br /&gt;
1 paket vanilya&lt;br /&gt;
1 tutam tuz&lt;br /&gt;
3 paket bonibon &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hazırlanışı;&lt;br /&gt;
Çikolatayı tereyağıyla birlikte benmari usulü eritin.Un, kakao ve tuzu bir kapta karıştırın.Yumurta,şeker ve vanilyayı güzelce çırpın.Erimiş olan çikolatayı ekleyip karıştırmaya devam edin. Unlu karışımı ekleyin.Tepsiye yağlı kağıt serin. Aslında orjinal tarifde hamurdan küçük tatlı kaşığı ile parçalar alarak tepsiye aralıklarla dizin diyor ama ben dizdiklerimdense elimle yuvarlayıp sonra köfte gibi yassılaştırıp tepsiye koyduklarımdan daha güzel sonuç aldım.Şekilleri daha güzel oldu.. Bu günlerde yine mutfak perilerim kaçtı.Aslında mutfakta hala birşeyler yapıyorum ve fotoğraflayıp bir kenara arşivliyorum ama tembellikten bir türlü yayınlayamıyorum.Oğlumun doğum günü de bunlardan biri.Doğum günümüz 9 kasımdaydı ve ben 13 kasım cumartesi günü yaparız diye düşünüyordum fakat oğlum ve eşim konuşmuş 6 Kasım da yapmaya karar vermişler ama bana söylemeyi unutmuşlar !!!!Perşembe akşamı Ege "anne arkadaşlarımı çağırdım cumartesi günü gelecekler demez mi?".Şok oldum..!!!Nasıl hazırlanacaktım arada birtek gün vardı.Ama Ege olaya el koydu.ööööleee şeker hamurlu pasta istemiyorum dedi..eeee ne yapacağım peki deyince profiterollü pasta istiyorum,çiçek sosislerden de yaparsın yeter dedi.Hiç 2 çeşitle doğum günü partisi yapılır mı oğlum dedim ve mutfağa girdim.Gerisi Allah ne verdiyse artık birşeyler çıktı ortaya.Ama hiç bu kadar jet hızı ile bir parti hazırlamamıştım.  &lt;br /&gt;

Uzun zamandır yeni ekleme yapamadım.Okulların açılışı ile birlikte başlayan koşuşturma çoğumuzun evlerinde oldu sanırım.Bende arşivde bekleyen pasta ve kurabiyelerimi yayınlamak için ancak fırsat bulabildim.Caillou tüm küçük çocukların yeni gözdesi bende Eylül için bu cicileri hazırladım.Kakaolu pandispanya,vişne ve çikolata ile birlikte Emel Başdoğan'ın beyaz kremasını kullandım...Nice yaşlara Eylül..&lt;br /&gt;

margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_WQr_0ebDStM/THypWV3cm7I/AAAAAAAADlc/8z5HSbHcPoM/s400/100_4306.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5511466245286566834" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bulguru 1,5 bardak kaynar suya koyarak şişmesini sağlayın.Kıyma salça,tuz ve baharatları bulgur şişdikten sonra içine ekleyin .Yoğurun.Un ve yumurtayı ekleyin tekrar yoğurun.Top top köfteler yapın ve kaynamakta olan suya atıp birkaç dakika haşlayın.Haşlanan köfteleri kevgir yardımıyla süzerek tabağa alın.Toz kırmızı biber katılmış sıvıyağda köfteleri kızartın.Ve servis tabağına alın.Ben bu yemeği cafe zamanında yapıyordum.Pazıyı veya bazende karışık otu soğanla kavurup sarmısaklı yoğutla karıştırıp servis tabağının ortasına otları koyup kenarlarını köfte ile süslerdim çok lezzetli ve çok şık bir sunum oluyor kış gelip pazı çıkınca bu şekilde de sunum yapabilirsiniz.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fesleğenli Sos&lt;br /&gt;3-4 adet rendelenmiş domates &lt;br /&gt;1 adet çok ince kıyılmış biber&lt;br /&gt;kuru yada taze fesleğen&lt;br /&gt;2 diş rendelenmiş sarmısak&lt;br /&gt;tuz,karabiber,sıvıyağ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Önce yağda biber ve sarmısağı biraz öldürün sonra tüm malzemeyi ekleyerek kıvam alana kadar pişirin.Ve köftelerin üzerine dökün.Bu sosu dilerseniz makarna sosu olarak da kullanabilirsiniz..&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/7158964773019938190-9018775047488555269?l=cafegusto.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
