Bu da çok kolay hazırlanacak tam çalışanlara uygun bir yemek. İnce doğranmış Kuru soğan , ince doğranmış 1 sap pırasayı zeytinyağında kavurdum. Küçük küçük doğranmış kapya biberi ekledim kavurmaya devam ettim Son olarak küp doğranmış tavuk kalçalarını ekledim( bize 2 tane yetiyor) renk alana kadar kavurdum. Bu arada kimyon, fesleğen, körü tuz ve biber ekledim. Lavaşların ortasına karışımı ekleyip dürdüm ve dilimleyip borcama yerleştirdim. Biraz fırınladım. Sonra üzerine sarımsaklı yoğurt ekledim. Başka bir yerde tereyağı ve zeytinyağı karışımını eritip( birer yemek kaşığı kadar) üzerine salça ekledim ve kavrulunca üzerine yarım çay bardağı kadar su ekleyip kaynamaya bıraktım. Sonra bu sosu da yufkaların üzerine döküp kuru nane ile süsledim.Evde çıtır soğan vardı onu da üzerine ekleyerek süsledim
Aslında tembellik ettim. Bir kenarda beşamel sos yapıp üzerlerine döküp fırına verebilirsiniz. Fırından çıkmadan önce rende kaşar da eklerseniz bu şekilde de mükemmel olacaktır

Glutensiz beslenmeye çalışanlar için çok güzel bir börek hazırladım. Lezzeti normal yufkayı aratmayacak bir börek oldu. Hatta aslında baklava yufkası ile yapılmış gibi incecikti. Sıcakken çıtır çıtırdı. Ama soğudukça her börek gibi gevşedi. 
250 gr kadar temizlenmiş ıspanağım vardı. Küp doğranmış soğan, ince doğranmış kapya biberi zeytinyağında kavurdum. Tuz ve kırmızı biberle lezzetlendirdim. Soğumaya bıraktım.
Yuvarlak borcamın içine 1 yumurta kırdım ve bir su bardağı kadar süt ekleyip çırptım. Pirinç yufkasını su karışımın içine bıraktım. 2-3 dakika içinde yumuşayan yufkayı kesme tahtamın üzerine aldım ikinci de yumuşayınca yanyana ekledim. İki yufkaya uzunlamasına iç harcı yayıp rulo yaptım ve gül şeklini verdim. Yırtılabilir önemsemeyin yine de güzel oluyor. Ben 1 paket pirinç yufkasından 5 adet gül böreği çıkarttım. Evet bunu hazırlarken her şeyin kolayına kaçtım ama olsun çok lezzetli oldu.
Ben bir kutu haşlanmış fasulye kullandım. Fasulyeden 2 yemek kaşığı kadarını ayırdım ve bir çatal yardımı ile bu fasulyeyi ezdim Ramazan pidesini küp doğrayıp tereyağında tavada kızarttım. Servis tabağının altına pideleri, üzerine fasulyeleri ekledim. Ayrı bir yerde süzme yoğurt, dövülmüş 2 diş sarımsak ,2 yemek kaşığı kadar tahin ve ezdiğim fasulyeyi karıştırdım. Bunu da servis tabağına ekledim.  Ayrı bir yerde tereyağını kızdırıp toz kırmızı biber ilave ettim ve bu sosu yoğurdun üzerine ekledim. İnce kıyılmış maydanozu da üzerine serpince lezzetine lezzet katmış oldum. 	Kereviz yemeyenlere de sevdirecek bir tarif olduğunu düşünüyorum. 1 büyük kereviz kullandım. 1 adet limon, 1 adet portakalın suyunu sıkıp 2 yemek kaşığı kadar da zeytinyağı ekledim. Fırın tepsisine kerevizleri ve 3 diş sarımsağı doğradım yerleştirdim , portakalın ve limonun kabuklarını ince kesip borcama ilave ettim.Tuzunu ekledim. Kızarıncaya kadar fırınladım. Kızaran kerevizlerin üzerine hazırlanan sosu ekledim. Karamelize olana kadar tekrar kızarttım. Servis tabağına alınca fırınlanmış olan suyunu tekrar üzerine gezdirdim. 5 adet havuç kullandım. Havuçları enine 4-5 parçaya böldüm.Havuçların tümü ıslanacak şekilde tuzu azaltılmış soya sosu ilave ettim.2 diş sarımsağı dövüp havuçlara ekledim. Üzerine 3 kaşık kadar zeytinyağı ekledim. Bir çay kaşığı zerdeçal ve kimyon ekledim.Tuz ve kırmızı biber ekleyip tüm havuçları iyice karıştırıp tepsiye dizdim. Havuçlar pişence yoğurt sosun üzerine aldım.

2 yemek kaşığı elma sirkesi
1,5 yemek kaşığı tahin
Tuz ve kırmızı biber, tüm malzemeyi ekleyip yoğurt karışımını hazırladım. Tabağın ortasına yoğurdu ekleyip üzerine havuçları ilave ettim. Kapari ile süsleyip servis yaptım.

Un
Un hariç tüm malzemeyi bir kaba alıp karıştırın. Azar azar un ilave edin. Unun miktarı çok önemli elinize yapışmayı bıraktığı noktada un eklemeyi bırakın. (Un fazla gelirse kıyır kıyır olmuyor. ) Küçük toplar yapmış olduğunuz kurabiyeleri 160 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında pişirin. 10-15 dakikada pişiyor. 
Ayrı bir tepside pudra şekeri ve tarçını karıştırın pişen kurabiyeleri bu karışımın içine ekleyip her yerine bulaşmasını sağlayın. Pudra şekeri miktarı ve tarçın sizin zevkinize kalmış en fazla 1 su bardağı pudra şekeri yeterli gelebiliyor.

Uzun zamandır yemeden içmeden kesildik sanmayın. Sadece tembellik. Kışın hazırladığım ve çok severek tükettiğim kök sebzelerden hazırladığım bu tarifi paylaşayım istedim.Aslında tariflik bir şey de yok. Doğrayın fırına verin çıkınca sarımsaklı yoğurt ile tüketin.
Ben havuç,balkabağı,pancar ve kerevizi ince ince doğrayıp üzerine haşlanmış nohut ilave ettim. Kekik ve kimyon ile karıştırıp tuzunu ilave ettim. 1 yemek kaşığından biraz fazla yağıda ekleyip harmanlayıp fırına verdim.
Ayrıca kereviz yemeyen çocuklarınız için bu şekilde hazırlayıp servis edebilirsiniz. Kereviz olduğu anlaşılmıyor.

Sizlere yine çok lezzetli bir tarifle geliyorum. Belki sizlerde bu şekilde mücverler yapıyorsunuzdur ancak bunu diyet yaparken tüketeceğinizde üzerindeki malzemelerle protein ihtiyacımızı da karşılayan bir tarif bu.
maşzemeler:

2 sap pırasayı ince ince doğrayıp 1 çay kaşığı tuz ile ovalayın. Sonra yıkayın.2 havucu rendeleyin dereotu kıyıp,2 adetyumurta
6 kaşık mısırunu ile tüm malzemeyi karıştırın.Sonra fırın tepsisine döşeyip 180 derecede pişirin. Ben çok ince döşemişim 3 gün yemek zorunda kaldım. Sizler daha kalın döşeyebilirsiniz.

Üzerine kuru domates ve lor peyniri ekleyerek tüketebilirsiniz. 

Kuru domatesin nasıl hazırlandığını bilmeyenler için ek bilgi:

Tüketeceğiniz kadar domatesi haşlayın. Bir kaba alıp içine dövülmüş sarımsak, kekik ve zeytinyağı ilave edin. (ben biraz fazla hazırlayıp saklıyorum 1 hafta kadar tüketebiliyorum)

Malzemeler:

1 adet kabak
1 adet havuç
1 adet taze soğan (dereotu da ekiyorum)
2 kaşık keten tohumu 
2 yumurta
tuz ve dilediğiniz baharatlar
Kabak ve havucu rendeleyin yeşillikleri ince ince doğrayın. Yumurta, keten tohumu, tuz ve baharatları ilave edin. Tüm malzemeyi karıştırıp yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırım tepsisine yayın. Ben çok ince seriyorum dürüm gibi olması için. 180 derecede pişirsikten sonra 
yağlı kağıtla birlikte sıcakken rulo şeklinde sarıyor ve öyle soğutuyorum ki rulo formunu vermekte zorlanmayayım.
Soğuyan dürüme labne peynirini ince bir şekilde tüm sürüyorum. Sonra içine köz patlıcan, köz biber, soğan ve sarımsak ile tatlandırdığım salatayı ekliyor ve dürüm yapıyorum. Tüketirken halka halka rulolar kesip tüketiyorum. Ben bu malzemeden çıkan dürümün yarısını bir öğünde yiyorum. Diğer yarısını üzerine hiç bir şey sürmeden buzdolabında buzdolabı poşetinde saklıyorum.

Kinoaları çok bol su ile yıkadım ve haşladım.
Tavada zeytinyağında küp doğranmış soğanları kavurdum.Üzerine salçaları ekleyip bir süre daha kavurdum ve ayrı kapta haşlanmış ve süzülmüş olan kinolara bu karışımı ekledim. Tuz ve biberle tatlandırdıktan sonra soğuyan malzemeye yeşillikleri ekleyip. Nar ekşisi ve limon ile lezzetlendirdim.

Glutensiz beslenirken bazen insanın canı ekmek arası gibi bir şeyler tüketmek istiyor. Yada bazen dışarıda kahvaltı yapmak istiyoruz ama ben her şeyi yiyemediğim için bu durumlarda kurtarıcı yiyecekler arıyorum. Bu sandviçi hazırlamaya başladığımdan bu yana keyifle içine ne istersem ekleyebiliyorum. (Süt ve süt ürünleri de bu aralar eliminasyonda) Hindi Füme bu durumda kurtarıcı oluyor.Avakado, yeşillik domates biber ekleyerek tüketiyorum.

Akşamdan 1 su bardağı suyla mercimeği ıslatın. Sabaha kadar şişmesini bekleyin. Şişen mercimeğin içine 1 çay kaşığı kadar tuz ekleyip robottan geçirin. Daha sonra kırmızı pul biber, kimyon, köri, kabak çekirdeği ekleyip fırın tepsisine çok ince bir şekilde serin.(Kalın olursa da lezzetli ancak kraker gibi kıtır olmuyor.)Ben üzerine çörek otu ve susam ekledim. 180 derece fırında pişirdim.

Kısır dedim doğru duydunuz. Görünüm olarak kısırın aynısı ancak karnabahar lezzetini azaltmak için bolca baharak,limon,nar ekşisi eklediğim bir tarif oldu.Karnabahar tüketmeyen çocuklar için çok güzel bir tarif. 
Kısırdan tek farkı bulgurun suyunun sanki bir tık fazla kaçmış ve hafif ıslak kalmış hissini veriyor olması. Bu da bir çiğ sebzeden yapıldığı düşünülünce normal geliyor. Nasıl mı yaptım?

Küçük boy karnabaharı bulgur bulgur olana dek robottan çektim. Bir tavada zeytinyağında bir baş küp doğranmış soğanı kavurdum. Sonrasında içine biber salçası ekleyip kavurmaya devam ettim ve biraz soğumaya bıraktım.
Bulguru kavrulmuş soğanla karıştırdım.İçine ince doğranmış taze soğan,küp doğranmış domates, ince kıyılmış maydanoz,nar ekşisi,limon suyu, kimyon,tuz acı kırmızı biber, karabiber ekledim. Burada içine ekleyecekleriniz damak zevkine göre değişiklik gösterebilir. Örneğin kornişon turşu ilave edebilirisiniz.

Peynir yerine hindi füme veya haşlanmış tavuk da bir seçenek olabilir ancak her ikisini aynı anda kullanmayın. Ayrıca vereceğim ölçüden 3 adet çıkıyor. Buzdolabında saklayıp istediğiniz zaman tüketebilirsiniz. Öğle yada akşam öğününüzde 1 adet dürümü gönül rahatlığıyla tüketebilirsiniz.

Uzun zamandır denemek istediğim ve denedikten sonra çok beğendiğim bir tarifle geldim karşınıza..
Ben 1 ayvdan bu yemeği yaptım. İki kişiye 1 öğün için yeterli oldu. Sizler miktarı dilediğiniz kadar arttırabilirsiniz.
1 adet ayvayı mandolin rendede ince şekilde dilimledim ve altına su kouduğum buhar aparatında buharla pişirdim.
Ayrı bir tavada zeytinyağında 1 diş sarımsağı biraz kavurup biber salçası ilave ettim. Biber salçası ile birlikte kuru acı biber de ilave edip kavurmaya devam ettim. Üzerine ayvaları ilave ederek bir kaç kez çevirip sosa bulanmasını sağladım.
Ayrı bir kapta sarımsaklı yoğurt, 2 kaşık tahin ve taze naneyi karıştırıp bir dip hazırladım. Yoğurtdun üzerine ayvaları ilave edip taze nane ile süsleyip servise hazırladım.

Her bir hurmanın içindeki çekirdeği çıkartıp yerine 1 çay kaşığı kadar şekersiz fıstık ezmesi doldurun. Üzerine kakaoya bulayıp afiyetle yiyin. Ben bu tarifi farklı bir şekilde de yapıyorum. Hurma ve fıstık ezmesini robotton çekip top haline getirip kakao tozuna bulayıp da tüketiyorum. Robottan geçireceğim zaman da aynı ölçüde çoğaltarak yapıyorum.
