Sometimes the tradition of quilting keeps us long-timers from
trying something new… a new technique, a new tool, or even a
“new” color.

For instance, what colors come to mind when you think about making
a baby quilt? Chances are your mind goes directly to light greens,
pinks and blues.

If you are a little daring, maybe you’re even thinking of a pink
and brown combo, or maybe blue and brown if the baby is a boy.

But what about black and white? They don’t seem much like “baby”
colors, do they?
