Stephanie and I have different shaped pillows so there isn’t any overlap in our pillow case situation. We had two pillow cases that fit mine, but for some reason they both got shredded in my sleep. I’m still not sure exactly how that happened, but since then I’ve been using t-shirts as pillow cases. In turn, I’ve become enlightened to the scam that is the pillow case industry. It’s a little-known fact that pillow cases are just rejected t-shirt with the arm- and neck-hole removed. Don’t be a sucker. Wise up and stop throwing your hard-earned money into the pillow case money pit. Just use old t-shirts.

Sometimes I wish there was a licensing procedure for shaving so someone could take mine away. It’s got something to do with the ridiculous prices of razor cartridges and my inherent cheapness, but more often than not I walk away from a shave looking like an accident victim. For some reason I always cut myself in one particular place, as seen in this comic. What’s odd, however, is that it’s nowhere near any stubble. Perhaps it’s distortion in the mirror, but it always looks like that spot is the beard region, but it’s not, it’s all the way over on the side of my neck.Hopefully the alum bar I ordered should be here soon, but really, I doubt it can make up for how much I suck at shaving. Maybe it’s time to embrace the neck beard…

I’ve been a bit obsessed with the Prometheus trailers lately. Oddly enough I held off on watching anything until about two weeks ago. I was determined to go into the film cold and spoiler-free. My dad eventually convinced me to watch the first trailer and then I caught the second one at The Avengers. Since seeing the second trailer I’ve been watching Prometheus trailers at least three or four times a day. All I can say is that it looks and sounds fucking awesome. I’m so pumped for this film that I can barely put it into words. Even if I could, I’d rather spend the time watching the trailers again.

I can’t believe I’m typing this, but Caffeinated Toothpaste: Volume 2 is finally here! Last night I got the delivery of almost 1000 books. All I can say is that the book looks absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the books and the printing.

The final stats on the book are:

• Hardcover
• 126 Pages
• Full color offset
• Over 220 diary strips
• Printed in Germany

I’ve said it before, but this book couldn’t have happened without the generous support of all the campaign contributors. Thank you all again! Speaking of which, I’m putting the finishing touches on the reward packages and have already begun sketching in the books. The Special Edition books are still at the bookbinder. Orders should begin shipping out over the next two weeks. Unfortunately the Special Editions might take a little longer.
