Se freaca gălbenuşurile cu zeama de lămâie, timp de 5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Se bat albuşurile cu zahăr pâna se face o bezea.&lt;br /&gt;
Se toarnă uleiul peste galbenuşuri, apoi albuşurile. Se pune si faina, in ploaie - dar uite ca nu mai scrie câtă făină. Adică, după ochi.&lt;br /&gt;
Se poate pune cacao, miez de nucă.&lt;br /&gt;
Dacă vrem să aibă tentă de chec cu lămâie, punem multă zeamă şi coaja rasă, nu mai punem cacao, ci doar stafide şi nucă.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se coace în 2 tăvi.&lt;br /&gt;

250 apa + 100 ml ulei, sare - se fierb la foc mic. &lt;br /&gt;
Când da in clocot, se pune faina ..............&lt;br /&gt;
Se amesteca, se da deoparte, apoi dupa ce se raceste la temperatura corpului, se pun pe rând, 4 ouă.&lt;br /&gt;
Aluatul sa fie moale, dar când se ia cu lingura, sa stea ţuguiat.&lt;br /&gt;
Se coc in cuptorul încins, la foc mai tare, 25-35 minute, apoi se pot lasa la foc mic, cu usa cuptorului deschisa.&lt;br /&gt;

Se cerne făina, se face la mijloc o gaură în care se pun aromele şi bicarbonatul, apoi se toarnă o parte din lapte, pănâ se obţine o pastă.Se adaugă ouă, unt, zahărul, restul de lapte şi se amestecă până se cuprinde toată făina.Se pune mierea, se amestecă.&lt;br /&gt;
Mierea se adaugă ultima şi după aceea nu se amestecă mult aluatul.&lt;br /&gt;

Restul se lasă să se răcească, apoi se adaugă 4 gălbenuşuri, 4 albuşuri bătute cu sare -&amp;nbsp; care se adaugă alternativ cu făina (200 g).&lt;br /&gt;

Se taie carnea cuburi - nu foarte mici, se prăjeşte cât să se rumenească pe toate feţele, se scoate şi se pun ceapa şi prazul. Se călesc, se adaugă înapoi carnea şi se fierbe 70 la sută.&lt;br /&gt;
Se pun ardeiul, cartofii felii, cârnaţii căliţi separat. 2 căţei de usturoi, vin, sare, piper.&lt;br /&gt;
Se pun deasupra roşii mici decojite şi se dă la cuptor.&lt;br /&gt;
Se presară verdeaţă.&lt;br /&gt;

Se cerne făina, se face un gol la mijloc şi se pune bicarbonat de sodiu - cam o jumătate de linguriţă - , aromele, laptele. Se pune apoi zahărul, oul, untul, sare. După ce s-a omogenizat totul se adaugă mierea. Se lşasă la odihnit 30 min.&lt;br /&gt;
Mierea se adaugă la final şi apoi nu se mai frământă mult.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se imparte aluatul in 5 bucăţi şi fiecare se modelează în formă de opt.&lt;br /&gt;
Se aplatizează cu palmele marginile şi se presează cu furculiţa, să iasă un model.&lt;br /&gt;
La mijlocul optului se face o deschizătură care se presează pe laterale cu furculiţa, înspre lateral.&lt;br /&gt;
Se lasă în tavă 15 minute, apoi se coc.&lt;br /&gt;

Cartofii se fierb întregi, se curăţă şi se taie felii. Castraveţii se curăţă de coajă şi se taie felii subţiri. Ceapa se taie felii, se lasă în apă rece.&lt;br /&gt;
Peştele se curăţă de piele, se taie felii.&lt;br /&gt;
Se face un sos din maioneză, oţet şi smântână.Se adaugă toate ingredientele, se presară verdeaţă.Se poate orna cu măsline sau roşii mici.&lt;br /&gt;

Cotletele de porc se trec prin făină şi se prăjesc în ulei încins pe ambele părţi.&lt;br /&gt;
Călim în acelaşi ulei ceapă tocată, ciuperci felii şi cuburi de ficat.&lt;br /&gt;
Adăugăm un pumn de mazăre, condim,ente, apoi punem înapoi cotletele şi dăm totul la cuptor.&lt;br /&gt;

10 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
Cotletul se marinează în ulei şi pătrunjel, ceapă, usturoi, tocate toate, plus sare şi piper.&lt;br /&gt;
Se marinează circa 10 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
Ungem o hârtie cu unt, punem în interior cotletele, acoperit cu amestecul de marinare, se închide hârtia şi se frige pe grătar.&lt;br /&gt;
Se serveşte în hârtie, cu cartofi pai.&lt;br /&gt;
Se poate face şi cu ceapă şi usturoi uscat.&lt;br /&gt;

Supa se strecoară şi se pasează legumele. Se adaugă rântaşul, laptele, ouăle bătute, apoi se pune untul deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;

In ulei, calim usturoi, ceapă, ţelina, rozmarin - tocate toate. Apoi adăugăm sosul de roşi şi varza opărită şi tocată, fasolea, legumele toate tăiate bucăţi.&lt;br /&gt;
Se pune sare, piper, apă, se fierb la foc mai mult mic.Apoi se pun tăieţii, se fierbe totul, se serveşte cu parmezan ras.&lt;br /&gt;

La final punem chimen pisat, bulion.&lt;br /&gt;
Din făină, ou şi sare, se fac tăiţei care se fierb separat, in apă, dar pe jumătate. Apoi se strecoară şi se adaugă în supă şi se mai fierb puţin.&lt;br /&gt;

150 g făină&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
250 ceapă&lt;br /&gt;
300 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
sare&lt;br /&gt;
făina se căleşte în uleim se adaugă ceapă tocată, se stinge cu lapte. Se fierbe, se pun fulgii, se amestecă mereu, 10 - 15 minute, să se îngroaşe.&lt;br /&gt;

25 g macaroane&lt;br /&gt;
50 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
50 g vin&lt;br /&gt;
50 g caşcaval&lt;br /&gt;
Se împănează carnea cu morcovi, se dă sare şi se rumeneşte înn untură.se scoate, se rumeneşte făina, se pun morcovii, ţelina, ceapa felii. Se rumenesc, se sting cu bulion şi apă, se pune carnea, cimbru, piper. macaroanele se fierb cu sare, se răcesc, se pun în unt fierbinte. Fulgii de porumb se stropesc cu apă rece.&lt;br /&gt;
Se trece totul prn maşina de tocat.&lt;br /&gt;
se fac chiftele, se tre prin făină şi se prăjesc.&lt;br /&gt;
Se mai poate adăuga ceapă calită şi verdeaţă.&lt;br /&gt;
