When I was young the friendship bracelet movement was in it's prime. Yards of coloured string, days spent braiding cotton together, all to make individual tokens for each other, the meaning behind each bracelet was priceless. These bracelets stood for belonging, a constant reminder that you weren't alone in this crazy world, having that visual connection to our group of friends became a big part of growing up. As time moved on the friendship bracelet turned into the friendship necklace, watch, mood ring and anything we could find doubles of. Fast forward 15 years my child-hood best friend and I found ourselves both living in Sydney, worlds away from the school yard. She is like a sister, and having her around the corner while we both dealt with the challenges of living away from everyone we knew made everything so much better. Recently she packed up her life in Sydney to go back to Adelaide, but not before presenting me with a ribbon wrapped box containing a token that will forever join us.

We aren't 7 years old anymore, but I never take off my Pushmaahataa skull bracelet and never does she.

How to spend a weekend when you're over brunching and spending all day in gym clothes with no intention of actually exercising -

Head to the Blue Mountains, book a ghost tour and trek through the mountains on horseback.

The ghost tour summed up -

It perhaps counts as one of the most frightening experiences I have ever had, and I watched The Grudge by myself ... in the dark.

We kicked off our night as ghost hunters with a 45 minute car ride, followed by a 30 minute walk in complete darkness till we reached a deserted graveyard - this is all sounding like the opening scenes to a really bad/good 80's horror flick right? At this point I questioned why my mother would suggest such an activity ??

There we were, my family and I (this is how we spend quality time with each other) standing in a cemetery at midnight, with weak torches (blame cheap batteries), some energy monitors (to track ghosts energy of course) our creepy guide and apparently a whole bunch of 'friendly' spirits. We were then escorted around the Blue Mountains for 3 HOURS, stopping into old gaols whilst told local urban legends of headless widows clothed in black running truck drivers off the highway and visiting pool sights where they used to drown prisoners..

....and again I will say, I have never been more scared in my life.

Did you see any ghosts? No, although something hit my leg, and I heard a baby cry in the woods

Did you run or cry? Hell yes, like the wind, like a river.

Would you do this again? Yes, but I require a shot of Tequila prior

If you had to compare this to a movie, what would it be? The Craft / Casper

What would you recommend as proper ghost chasing attire? Definitely something warm, I opted for a White Suede Cocoon Jacket, Chloe leather boots, a Jennifer Kate fur collar and Burberry ear muffs

Best part of the night? When we were taken to a black magic site and I succesfully performed 'Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board' (this may or may not have happened)

The next day we went horse riding, my horse was called Sparky, we got on great.

Safe to say I returned to Sydney feeling quite revitalised, if I can take on ghosts and get away with not being 'Ivan Milat-ed' in the woods my day job seems like a piece of cake now.

This is about what happened one day when I met a clairvoyant

and ate some KFC in the middle of no-where.

The future - it scares us, and the ones that don't seem to phased by it? Don't trust them.

We all have that little niggle of curiosity surrounding what will happen to us, where we will end up, who we will end up with (if anyone) and ultimately, if we will be OK (you will be, trust me).

My very good friend loves a good chatty with clairvoyants, and apparently I did too (good friend alert). So off we went to a suburb I had never heard of, at an hour on a Sunday morning which was unfamiliar to me, to meet someone we didn't know, who (apparently) already knew everything about us.

A train, bus and taxi ride later, I walked into a place that seemed like a safe house...it turned out to be a safe house, because the psychic studio was across the street (my bad).

Walking into the little room with an uncomfortable seat, and fluorescent lightning, we took turns at having our cards read by a lady who seemed to know her stuff.

She shuffled as well as a card dealer at the Bellagio, and hustled me to tap cards which I felt drawn to. The whole thing was very much dealers luck, she proceeded to tell the story of my recent past and of my recent future.

It was all not right. I'll go as far to say it was wrong. The entire experience.

She told me how organised I was (wrong) and the whole tete a tete turned sketchy as soon as my reading developed into a case of the ex. I've decided that all psychics reach for the heart strings when they feel the readings aren't satisfying the participant. Most of us have had our heartbroken, and apparently we are all still reeling?(we aren't reeling)

It was at this point of the reading that I started to zone out and fantasise about the KFC next door, and how much more of a comfort it would be than the musty room of my new card-hurtling nemesis.

My friend has slightly more of a positive experience, which brought relief that the entire adventure, public travel time, and loss of a sleep in wasn't completely in vain.

It did get me thinking, why do we feel drawn to know the unknown? I felt like I was in such a happy and positive space, why did I need to know more? Was it greed that my life could get better, or was I preparing myself for some inevitable decline?
Most particpants are drawn to the psychic-sphere because they are unhappy, they want to know that their life will deliver happiness in order to go on, they need that reassurance that they won't be single/stuck-in-a-job-they-hate forever.
In fact our appointment was held back 25 minutes because a client needed an emergency reading....she flew in the door, an absolute mess demanding to see the card lady. All that girl needed was a strong drink, and a good friend to tell her to drink some more, and relax.

The false promise of having that apparent higher being, telling us something that may or may not happen brings that point of reliance that is just damn unhealthy.

I'm a big believer in the notion that our minds are so powerful that we will make something happen, regardless if it was written in our destiny or not. Therefore, can't we just make our own awesome affirmations, and follow them through?

You want to be successful? Work hard, think positive and you'll get it.

Want a boyfriend? Don't sit at home on the weekends watching Sex and the City reruns, get out there and meet people.
You hate your job? Quit, get a new one.
Will you be rich? Money isn't everything, but stop taking taxis to work daily and you might be.
Will you live forever? Hell no, but you can enjoy the time you're here.

Some people may agree with me, some people may think I'm the devil reincarnate, and that their monthly psychic appointments are the balance to their chakra. Whatever, I'll be $200 richer than you so I can blissfully buy more Kenzo in my future ignorant state.

For now however, I'll settle with a box of hot chips from KFC and to let my cards be dealt when they will, in their own good time.

It came to my attention recently that I've never actually purchased a fragrance for myself. They have either been gifts from past loves, my mum or friends wanting to take advantage of buying my birthday presents during their duty free shopping sprees.

I find a scent is so important, it evokes memories from so many years past, and a cheap perfume ruins any outfit.

Finding the perfect scent is so ultimately hard, but soon as I tried the Jo Malone Rosewater and Vanilla parfum I was absolutely hooked.

If there is one fragrance I want to be associated with this will be it, forever...

5 suitcases, a mirror, 1 bed, a bike and 15 boxes later I moved house.
Finally and never again may I add.
My last little abode served it's purpose for what it was, but there comes a time when ... well it doesn't anymore.
Your home life is so important, and even though we are all so busy, it's our sanctuary, a place we can escape the crazy world outside - and it needs to be awesome right?

I may have only moved down the street, but it feels like a world away.

Our official first weekend in our new terrace was filled with many celebratory champagnes, wines by the fire, thai takeaway, Sex and The City marathons and Sonoma brunches.

Life is good.

Recently I bumped into a friend on the street. This friend is perfection, not only does she present herself impeccably, but it's like she just stepped right out of the streets of Paris, and she has thing for a red lip (instant appreciation). Noir (as we will call her) was carrying a ridiculously large Moleskine notebook, when I asked her what it was she doing with such a bible in her bag she answered, "I have so many thoughts throughout the day, I need to write them down or they'll disappear". This couldn't be more true, we are so busy and connected to our tech devices that we almost (and sometimes do) forget the random little anecdotes that run course through our minds daily. And no, the 149 characters you tweet in random intervals throughout the day doesn't count.

I'm making a special effort to write down my thoughts, pen to paper. So one day I can look back and reminiscent on the days that left us behind, it will be a constant source of inspiration. How many times have you read something, heard something or seen something that instantly inspires you, yet a few hours down the track it's as if it never happened.

Of course if I'm dedicating precious time to such an activity I need the right instruments, and when stationary is involved I become a little obsessed.

The Maison Martin Margiela by L'Atelier D'Exercises Ostrich pen will suffice I believe, as would most of the other pieces in the range.

In terms of the writing destination I cannot look past the humble Moleskine or an abundance of other papier sweets on Telegram ... although if someone did hand me a Hermes Ulysse notebook as Christine Centenera is so well known for toting around, I certainly wouldn't object.

These are a few of my latest and greatest acquisitions, I've also thrown in some old faithfuls which I had originally left behind/thought I had lost. The onyx faceted dome cocktail ring which my brother gave to me on my 21st birthday is my favourite piece of jewellery, mainly because of the sentimental value, I thought I lost it, turns out it was hiding in a shoe.

Revisiting pieces that you used to wear in a uniform style fashion are like those friends who you haven't seen in years, the ones that you can pick up where you last left off - like my friend Jess R.

Jess and this ring have nothing in common, except I found them both in a shoe (not really) but they are just the same in the way they refit in my life, no matter how long it's been. She is brilliant, and I wish I saw more of her. I would include a picture of Jess here, however I'd be compelled to post one of her in a Peter Alexander onesie, and that would mean the end of the friendship.

I'm attached to my Jordy Askill ring, after much deliberation I left it to my mum to pick which one it would be, it was out of the heart and the star. She made the right decision, I never let that delicate star leave my index.

My favourite new piece would be the 3.1 Phillip Lim 31 minute clutch, it was the last one left when I stumbled across on Shopbop. I've been searching for a large clutch in a subtle envelope style for a while, one to replace my trusty American Apparel large leather pouch. What I love about this most is that I can fold it over and slip my hand through the handle, it's small details like this that make me happy.

Lim is ticking all the boxes in terms of his accessories for the past few seasons, and I'm finding that I'm already planning which piece will be next. I'm obsessing over the Lark duffle that I spied at The Corner Shop recently, it's perfect, black, zips, short and long handles and everything that I want in a man - I mean bag.

Being a Scorpio (or just flat out being a girl), I find myself to have compulsive, obsessive tendencies to particular wardrobe items. In summer it was the obsession for the perfect white tee, which I never did get around to finding. Last winter the perfect leather boots, I never did find these either.

My latest and greatest obsession? The Breton stripe sweater.

Do I owe at least 5 different variations of a blue and white top?

Well yes.

Have I found the perfect one yet?

Not quite.

Although my latest Bassike purchase is perhaps my new favourite wardrobe item. It's that perfect mix of a boyfriend fit, without looking like you've stacked on the pounds. The blue and white stripe colouring is not too white, not too cream, not too dark, not too light. I take a Breton quite seriously..

Clearly I would wear it with more than opaques, because opaques are not pants (neither are leggings).

Oh, did I get my hair cut? Why yes I did, thanks for noticing.

Note to self: when one is bored and without a hair appointment, put down the scissors. It never ends nicely for yourself or any parties involved, especially when that party is your hair.

It's fash-un week next week (dahling), and everyone is getting primped and perfect for the 5 days of glamour. In reality the week is anything but glamourous, and you'll need more than an instagram filter to prove me wrong (yes, even on Brannan).

One fine day I was bored and decided to try my hand (literally) at some scissor skills, I've had to wear my hair up for the past 2 weeks to hide the evidence. Deciding that I didn't want to look like that girl with hair that resembled an attack with a whipper snipper, I decided to call in reinforcements.

Lucky the absolute genius in terms of hair, as he is recognised in Sydney (and Melbourne) Jaye Edwards rescued me. If you have a hair-mergency, or just want awesome tresses, hit me up for Jayes details.

I now have what I'll call 'the revised' bob, not so blunt which is quite a change for me, and it's a little short in the back, with more party in the front. It's perfect, and I love him for it.

A 4 day long weekend meant it was time to pack my bags and head home for the Easter break.

The thing I hate most about flying back, is trying to squeeze so many activities in such a short space of time, but being able to see all my loved ones makes the exhaustion worth the ride.

This weekend besides eating chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days straight I visited some of my favourite haunts.

Illamasqua recently launched their latest collection 'Human Fundamentalism', and I was lucky enough to land 2 of the newest lip colours from the collection.

Introducing Erydice and Apocalips and Euryadice – ie green & pink

One would think that a matte green lipstick wouldn't be the most wearable colour going around, but I'm testament to the fact that all you need is a pair of lips, a really awesome lip brush and the wonderful Illamasqua key artist Mikele (above) to do it all for you (Mikele is optional).

I had a little play with my latest acquisitions this Easter long weekend, deciding that I needed to resemble a watermelon slice on a very cold Saturday night in Adelaide. I'm not sure why I've never tried this before, but a contrast lip is something that I may start to implement in my daily routine.

Note. I met with a boy wearing my latest concoction, and he wasn't at all phased, so this is something you can most definitely try at home.

......... although he never did follow up for a second date.. perhaps wear with caution.

I'm having the most amazing time in Adelaide spending the holiday with my beloved family and friends. I've learnt how to make my families traditional Easter desserts, not being so kitchen domesticated myself, I am so proud with the results.
I'm still slightly recovering from twisting it till the early hours of the morning with the friends I've left behind, there is no looking past the 50s rock & roll tunes at Supermild.

Now I must hop to the delicious feat that awaits (see what I did there)

The Mardi Gras has been and gone, heck it's been so long that the glitter may have (almost) disappeared from the streets, and we have potentially regained some of the diginity lost.

My friends and I, not being ones to ever really miss a beat decided that the Mardi Gras participation was something we needed to tick off our bucket lists..
- in truth we just really wanted to dress up in glitter, wear ridiculous eyelashes, acrylic neon wigs and tutus without judgement.

Although it did rain drags and queens, we didn't let the soggy weather dampen the fun.

3 months ago, super organised and excitedly we booked a spot at the Kirribilli markets.
Our aim? To sell our pre-existing wardrobes and pad our wallets in anticipation for new winter buys. Faster than I could organise my mum to ship up my dust collecting wardrobe from Adelaide, the time had come, and there we were baking (yes, I baked) and tagging at midnight on Friday night, ready for the 5am wake up call to set up shop.

Treating this activity as a fun novelty as I never had a stall before, I was too over enthused at the sheer notion of potentially making money for clothes I hadn't worn in years, coupled with the thought of paying off my latest Net-A-Porter wishlist.

An 'Autumn Clean' as you could call it, my friends and I found some type of solace in the therapeutic notion of selling off our threads that were cluttering our lives/wardrobes. Shockingly I found myself griping with the fact that I may be a (gasp) hoarder... did I REALLY need that French Connection 'Fcuk Fashion' T-shirt that I had never worn? Yes, it could double as PJs or something to wear when painting...or not?

By the end of my self-struggle, I decided that if I hadn't worn it in 3 years, I'm never going to wear it ever. Too big? Too small? Down right heinous? All of this was deemed to be cleared. In saying so I gave myself a rather large talking to, never will I let myself be sucked into sample sales, buying clothes that didn't fit when tried on in the change room and those impulse buys that still had the tags on.

Loading up on the Red Bull (thanks Jayde), chicken sandwiches (thanks Chrissy), cupcakes and lollies to keep our energy levels up, we weren't at all prepared for the personalities on the day. We had yet to unwrap our garment bags when market goers (at 6.30am mind you) were grappling with our second hand goods, bartering with us and trying to open anything that wasn't locked down.

Yes, we had our fair share of these types " Oh it's $5? I'll think about it... and the ones who tried to bargain you down from $50 to .50 cents... all in a days work.

This little piggy went to market...and some other tips :

Price tags - These are great, but can sometimes deter potential sales. For your designer goods with a reserve DEFINITELY flick a tag on that, but those heinous t-shirts you will end up throwing into the GoodWill bin if not sold, let someone make an offer.

Uniform - No matter if its the middle of winter, or the middle of summer - 6am is always quite chilly... Don't wear denim cut offs and mini leather skirts thinking this will be ok, because it's not. Layering is key folks.

Organisation is key - I'm not the most 'organised' kid on the block, so I was lucky to have such pro-active sellers to guide me. Ensure you have your racks ready to go, and that all items are hung on efficient coat hangers and bagged according to style, it will make your life a lot easier. Also get a good night sleep before, it's a looooonng day.

Tasty Snacks - This is imperative! The markets test your patience, and suck the life out of you, so you need to keep your energy levels up or you'll turn into the grumpy seller from hell. Nuts, lollies, water, red bull and finger sandwiches are going to be your saving grace

Customer service - Working in retail for as many years as I did you learn a few tricks, ignoring customers isn't always a right way to go about.. don't hound but chat, sometimes they just need that extra push to buy your 5 seasons old Sportsgirl dress.

Mirror - We DIDN'T have one, and lucky that the lady next door to us was so accommodating, but these people are spending their hard earned cash on your goods, they want to check themselves out - make it easy for them.

Previous sales - For those acquaintances who ask to hold things for them, and who want anything in their size .. Don't do it, you'll end up losing sales, and it's just annoying.

Sweet bribes - the way to a buyers heart is through their stomach .. I'm not kidding... to sweeten a deal, you will definitely need sweets. Butter the buyer up, offer them a homemade cupcake/brownie. If they weren't going to buy your leather jacket before, offering them food will make them feel too bad not to after.

The Poachers - Watch out for these nifty market-goers. These are the kind that trawl through your amazing designer goods, snap up your LOVER for next to quid and then sell it in their own stall 4 tables over for triple the price... Don't back down on price, you will spot them a mile away.

Friends/Distractions - The day can get sometimes boring, ensure you invite your friends to come and hang with you. We were lucky that so many of our lovely people came to see us (this is also when the lure of cupcakes and lollies come in handy)

Signage and promotion - Notching up a little flyer to promote your stall is a great way to increase activity. We posted this on our Instagrams, Twitter and Facebook, you never know who has been eyeing off your previously worn ensembles.

Seller becomes buyer - You are there to sell ! Don't be tempted to go for a walk around and check out the talent. You'll end up coming home with a $500 fur and some random pair of roller skates you didn't really need. Don't spend your profits (just yet anyway)

In conclusion would we do this again?

No, if you want to actually make serious money from your designer goods, it goes to show you can't beat eBay for the serious dosh.

Save the market for those items you don't really care about and want to clear out for nothing before you head to St Vinnes.

Oh, but I did make enough to buy my next handbag...

These are just a few of my favourite images and the weeks happenings, a lazy little inspiration post before the weekend hits.

I have had a fantastic, albeit tiring week back in Sydney after a restful (and sad) time in Adelaide -

This weekend I can't wait to FINALLY get to a Pilates class, indulge in my favourite dish at YOUENI Provides and then frock up in loads - read- LOADS of glitter for the Mardi Gras.

It will be raining men, fake tan, queens and well more rain.

My mother is a florist, and as children we have been dragged to examine any arrangement of flowers/flower/weed you name it. As a result I'm innately attracted to florals of any nature, I'm also missing my mum dearly.. so this is for you Susie.

Jil Sanders AW 12 collection was so prolific, it signalled the end of Raf Simon's 7 year reign at the fashion house.

Complementing his last 36-look collection he collaborated with florist Mark Colle, from the small Antwerp store 'Baltimore'.

6 plexiglass cubes of flowers were created- and apparently even Anna Wintour approved... amen

Lets be serious here, if I'm going to eat carbs it should be on an Hermes plate, embossed with a floral motif.

One of my absolute favourites.

Carven showed their A/W 12 collection at Paris Fashion Week. Apart from being one of my most coveted labels, I can't look past a tulip skirt, nipped in waist or fur lapels, the collection was beautifully wearable.

I was asked to be apart of the fashion office girls wardrobe feature, working alongside the talents behind STYD, Jessie Hart and Jade Warne. Although I'm not really too much of a fast fashion devotee, I do love a good steal to work back with 'investment' pieces.

Ferris and the City

My dearest friend Ferris packed his Adelaide belongings, this was for his maiden visit to my humble Paddington abode.There isn’t anything quite like having old friends visit, but the pressure to ensure they have a good time is all on you –
Bad restaurant choices, the weather, clubs not living up to the hype, and a bad poached egg (the horror) feels like the end of the world when you’re trying to show off your new city.

Here are my never fail TOP 10 places surely to win over your mates when visiting Sydney-
(Ferris is packing his records to move on over already - yay! ) Of course this is just a sample of the offerings that this brilliant city has to offer, oh well, it just leaves more for next time.

We had gelato for breakfast, because public holidays throw any type of normality out the window. On certain days/holidays/any given occassion they have special flavours that work in theme, for Australia Day we had pavolva and lamington. However the house favourites could never disappoint, my pick is the salted caramel with white chocolate.

Beach Burrito

Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach

Nothing beats a burrito and some chilli fries to tide you over for the next week.

On the plus side tourists always love to check out Bondi,

if all else fails you can just get your mate drunk on their refreshingly dangerous tequila margaritas.

This captured Ferris' heart, and it probably will with your friends,

especially if they like shelling unlimited amounts of complimentary peanuts and have a thing for taxidermy. Basically it feels like you're in your rich school friends underground den, where his dad keeps all the 'good' liquor.

Good God Small Club

Liverpool St, City

Heading to the city for night life isn't quite known when you have such options in the East, however GGSC is worth the taxi ride. The restaurant 'The Dip' just won 'Best Eats' in the SMAC awards (that's telling you something) expect food such as pulled pork rolls and old school hotdogs with the lot - diner food at it's best.

The Bunker

Liverpool St, Darlinghurst

Nestled between a barber and a paella restaurant you'll find The Bunker, a quaint coffee shop with a lovely homely vibe.The chai tea comes in a little steel tea pot, its the a perfect elixar to read the papers outside on the communal table and to people watch. If you’re into celebrities this place was one of Tobey Maguires favourite haunts (he told me himself), sine he is such a coffee aficionado we should all take note.

The Darlo Bar

Darlinghurst Rd, Darlinghurst

An eastern institution - cheap cider, pool tables, mismatched furniture and a beer garden with just the right amount of atmosphere if you want to escape the perils (and people) of the Cross.

Pocket Bar

Burton St, Surry Hills

"No shit you dig marvin the martian too?" Any place with Marvin painted on the walls and comfy sofas wins in my books. The fact that you can team some decadent crepes with your G&Ts is a sure fire winner... We may have idled down here because Shady Pines line was all just a little too tedious, but it was a pleasant detour.

Four Ate Five

Crown St, Surry Hills

Brunch is a serious matter in the Sydney-ites books, although I've endveoured to sample the delights of many places, Four Ate Five on Crown St in Surry Hills always wins hands down when faced with a choice. The juices are second to none and I never can't look past my own signature plate of a damn good piece of sour dough, haloumi, poached eggs and avo.

Foster St, Surry Hills

One of the newest ventures from the Shady Pines crew, Tios of taps into the Sydney 'mexicana' fever. This is the perfect place to go to be educated on all drinks tequila and instead of peanuts they give out brown paper bags filled with popcorn. If there is one thing I'm never not in the mood for it's a bag of popcorn. This particular night after being pelted with rain I decided to give my bag o' corn to a homeless man, just call me the good samaritan.

Kinokuniya

The Galleries, City

There is something about wall to wall book shops and pages just begging to be turned. Nestled on the second floor of the Galleries Victoria on George St you’ll find this book mecca.

Not only does it house the largest selection of Japanese literature/magazines/movies and random paraphernalia but an afternoon flicking through Terry Richardsons portraits can be an all over experience.

Well it's apparently summer, however let this be evidence that you shouldn't believe everything you read. Myself not one for always being on time, let alone seasons early means I'm not particularly fond of this, however a little spontaneity never goes astray (looking on the bright side).

I'd like to now take the time to welcome the newest addition to my accessories closet - cat eye Dolce and Gabbana shades, which in this gloomy overcast February are probably not really needed (where are my Hunters?). You're right, I'm not the biggest D&G fan (for reason that I've tried to drift as far away from the Italian 'bling' stereotype) but they are the perfect combination of gold and tort, and they make me happy.

Speaking of seeing double, I'm trying out double leopard - not to be confused with double denim.

My current/elliot leopard print jeans in grey (thank you ShopBop) and my perfect pointed leopard print heels made friends today, and it wasn't as much of a fashion faux pas that I'd assumed it to be either..

....Or maybe the chocolates the (lovely) intern gave us for lunch wasn't exactly the perfect brain food.

I'm off to go sing.. in the rain because it's Friday... and raining? If you're in the area and buy magazines instead of food you should purchase the latest Russh, it's the perfect rainy weather reading material. The issue is 'Everlasting Love', so fitting with the impending Val-Day, and was also the background for my pseudo-shades shoot.

It appears this post was pretty much about the weather (and sunglasses)... which leads me to end with this quote from my love in a past life Oscar Wilde.

summer high

This is exactly what my idea of summer is made of, and this perhaps defines my perfect image of a Sunday session (when we actually are treated to sun). Lazing around mismatched furniture, porcelain tiled tables, amongst over sized potted plants, large (faux) roses and Breton striped shades in what only can be described as the dream garden settings you dreamt of as a child. The Gazebo in Elizabeth Bay is the centre point for my friends and I to gather, to toast away bad days and welcome the new work week with fresh sangria and perfect share plates. It was only fitting that my birthday celebrations would be held here, and only with my closest Sydney friends who have become so important to me here. Of course I felt it was only mandatory to wear my neon pink vintage ball gown skirt which was found hidden among the racks in Clubhouse Lane Boutique (in Adelaide) - this skirt was a hit with the lunching middle age woman on the table next to us, who, may I add were ever so sweet. The fact that we made a friend in a palm reader? Standard really... apparently I haven't fallen in love yet, so very interesting (and true). We may have stopped past Messina gelato, and why not? You only live once, which is enough if done properly.
