Atascadero homicide victim identified

The Atascadero Police Department has identified the victim of a shooting death Wednesday as 52-year-old Colleen Maria Barga-Milbury. A suspect shot and killed Barga-Milbury at her Atascadero residence in the 4300 block of Tranquilla Avenue around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police have yet to identify a suspect or a motive.
