Attendees will work in small groups to resolve real-world problems and identify the many steps and options available in most cases. <br /> Who should attend: &nbsp;Designed for Sergeants and Lieutenants, but has frequently been attended by Officers and Detectives who have a desire to promote.<br /> <br /> Instructor: Randy Allen, Commander, Long Beach Police Department<br /> Randy has been with the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) for over 26 years.
