Retail Loan Servicing includes the following functional specialties: Core Servicing (responsibility for Investor relationships, and the transaction based activities of Servicing- statements, taxes, escrow, insurance), Loan Transfer &amp; Document Management- LTDM (responsibility for loan transfer, lien release, records management and imaging, document custody, Home Equity Servicing, and internal control), and Customer Care (responsible for the Call Centers, Research, GCC and Escalations). The Retail Loan Servicing call centers in Monroe, LA, Columbus, OH and Manila, Philippines, together answer an average of 55,000 calls per day.</p>

RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p>* As a QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing the completeness and accuracy of all documents pertaining to the credit package. The QA Analyst will need to understand and interpret all mortgage documents including but not limited to W2&#8217;s, pay stubs, 4506-T, tax returns, and assets/deposit accounts. This individual will be responsible for managing their pipeline through timely follow-up. In addition, the QA Analyst will be responsible for ordering and review of appraisals, credit reports, and other miscellaneous re-verifications. The QA Analyst will primarily be working with the QA Department analysts, managers, and vendors.</p>
<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<p>* Minimum of 1 to 2 years of mortgage underwriting experience.<br />
* Previous pipeline management experience preferred<br />
* Thorough knowledge of mortgage documents, such as tax information, 4506-T, income and asset documents and credit reports<br />
* Ability to produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, high volume production environment successfully<br />
* Detail oriented. Ability to review documents for completeness and accuracy<br />
* Ability to make decisions and adhere to company guidelines to minimize risk<br />
* Problem solving skills<br />
* Strong customer service<br />
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal<br />
