Kierra “Twin” Jones was one of a kind.

At just about five feet, ninety pounds, she had a huge spirit that was belying of her stature. With braids, tattoos, and oversized clothing it would be easy to look at her and assume the worst. But once she smiled, all of that melted away. And you saw her for what she was. A young woman who dared to be herself, a young woman who loved openly, a young woman who was just as quick to give an encouraging word as she was to crack a joke. And as she spoke--slow and measured, you could feel the reservoir of wisdom that was deep inside of her.

She wasn’t perfect, as none of us are. However, she was strengthened through every mistake, fortified through every failure. And throughout the revolving door that is night school, she remained constant. When her peers’ resolve weakened she said, “I have faith.”

Twin exemplified everything that All City is supposed to represent. She dreamed through adversity. She strived every day; even in the midst of the complacency that surrounds us all. She was a leader, she was a peacemaker, so much so that it cost her life.

And through her death, life continues. Old students are coming back through that revolving door. They’re saying they’re going to graduate for Twin. And though they may stumble, though they may never pass a Regents, or walk the stage, they have all LEARNED.

Hopefully we too can learn from this. Our success as educators is not limited to test scores. Our success comes when we dig deep within ourselves and continue to hope. Our success comes when we look past the statistics and see our students as people who deserve dignity and respect. Our success comes when we forgive the students who disrespect and underappreciate us. Our success comes when we treat our students like we would want someone to treat our own kids. Our success comes when we don’t coddle students, but when we push them to excel. Our success comes when we lead by example.

Kierra’s family is requesting donations to buy her headstone. Please give as much as you can.

According to the Democrat and Chronicle website Jones was celebrating the graduation of two of her cousins at her aunt’s home on York Street on May 14, 2013, when two vehicles approached. Their occupants fired multiple gunshots and drove away. Jones, herself set to graduate from All City High in a month, was struck multiple times and died at Strong Memorial Hospital a short time later, her family said. The day before Kierra Jones was murdered my youngest daughter called me in Houston to tell me that Kierra Mae Jones watched one of my Youtube videos on racism as part of one of her assignments. On May 15, 2013, I read a haunting and provocative Huffington Post article titled “The Reactionary Nature of Black Politics. In the article Pascal Robert stated “Jim Crow was rooted in economic control, not simply racism and brutality. Those were the tools used to keep the system intact.” Robert’s story has led me to believe that gun violence and the unwillingness of the GOP, Tea Party members, NRA, and others to support background checks for gun control is a form of racism to maintain the prevailing order: The time is now for African-Americans to stop being reactionary and become proactive in saving our children and OURSELVES. We should demand action from Senator Harry Reid, the Democrats, and more importantly President Obama. President Obama can have a successful second term if Reid do filibuster reform NOW. With reform the Senate can pass a background check gun control bill. Reform will also allow the Senate to skip the delaying tactics of Rubio and GOP who don’t have any intentions of passing Immigration Reform before or especially not after the 2014 elections. Filibuster reform will also allow the Senate to confirm President Obama nominated federal judges that have lifetime appointments over the GOP unprecedented opposition. At the end of his article Roberts asks who is up to the task to provide a new politics that is not rooted in reactionary response to racism but seeks to foster cross-racial coalitions with those similarly situated to crush the barriers to economic equality. President Obama Should Use Long Airport Traveling Delays Caused by Sequester as a Political Weapon

The typo in the Sequester Bill to end long airlines delays caused by the furlough of air traffic controllers gives President Obama a chance to fight for program cuts that hurt the non-flying public. African-Americans stood in long lines for three to seven hours to vote in 2008 and 2012. Therefore, those who mocked President Obama’s efforts to prevent the sequester by flying around the country warning of long lines at our airports shouldn’t be allowed to pick and fix parts of the sequester to please their base. PLEASE PRESIDENT OBAMA DON’T SIGN the “Reducing Flight Delays Act of 2013.” According to a Washington Post article “Obama has pretty much tried it all. He has met privately with Republican leaders in the House, collaborated with bipartisan groups of senators and taken his case to the people, hoping that the power of public opinion could win over his opponents in Congress. This year none of those efforts have worked.” One thing “Obama” hasn’t tried is fighting fire with fire when dealing with the Mitch McConnell, John Boehner and the GOP. The GOP routinely use self-made crises to further their agenda and to control the nation narrative i.e. debt ceiling, reducing the debt). PRESIDENT OBAMA was called a liar and accused of using scare tactics when he warned nations of that the sequester would cause long delays in air traffic. On April 25, 2013, his accusers in the Senate passed a resolution to prevent reduced operation and staffing at the FAA. Should President Obama sign the bill “prevent reduced operations and staffing” at the FAA? HELL NO! Should President Obama play let’s make a deal with Boehner and the GOP and accept a deal that doesn't repeal the entire Sequester? HELL NO! Should President Obama, Senator Reid, and Nancy Pelosi accept any deal with Speaker Boehner, Tea Party members, and GOP that doesn’t offer the same amount of monetary funding (253 million) provided to easy air travel delays for Wall Street to restore programs cuts for the young, sick, disabled, and/or poor? HELL NO! It time that Reid stand up to the GOP and remember the Hispanic voters that saved his A-- in 2012. Reid get a backbone and pass a filibuster reform bill. Is Walmart Staff Shortages Retaliatory Behavior against Voters, Obama, and Obamacare?

A Bloomberg.com article dated April 2, 2013, stated in part: ” Wal-Mart customers from Hawaii to Florida and from Texas to Vermont wrote to express their frustration after Bloomberg News reported March 26 that there aren’t enough workers in the stores to keep shelves stocked, cash registers manned and shoppers’ questions answered. According to the article Wal-Mart U.S. had sales of about $274.5 billion in the year ended Jan. 31, more than the total sales of Target Corp. (TGT) and Costco Wholesale Corp. (COST) combined in their comparable periods. I believe that the Bloomberg article supports my belief that staff shortages at Walmart could be retaliatory behavior by Walmart executives. On Saturday December 1, 2012, at approximately 8:30pm I videotaped long lines and wait time to check out in a local Walmart store in Houston, Texas. As evident from my conversation with a shopper in the store I couldn’t understand why the store wasn’t fully staffed and more if not every cash register opened. On December 2, 2012, I read an article titled “Walmart's New Health Care Policy Shifts Burden to Medicaid, Obamacare.” Base on the content of the article I believe that Walmart’s decided to reduce the hours of its employees in order to deny them employer based health care coverage. I also believe that staff reduction contributed to the long lines and frustration of many of the shoppers in the store on December 1, 2012. On December 3, 2012, I posted video featured in this post in a CNN I-Report titled: “REASONS to Boycott Walmart: Obamacare, Low Wages, Long Lines, and Employee Retaliation.” I stated in the report the Walton family and its corporate executives appear to be trying to punish low income wages earners employed by them by cutting their hours and health insurances coverage for voting for Obama. I believe that Obama supporters of all ages, racial, ethnic, backgrounds and economic classes should boycott Walmart and Sam Clubs. Walmart shoppers should support the underpaid and overworked employees at Walmart and Obamacare. Boycott Walmart until they change their new health care policy and/or stop retaliation actions against employees for speaking out for better pay, fair schedules and affordable health care. Bud and Sam Walton, are the founders of the world’s biggest retailer, Wal-Mart. The Waltons have a combined wealth of US$93 billion. According to an ABC News post Walmart cut ties to the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) a conservative group and donated money to conservative candidates including Mitt Romney. On November 6, 2012, the voters rejected Mitt Romney and the Republican’s promise to repeal Obama’s health care reform bill. It is now time for consumers/customers to reject Walmart. Workers shouldn’t bear the unnecessary burden of fighting for work hours and entitled health care benefits. Its insanity for shoppers to have to wait in long lines to give the Walton family and their stockholders their money. It is even more insane to shop at Walmart when that company supported ALEC, Mitt Romney, opposed President Obama, and appears to be engaged in retaliation of its employees and possible customers. Boehner’s Proposal to Fix Sequester Must Contain balanced Military and Non-Military Spending Allowances

I believe that this video is a powerful example to challenge and deny Speaker John Boehner and the GOP's decision to offer legislation to soften the pain of mandated cuts to the military budget caused by the Sequester. Any deal or fix to the Budget Control Act of 2011, must include reducing the amount of non-military spending cuts too. Providing a reliable safety net for the physically and mentally ill, poor, children and the elderly is a role the federal government must play in some of our lives. Who among us will chose to be sick, disabled, and/or poor in one of the greatest countries on earth? Should the forty-seven percent of Americans referenced by Mitt Romney during the 2012 presidential election plight be ignored? Should Boehner and Tea Party congressional members be allowed to provide political cover for themselves and Republicans governors by providing exceptions and exemptions for the military and defense contractors to the drastic cuts of the Sequester? Should President Obama agree to a deal with the GOP that doesn't repeal the entire Sequester and/or offer the same amount of monetary savings to domestic non-military spending that covers programs cuts for the sick, disabled, and/or poor? I am outraged that Tom Joyner is promoting Donald Trump’s All Star Celebrity Apprentice on his website and on facebook. Donald Trump demonstrated that he is a “RACIST” with his birther demands that resulted in this nation’s first African-American president producing his birth certificate. Donald Trump demanding and offering money to a charity of President Obama choice if the president produced his college transcripts is another example of his racist views of President Obama and us. President Obama’s vision for this nation includes equality and justice for all of its citizens. I believe that Trump is a part of an organized effort by the Republicans governors and members in Congress, some Supreme Court justices, business owners, and corporations to hinder President Obama presidency and to punish/discourage those of us who are responsible for his two victories. I am the mother of a Marine who served this country for four years as a military police officer. My son is currently a police officer. I am also an African-American woman who was unjust terminated by New York State Department of Correctional Services on November 2, 1998, after filing an October 15, 1997, employment discrimination lawsuit. I believe that former LA cop Christopher Dorner’s tragic ordeal, my personal employment discrimination experience and legal case, and your 2012 reelection make this a perfect time to address employment discrimination. One of the possible ways that you can address this issue which I believe contributes to the high unemployment rate in African-Americans communities is to assemble a council or board to address and investigate employment discrimination in this country. Christopher Dorner’s inexcusable reaction to his alleged employment discrimination was to KILL. My appropriate reaction to my three year hostile work environment and four year Pro-Se legal battle against Eliot Spitzer and his staff was to exaust all aveunes of legal redress. I appealled the dismissed of my case to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the US Supreme Court. The Court refused to review it. I also wrote a book that includes original documents uploaded as pictures that proves it, mailed a copy of the original book to you and Eric Holder, created blogs, contacted Buffalo New York District Attorney, and emailed documents to United States Justice Department attorneys. Lastly, I wrote letters and/or emails to politicians including you and Senator Hillary Clinton, contacted print, radio, and television media personalities, post videos on CNN-IReport and Youtube that highlighted it, matched with Al Sharpton and Martin Luther King for Jobs and Justice in Washington, DC, Vote, Volunteer in VA for your successful 2012 reelection, hoped, and prayed. As of today’s date February 11, 2013, none of my actions have been successful in giving me peace, justice, clearing my name, or receiving entitled disability retirement benefits. My FACTUAL allegation that LIBERAL AND PROGRESSIVE DARLING Eliot Spitzer filed seven (7) perjured declarations has been ignored by the media and the people that I contacted. Your life is a story of prayers and history, converging to birth one of a kind. The outhouses of Quincy were supposed to shackle you. You were supposed to settle with scraps wallow in ignorance, strive for nothing, A migrant worker's trip to Brockport supposed to solidify your inferiority-- Instead it released a wave of hope a wave of determination Faith. And though this faith has been tried And though your path has languished in the unknown This hope, this determination, this faith still beckons There is pride in your children There is pride in your feats. But the past shall not keep you. You must continue to journey on. Some of your steps will be in the dark. The path will narrow, leaving room only enough for one. Fear not, turn away never. President Obama Please Address My Employment Discrimination Case with Governor Cuomo

I have been waiting for President Obama’s reelection so that he could address my employment discrimination case and take action to make me whole. On November 15, 2012, President Obama received a bear hug from Andrew Cuomo. Therefore, I decided that today was a great day to bring employment discrimination in general and my employment discrimination case in particular to both of these elected officials of the Democratic Party. President Obama I am respectfully requesting that you and Governor Andrew Cuomo do the right thing and make me whole for NYS Attorney General's Office filing 7 perjured declaration in my employment discrimination case, firing me in retaliation for filing a lawsuit alleging discrimination, and denying the appeal of my disability retirement application. Therefore, I am entitled to back pay from my denied disability retirement application from New York State Department of Correctional Service. I am also respectfully requesting that you use an executive order if necessary to amend Title VII (employment discrimination) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 again like you did in Ledbedder's case. Amending the Act again will prevent one judge from have the authority to dismiss employment discrimination cases based on summary judgment motions. I did this report to bring my true employment and retaliation case that includes the unjust denial of my disability retirement application (DRA) to the attention of Andrew Cuomo. In the past Governor Cuomo responded to my letter and email seeking redress and the approval of my the DRA by stating that as Attorney General of NY he couldn't help me. President Obama’s 2012 Re-Election Will be More Historic than his 2008 Election

When Barack Obama ran for President in 2008, it was an historic election. The prospect of voting for America's first African-American president brought black folks to the polls who had never voted before. People voted early, stood in long lines, some were in wheelchairs or on walkers -- but the passion and enthusiasm were palpable in black communities across America.

The rights and opportunities that our ancestors marched for finally came to fruition on election night, November 4, 2008, when the votes were cast and the T.V. networks announced that Barack Obama had been elected the 44th President of the United States. Tears of joy were shed across America by young and old.

Some of us mistakenly thought that, with President Obama's election, we had finally arrived. We could take it easy and not have to press so hard for our rights to be affirmed.

We underestimated the backlash from the opposition. Those who did not vote for Obama and who thought a black man would never occupy the White House -- either through prejudice, ignorance or defiance of authority -- quickly rose up in anger and indignation. The Tea Party was formed and we've seen their influence on politics in general and the Republican Party, in particular.

In his September 24, 2011, speech to the Congressional Black Caucus, President Obama was speaking for me and to me when he said, “Throughout our history, change has often come slowly. Progress often takes time. I never promised easy. Easy has never been promised to us. But we’ve had faith. We have had faith. We’ve had that good kind of crazy that says you can’t stop matching.”

“Even when folks were hitting you over the head you can’t stop matching. Even when they’re turning the hoses on you, you can’t stop. Even when somebody fires you for speaking out, you can’t stop. Even when it looks like there’s no way, you find a way—you can’t stop. Through the mud and muck and the driving rain, we don’t stop. Because we know the rightness of our cause-widening the circle of opportunities, increasing each other’s prosperity. We know our cause is just. It’s a righteous cause.”

It will be difficult to duplicate the magic of the 2008 campaign, but we can't afford to sit down -- you have to put on your marching shoes once again and work to re-elect President Obama in 2012! You need to not only vote, but work in the trenches to put President Obama back in the White House for four more years.

Don't be fooled. With Republican legislatures around the country attempting to make voting more difficult in poor and minority communities, the election in 2012 matters more than ever!

Here's why President Obama's re-election is important:

1. He cares about ordinary people -- the poor, middle class and those hardest hit by the recession.

2. He can keep the right-wing forces from enacting discriminatory policies and enacting more voter suppression legistation across America.

3. He can appoint more federal and Supreme Court justices who are sensitive to the needs of blacks and other minorities.

4. The presence of the Obama First Family in the White House is an important positive symbol for our young people and others around the world.

5. America needs President Obama's continued outstanding foreign policy experience during an unstable international environment.

President Obama has instituted "Operation Vote" to make it easier for African-American communities to organize for 2012. What are you willing to do?

Here are some things you can do to help with President Obama's re-election:

1. Make sure you have the proper documents to vote by securing a state-issued driver's license or photo I.D., if you don't already have one.

2. Sign up as a voting registrar and register people to vote in your neighborhood.

3. Host a fundraiser for President Obama in your home or through one of your community organizations; and/or send a personal contribution to his re-election campaign online.

4. Post information via social media like Facebook and Twitter encouraging your friends to vote for President Obama's re-election.

5. Encourage your church or pastor to host voter registration drives.

6. Stay informed about the presidential election campaign by watching news broadcasts each day.

7. Voice you support for President Obama’s agenda and vision for this country on popular blog sites, radio and television websites, YouTube, and CNN.com I-Reports.

8. Write letters to the editor or commentaries in support of President Obama and submit them to your local daily newspaper.

It will take a concerted effort from all of us to get President Obama re-elected. Put on your marching shoes and let's get to work!

Romney and his FIVE sons have only paid lip service with their declarations of LOVE for America. The Romney’s have demonstrated with their money donations and missions to their Mormon faith their LOVE of Mormonism.

Romney has also shown his LOVE of MONEY by making by most sources 250 million dollars as co-founder and according to documents filed with SEC SOLE owner of BAIN CAPITAL. Mitt Romney and his wife have money in Swiss bank accounts and investments in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda. Therefore, we don’t have a reliable method to determine how much money is in the Romney’s off shore accounts.

An example to support my belief, that even if you are super rich and important, you can still serve and protect your country is Prince William and his brother Prince Harry. Unlike Mitt Romney and his FIVE sons, both of these young men served in their nations military. In fact Prince William is currently serving asa search and rescue pilot in the Air Force.

I am an African-American female and my ONLY son served this nation as a military police officer in the Marine Corp for four years.

Why didn’t any of the Romney men find time in their lives or heart to serve this great nation? What does Mitt and his son value more the Mormon faith, money, or America's national security? The fact that none have served in our military tells me that the answer isn’t America’s national security.

Romney’s Birther Comment Racist and Tax Return Diversion?

Mitt Romney has already embraced and accepted help from Donald Trump, the number one birther, Therefore, I believe that Romney’s August 24, 2012, birth certificates remark was an attempt to divert attention from and/or to change the national dialogue from Romney’s tax returns and Bain Capital. After the strategy backfired because a large number of Americans were rightful outraged, Romney claimed that he was only "JOKING."

I truly believe that information contained in Romney’s tax returns will “DOOM” his efforts and the efforts of Karl Rove’s Super Pac American Crossroads, and Rove's Crossroads GPS to win and/or buy the presidency of the United States of America. The fact that Rove, who GAVE America and the world George W Bush, is involved in this election and Mitt Romney won’t release his tax returns should scare the ‘HELL’ out of the voters. African-Americans, the poor, unemployed, and anyone who suffered during the greatest financial crisis of since the great depression should run to the polls and vote for President Obama.

Mitt can’t escape this issue at the very least he needs to release his 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2011 tax returns so that voters can make an inform decision when they cast their vote on November 6, 2012.

Romney is WRONG: 2012 Poor Black People Working for Slave Wages in Houston

According to a pool report from Romney’s Hamilton, Montana fundraiser held on July 11, 2012, Romney told donors: “if they (Obamacare supporters) want more stuff from government tell them to go vote for the other guy – more free stuff.” Since making that statement Romney’s campaign strategy includes FALSE ATTACK campaign ads approved by Romney that accuses President Obama of removing WORK from welfare reform laws. In a post titled ” Romney's Race-Baiting Welfare Ads” on Huffington Post writer Mark Hannah stated that he believes the strategy appears to be racially motivated. I agree with Hannah.

Romney is wrong for using the false race baiting welfare ads and in his implication that “Obamacare” supporters want more free stuff from the government. As evident from this blog and video made with pictures taken in August 2012, poor people living in Houston, Texas are reporting for work at a day labor office between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. They work until 12:00 p.m. or until the assignment is completed for an average net pay of 17 or 18 dollars.

The poor not only want to work but ARE working in Houston, Texas for wages that COULD be classified as violating the requirements of minimum wages laws and/or “SLAVE LABOR.” Romney isn’t the SOLUTION for the American economy. I believe that Romney and anyone who would take advantage of poor people, like the ones featured in this video, are part of the PROBLEM.

Vice President Biden APOLOGIZE!

Vice President Joe Biden should apologize immediately for his "back in chains" remark, made during a campaign event in Danville, Virginia on August 14, 2012. Based on this nation’s racial past, especially in Virginia, there is no defense of Biden’s comment other than a sincere apology. His apology should include a statement that he misspoke and that his comment doesn’t reflect the view(s) and/or beliefs of President Obama.

This story should have ended yesterday August 14, 2012. We know that there is a double standard on race issues in this country. President Obama’s brilliant campaign team has launched a winning offensive campaign. This election is too important for this nation and the world to let a slip of the tongue or a mistake derailed President Obama’s chances for reelection. DOES the Democratic Party want to win the election on November 6, 2012, or win this unnecessary BIDEN'S latest news making GAFFE.

Rally of Striking Houston Janitors in 100 Degree Temperature for $10.00 Hour Pay

Houston janitors are striking to increase their pay from a top wage of $8.35 per hour to $10.00 per hour. On August 1, 2012, my life’s path crossed the lives of these hard working men and women. Prior to my arrival and at a different location several of the people participating in the match and rally were arrested during the event. Therefore I attended the rally and videotaped part of it to give their cause and poor people a voice. My ongoing commentary in the video includes encouraging and discussing the importance of voting for Democratic candidates.

The fact that the janitors clean the offices of corporations and banks like Shell Oil, Wells Fargo, and JP Morgan had to strike for $10.00 a hour pay is unacceptable to me. Despite record profits and inflated CEO pay, janitors who clean Houston's office buildings are paid less than $9,000 a year—less than half the poverty level.

The Houston janitors are members of Service Employees International Union “SEIU.” The event, which occurred when the temperature was 100 degrees, included members of the SEIU from across the nation to show their support of the Houston janitors who engaged in one day strikes this year before going on strike the night of July 10, 2012.

According to one of the speakers at the rally SEIU union will be sit down at the bargaining table with the Area Contractors Association on August 2, 2012.

My Grandson Jeremiah’s Pre-exiting Heart Condition Is Covered Under Obamacare

President Obama's determination to keep his 2008 campaign pledge to reform health care in this nation resulted in him signing the Affordable Health Care Act "Obamacare" on March 23, 2010. The hard three year fight led by President Obama ended with the Supreme Court’s decision that upheld the constitutionality of The Affordable Health Care Act.

The “Obamacare” victory is important to the 30 million uninsured Americans who will now have the opportunity to have health care coverage. It is also a personal victory for me and families like mine that have a family member with a pre-existing condition. My grandson Jeremiah who has a pre-existing heart condition can’t be denied health care coverage. This is a big f---- deal for me because Jeremiah, who is 9 years old, will need his fourth open heart surgery at age 12 or 13 years old. Additionally, insurance companies can't deny him a health care policy as an adult.

Dear Mayor Bloomberg: What is your political motivation and aspirations that require you to force President Obama to engage in a gun control debate now? Who are you supporting and/or voting for on November 6, 2012? Why are you inserting yourself on the national stage at this time?

On the Morning Joe Show on July 23, 2012, you stated your determination to continue to require that gun control become an issue before the presidential election. You stated that approximately 48,000 Americans will lose their lives due to illegal gun violence during the next presidential term. Have you consider the 30 million Americans that Romney and his party have pledged to deny health care insurance by repealing Obamacare? Have you considered the millions of Americans like my grandson Jeremiah, who has a pre-existing heart condition, not being able to purchase a health care policy during their lifetime? Is Judge Lester’s Decision to Grant Bail to Zimmerman Again Racially Motivated?

Why would Judge Lester grant bail to Zimmerman again on July 5, 2012, after his own court order supports denying that action? In his ruling Lester wrote about the first bond hearing and noted an undisclosed second passport kept in Zimmerman's safe deposit box. In Judge Lester's order he noted that George possibly committed third degree perjury but still granted bail.

I believe that Judge Lester’s decision to grant bail to George Zimmerman a second time is an abuse of judiciary discretion and is political and/or racially motivated.

George is charged with second degree murder and is on video tape lying to investigators at the complex where he murder Trayvon. Zimmerman lies several times when he stated that the 911 dispatched asked him several times to give an address where they could find the person George labeled as suspicious and looking like he was up to no good.

We know that Geoge killed Trayvon because he admitted that fact. We know that George is a liar who has knowledge of Criminal Justice and highly probality that he will be found guilty of murder and/or violating Trayvon Martin's civil rights. He also has the financial means and a family member mother

I believe that Judge Lester like the Sanford Police Department mishandled the Trayvon Martin murder case. Judge Lester’s discussion that downplayed Zimmerman’s two prior criminal encounters with the law, granting bail at $100,000 from the bench immediately after the first bail hearing and his latest decision to grant bail again in this case supports my belief. Lester should recuse himself from this case and/or the United States Justice Department should charge Zimmerman if there is evidence to support a conviction that Zimmerman violated Trayvon Martin’s civil rights.

If the Supreme Court Overturn Obamacare it Will Leave Millions of Americans HOPELESS

I believe that overturning Obamacare by the United States Supreme Court will be a national tragedy because it will leave tens of millions of Americans HOPELESS. The 30 million Americans who will not gain health care coverage and the millions of minorities in this country who depend on the Court to protect the rights of all Americans will lose faith and HOPE that the Court is a non-partisan third branch of government.

How could we trust the Court to protect our constitutional rights regardless of color, religion, sex, and political party affiliation if they overturn this nation’s first African-American president’s signature accomplishment? How would our children make sense of recorded history that includes five conservatives Supreme Court Justices who were appointed by Republican presidents overturning the unprecedented health care reform bill?
