Our newly renovated Studio Suite are our lead in rooms which measures 44.6 square meters. The Studio Suite comes with a large private balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens of the resort. Our classic contemporary designed rooms is furnished with polished wooded flooring, teak furnitures and comes with either a king or 2 super single slumberland beds. Our modern bathrooms are all furnished with black granite flooring and classic polkadot design feature walls to give it a classic feel. It is ideal for couples.

Tioga Deluxe Suite - (Single, Double or Twin Bed)

Our newly renovated Tioga Deluxe Suite measures 55.2 square meters with a large private balcony where one can enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the valley while sipping a cup of tea. The luxurious Tioga Deluxe Suite is furnished with polished wooded flooring and comes with a bedroom that opens up to the living room with a large sofa. The Tioga Deluxe Suite comes with either 1 king size bed or 2 super single beds. Our modern bathroom is finished with granite flooring and classic polkadot feature walls. The bathroom is linked to a walk in dressing area. It is ideal for couples.

Fresno Suite - (2 Bedroom)

Our newly renovated Fresno Suite measures 74.6 square meters with a large private balcony where one can enjoy beautiful views overlooking the mountain range, various colonial bungalows, the state palace or brinchang town while sipping a cup of tea. The Fresno suite is finished with polished wooded flooring. It comes with 2 bedrooms, a living area and a day bed relaxation area. Both bedrooms come with queen size bedding or one queen and 2 single beds from slumberland. It has 1 shared bathroom finished with black granite flooring with polkadot feature wall to give it that classic feel. The Fresno Suite is ideal for a family of four.

Shasta Apartment - (2 + 2 Bedroom)

Our Shasta Apartment measures 84 square meters and comes with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful landscaping of the resort. The Shasta comes with 2 big bedrooms, and two smaller rooms and a living area. The 2 bigger rooms come with a queen size bed each and the other 2 rooms with 1 single bed each. The master room comes with an attached ensuite. The Shasta is able to accommodate 1 extra bed. With the extra bedding, it can accommodate up to 7 adults. It is ideal for large families.

Penthouse - (2 Bedroom)

Our newly renovated luxurious Penthouse measures 117 square meters or 1,297 square feet and comes with 2 large balcony where one can enjoy the beautiful views over the golf course and mountain range while sipping a cup of tea. The Penthouse has 2 bedrooms with private ensuite in each room finished with marble wall and flooring. The master bedroom bathroom is fitted with his and hers basin, a rain shower and a jacuzzi for two. The master bedroom comes with 1 king size slumberland bedding. The second room comes with 2 super single slumberland bedds. Each room is fitted with LCD televison. The living room has a lounge and dining set with a fire place that is lilted up when the room is turned down. Penthouse can comfortable accommodated 4 persons.

Extra mattresses are not allowed in the Penthouse.

Looking around for hotels and accommodation in Cameron Highlands? We have two types of accommodation available, Kang Travellers Hotel and Daniel's Travellers Lodge. Both are located in the Tanah Rata town of Cameron Highlands each with their own facilities and charm.

Kang Travellers Hotel is located on the main street of Tanah Rata, with the entrance side by side with our travel and tours office on the ground floor. You can't miss it; it is next to the main post office in Tanah Rata.

While Daniel's Travellers Lodge is located in a little cosy hidden corner of Tanah Rata town next to a hillside with nice jungle bush beside it. As we have more space in this lodging we have a nicely tended little garden on the front that you can admire and relax around the verandah area. It is also in this lodge that we have set up a little cafe called the Jungle Bar where you can socialize and mingle with your friends and family.

The choice of accommodation will depend your needs. So look through the information pages and study the amenities and facilities as well as the ambience provided from each of the above accommodation.

Do note that you will need to book early and in advance at least a month before the peak period as we expect heavy bookings during long weekends and school term breaks. So do book early to avoid any disappointment!

Planter's Hotel is the the newest hotel in Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands which opened its doors in early 2011. Located in a historical landmark of the town which used to be the Federal Hotel in the 60's to the early 90s, this building was recently refurbished into a modern 39 room hotel. Each room is tastefully decorated with warm and cozy furnishing which is what you will need when holidaying in the highlands.

British prospectors seeking a retreat along the mountains of the Main Range found the perfect spot among the virgin highlands a flat piece of land which came to be called Tanah Rata. The prosperity of the township led to the setting up of banks, hotels, restaurants, post office and hospital to cater to the many needs of the locals and visitors. One such establishment was the old Federal Hotel. To date, this hotel has undergone a major refurbishment and aptly renamed the "Planter's Hotel" to commemorate the major occupants of the residents of Cameron Highlands.
