<p data-start="1729" data-end="1909">For the first time, the Picnic in the Park team is hosting a <strong data-start="1790" data-end="1810">Pre Picnic Party</strong> on the evening before the main festival, and it sounds like a lovely way to ease into the weekend.</p>
<p data-start="1911" data-end="2009">There will be live music, food, drinks and a relaxed village atmosphere at Pattishall Parish Hall.</p>

<p data-start="177" data-end="453">The main festival takes place on <strong data-start="210" data-end="235">Saturday 11th July 2026</strong>, running from <strong data-start="250" data-end="274">12 midday until 11pm</strong> at Pattishall Playing Fields. The organisers describe the event as a day of <strong data-start="351" data-end="378">“Bands, Beer &amp; Burgers”</strong>, with live music, food, drink and family entertainment throughout the day.</p>
<p data-start="455" data-end="918">This year’s published line-up includes <strong data-start="494" data-end="508">Wordsworth</strong>, <strong data-start="510" data-end="526">Funk Odyssey</strong>, <strong data-start="528" data-end="540">Houndogs</strong>, <strong data-start="542" data-end="560">Let There B/DC</strong>, <strong data-start="562" data-end="573">Allergy</strong> and <strong data-start="578" data-end="596">One Way Ticket</strong>, bringing a mix of covers, tribute acts, funk, soul, disco, rockabilly and alternative music to the stage. Alongside the music, visitors can enjoy a range of food and drink from local and visiting vendors, including a bar, BBQ-style festival food, sweet treats, ice cream and plenty for families to enjoy across the site.</p>

<p data-start="157" data-end="293">One of the extra highlights planned for this year’s Picnic in the Park is an <strong data-start="234" data-end="292">RAF FlyPast from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="295" data-end="581">The organisers have confirmed that a <strong data-start="332" data-end="345">Hurricane</strong> is due to fly over the event, which should be a wonderful moment for everyone there. There is something quite special about a whole field of people pausing together, looking up, and enjoying a piece of British history passing overhead.</p>
<p data-start="583" data-end="742">It is another lovely detail that makes this event feel so much more than a music festival. It is about community, shared moments and creating memories locally.</p>

<p>There is something very special about a character home positioned right in the heart of a village, especially when it enjoys views across to the church.</p>

<h3 data-start="920" data-end="952">The Real Risk of Going Cheap</h3>
<p data-start="954" data-end="1276">We’re not just talking about putting a sign outside your house and sticking it on Rightmove. The job of a good estate agent is to <strong>actually help you move</strong>. <p data-start="3336" data-end="3531">And by the way — online agents currently have just 1.2% of the upper market. So despite the noise, most people don’t actually choose cheap in the end. Because they know… you get what you pay for.</p>

<p data-start="3593" data-end="3701">We’re not saying every expensive agent is great, or that every cheap agent is bad. But we <em data-start="3683" data-end="3688">are</em> saying this:</p>
