But as more and more employees started spending a considerable amount of time at their work place, the need was felt to develop a fully functional department that would take care of various employee requirements, facilitate employer-employee relationships and increase productivity.<a href="http://www.campusfever.com/campus-times/articles/325-hr-careers"> Over time, this led to the inception of a human resources department that would, in other words, create an environment that would bring out the best in employees while at the same time, enabling them to grow.</a> </span></div>
