1. For Nutrilite session Register on 11-06-10 Friday between 4 pm to 5 pm . First 60 ABOs name will be taken on first come first serve basis.
2. ABO ID card is mandatory for registration.
3. ABOs who joined on or after March 15th- 2010 only can register and attend.

However, a new study shows that exceptional performance need not depend on special talent, experience or even sheer luck.

Instead, it is the result of sustained, intense and deliberate practice in a particular area, says Robert A. Baron, professor of management and psychology in the University of Iowa who led the study.

The study authors show that most people work only 'hard enough' to achieve a certain performance level, acceptable to themselves and others, with no further gains.

The path to true excellence can be attained through perseverance, says the study.

Entrepreneurs can acquire new capacities that can assist them in starting or running a new venture or allow them to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, says a statement from the University of Iowa.

These factors help secure a positive outcome: preparation, repetition, self-observation, self-reflection, and continuous feedback on results. And these efforts lead to a healthy self-efficacy.

The study was published in the March issue of Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal.

Workers in Detergent manufacturing Units likely to get pulmonary diseases

Researches reveal that the labourers working in detergent manufacturing units are prone to pulmonary diseases. But, the results of these research will not apply to workers in detergent manufacturing units in Europe and US. On this, the Vice President of Consortium of Detergent Manufacturers Mr.Richard Cedlock said that safe methods have been devised to reduce the risks on using enzymes safely.

One of the researchers said that the detergent manufacturing units have taken sufficient steps to protect its employees. In the year 1969 itself, it has been found that the employees of detergent producing units are prone to pulmonary diseases. Though the usage of chemicals have been drastically reduced since the date of inception of such factories, researches reveal that such employees, at least some of them, are likely to have pulmonary or lung related diseases such as asthma.

In one of the eco-science magazines, it has been mentioned recently that the chances of being exposed to pulmonary diseases are far less for employees who work in liquid detergent manufacturing units.
