The water-point is leaky, so you need to turn the tap and the stop-cock on to use and to turn both off again after use. Water point is out of order on 19.04.2024. It looks like this has been decommissioned - a note next to the tap says that it is not owned or maintained by CRT but by the student accommodation. The tap works on the 03.06.2026. There is no note attached and appearance and style suggests it is the same as other CRT taps on the system. to The water point was working on 05.10.2021.
