I have personally seen encroachment by this method in Jaipur Rajasthan .
There are hundreds of Mandir on Road side , or just between the roads.
Initially they were 1x1 feet miniature temple without investment .
Today they have turned up to 10x10 to 100x100 feet of temples on National highways.

And No body can touch these temples / majars because of possible religious tension.

The picture given below is of Veer Tejaji Temple on VT road in Jaipur.

Few years back it was hardly 2x3 Miniture temple ,where few people sitting .
That this road was just two lane. Today this temple encroached 10x15 feet land in between the highway road.

Congress and BJP both government came but none could dare to touch the temple.

Historical Elections of 2014 are over and Modi ji our PM now.
I am Happy that a sensible government has formed where decisions can be opposed .
Where Sangh , Hindu Saints or a single person's wish or whim can not become part of our constitution over night.
Another thing to be happy that government is trying to fight over inflation , trying to revive economical growth.
Issues which were never thought of in last 10 years are given a thought.

For the bad things I can assume that UPA -3 has come in the power under the great vision of Rahul Gandhi.

But I am sure that Modi ji will perfom and he will surely pull up the India at the position where India should be after the growth of 10 Years ,which never happened under the leadership of Manmohan Singh.

India's soaring sensex is illustrating the confidence of Foreiners and Local Business men in the delivery capability of Modi Ji.

Modi ji grant success drawan energy from utter failure of Congress MPs & MLAs incapability to give a progressive and positive leadership to congress members. All Congress leaders and workers merely looking for nod of Gandhi family .

And this has not changed even after the thunderous defeat of congress.
Congress is still looking at gandhi family for revival ,ignoring the good leadership capability of Digvijay Singh , Manu Singhavi , Chidambaram and many more.
Basic characteristics of Congress worker and common Muslims are same, both are afraid of speaking against of evil and bad things.
They fear that they will be expelled from party community if they speak a single word against extremist forces and Gandhis.

आदरणीय नरेन्द्र मोदी जी

आप के नेतृत्व ने वो कर दिखाया जो महात्मा गाँधी करना चाहते थे भारत की सवतंत्रता के बाद !!

भारत को कांग्रेस से मुक्ति दिलाने के लिए १.२ अरब भारतीयों की तरफ से धन्यवाद !! आप ने गाँधी जी की इच्छा पूरी कर दी !! कोटि कोटि धन्यवाद !!

वैसे तो आप से लोगो को हजारो लाखो उम्मीदे है ,सपने है|

मेरी भी एक इच्छा है एक उम्मीद है आपसे जो शायद आप ही पूरी कर पाए;

क्योंकि आपके पास पूरे भारत वर्ष के लोगो का समर्थन है और सबसे बड़ी बात पूरे भारत के माध्यम वर्ग का समर्थन है !!

हमारे देश में TRAI है , जो की पूरे देश के टेलिकॉम ऑपरेटर को निर्देशित करती है की वो कॉल रेट ५० पैसे रखे या ७५ पैसे !!

हमारे देश में एक SEBI है जो की इन्वेस्टर का पैसा शेयर मार्किट में सुरक्षित रखने का काम करती है !!

हमारे यंहा IRDA है जो इन्सुरांस कम्पनीयों पर लगाम रखती है !!

परन्तु हमारे यंहा ऐसे कोई संस्था नहीं है जो की 2 -२० लाख का प्लाट या मकान खरीदने वालो के हितों का ख्याल रखे !! मध्यमवर्ग परिवार जीवन भर की कमाई एक मकान खरीदने बनाने में लगा देता है !! और उसके लाखों रूपये का ख्याल रखने को कोई संस्था नहीं है !!

मेरा आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है की आपको एक भारत वर्षीया संस्था बनानी चाहिए जो हर नए कालोनी , आवासीय प्रोजेक्ट को नियंत्रित करे , झुग्गी झोपड़ियों का नियमन , सर्किल रेट का निर्दारण करे !! अभी सब कुछ बाहुबली , नेताओ और बड़े बड़े उद्योगपतियों जैसे DLF,आम्रपाली , SUPERTECH , SHOBHA !! जैसे बिल्डर लोगो के नियंत्रण में है , बेचते समय जंहा प्रोजेक्ट और सोसाइटी को जन्नत की सुविधाओं के परिपूरण दिखाते है और जब देते है तो कुछ भी नहीं होता है !! २० - २० फ्लोर के टावर में मूलभूत आग बुझाने की सुविधा भी नहीं होती है !! 8 टावर बोल कर १०-११ टावर बना देते है ये बिल्डर .. नॉएडा सेक्टर ९३ में SUPERTECH ने जो किया वो पूरे भारत वर्ष में डेवलपर एंड बिल्डर लॉबी के शोषण का एक छोटा सा नमूना है !!

१५ फ्लोर के २५ फ्लोर कर दिए जाते है !! कार पार्किंग के नाम पर 5 - 5 लाख रुपे लिए जा रहे है !!!

मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है आपसे की आप इस दिशा में इमानदार प्रयास करेंगे , और १०० दिन ना सही लेकिन १-2 साल में एक शक्तिशाली और प्रभावी संस्था बनायेंगे जो बिल्डरओं की मनमानी को ख़तम कर पायेगी !!! #ModiPMFor20Years #ModiFan

मोदी जी को वोट क्यूँ दे ??

१. कांग्रेस तो पक्का सरकार बना नहीं सकती है , कांग्रेस को वोट देना अपना वोट पानी में बहाने जैसा है !!

२. शरद पवार , लालू , अखिलेश , मुलायम , ममता बनर्जी के समर्थको भी अपना वोट बेकार करेंगे , क्यूंकि ये लोग अपना समर्थन आगे कांग्रेस को ही बेचते है !!!
३. केजरीवाल को वोट देना कोई बुरी बात नहीं है ! लेकिन केजरीवाल किसी भी हालत में सर्कार तो बना नहीं सकते है !! तो बात घूम कर वंही आ जाती है !!!
तो दोस्तों वोट ऐसे करो की देश का हित हो
त्रिशंकु लोकसभा बनी तो , शरद पवार , लालू , अखिलेश , मुलायम , राज ठाकरे , उध्हाव ठाकरे , ममता बनर्जी का धंधा चमकेगा , अपना समर्थन ५०० - १००० करोड़ में बेचेंगे !!!

मोदी जी को वोट देकर , ५ साल तक चैन की नींद सोयें!!!
अखिलेश यादव की राज्य सर्कार और UPA की केंद्र सर्कार के बाबजूद क्या कोई मुज्जफरनगर के दंगे रोक पाया !!! अखिलेश भी साम्प्रदायिक नहीं है और UPA तो बिलकुल भी सांप्रदायिक नहीं है !!! फिर भी मुज्जफर नगर में दंगे हुए !!!
दिल्ली में UPA और AAP का राज्य होने के बाबजूद एक सम्प्रदाय के चार युवकों ने मिल कर Nido tania को मार डाला .. वो चार युवक भी धरमनिरपेक्ष थे बिलकुल वैसे ही जैसे कांग्रेस , मनमोहन सिंह , राहुल गाँधी , शीला दीक्षित धर्मनिरपेक्ष थे !!
दिल्ली का शर्मशार करने वाला डेल्ही रेप केस तब हुआ था
जब woman empowerment का दिन रात बात करने वाले राहुल बाबा की सरकार थी !!!

विश्वास रखिये भारत देश रसातल में पहुँच चुका है !!! अब एक और UPA
सरकार में ही इतना दम है जो हमको पाताल तक ले जा सके !!!

मोदी जी का बुरे से बुरा शासन भी भारत को कम से कम रसातल से निकल कर जमीं पर ले आएगा !!!
मोदी जी को यदि उत्तर प्रदेश , बिहार के महा बुद्धिमान लोगो का वोट मिला तो मान कर चलिए की अगले पांच सालों में , विकसित देशों की कतार में आने के लिए एक मजबूत नीव बन जाएगी !

बाकी अपन कांग्रेस एंड कंपनी को तो कभी भी मौका दे सकते है !!!

जी बस एक बात !!! जुराबें होती है ना !!! हर आदमी अलग अलग टाइम तक जुराबें पहनता है और फिर उनको धोता है !!! धोता तभी है जब उसको खुद को जुराबों की बदबू आती है !!! किसी को एक बार पहनने में बदबू आती है , किसी को एक दिन में , किसी को 2 दिन में , किसी को 4 दिन में , किसी को ८ दिन में , कुछ कुछ महानुभाव १५-२० दिन भी चला लेते है !!! तो मुददे की बात ये है की धुलेगा तभी जब बदबू आएगी .... बदबू आएगी ही नहीं तो जुराबें कभी ढूलेंगी ही नहीं !!! और उन जुराबों को पहनने वाल उन सभी पर हंसेगा की कैसी घटिया नाक है तुम्हारी हर जगह बदबू आती है ... मेरी जुराबें नहीं तुम्हारी नाक ख़राब है !!! वो बंदा अपनी जुराबें तभी धोएगा जब उसको खुद को बदबू आएगी !!!!! समझे बात को वर्मा जी !!!! पानी नहीं है , साबुन नहीं है , टाइम नहीं है धोने का तो मत धोइए लेकिन ये तो मानिये की बदबू आ रही है जुराबों में !!!!

प्रिय नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ,

आपने नारा दिया देश को बचाना है तो कांग्रेस को भागना है,
दिल्ली की जनता ने आपकी बात मानी और
32 सीटें बीजेपी को दी और 28 सीटें AAP को दी !
जनादेश था की या तो बीजेपी सरकार बनाये या आप सरकार बनाये !
लेकिन कांग्रेस प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से सरकार ना बनाये , यह स्पष्ट जनादेश था !
बीजेपी ने क्यूँ नहीं जनता के जनादेश को माना ? जो ये चाहती थी की एक सरकार बने जिसमे कांग्रेस की कोई भागीदारी ना हो !!

बीजेपी ने भी यही कहा था की जनता पर एक और चुनाव का बोझ ना डाला जाए !!

बीजेपी के पास एक अवसर था .. AAP को सपोर्ट दे कर दिल्ली से एक नयी साफ़ सुथरी राजनीति शुरू करने का !!!

बीजेपी की 32 सीटें + आप की 28 सीटें कुल 60 .. इतना बहुमत होता अरविन्द केजरीवाल के पास की वो दिल्ली से हर भ्रष्टाचार को ख़तम कर सकते थे .. !!!

क्यूँ आपने दिल्ली की जनता को धोखा दिया और उनको थमा दी एक सरकार जिसकी डोर कांग्रेस के हाँथ में है ?

मोदी जी दिल्ली की 32 सीटों की जनता आप पर विश्वास करती है तो 28 सीटों की जनता AAP पर भी विश्वास करती है !!!

यदि आप AAP पर विश्वास नहीं करना चाहते है तो ना करे लेकिन दिल्ली की जनता के विश्वास की इज्ज़त रखें और AAP की सरकार को बिना शर्त समर्थन दे !!और कांग्रेस की नकारात्मक राजनीती को ख़तम करने का साहस दिखाएँ !!! हो सकता है बीजेपी कुछ भ्रष्ट नेता AAP के एंटी -करप्शन अभियान के तहत जेल चले जाएँ लेकिन वो बीजेपी के लिए अच्छा होगा !!!

बीजेपी का AAP को बिना शर्त समर्थन भारत के सकारात्मक राजनीती का पहला कदम होगा !!!

मानिये मेरा विश्वास भारत की जनता आपको प्रधानमंत्री देखना चाहती है ! AAP को बीजेपी का समर्थन , बीजेपी के स्वच्छ राजनीती का जीता जगता उदाहरण होगा !!!

You can blame it to congress since he was in center for last 10 years.
All other governments has been also failed to predict the problems and make a strong problem statement.

SUVs ,BMWs and Sports Vehicles owned by Bahubalis (Goons and local dons (local Politicians to be more precise )) .

Ghaziabad full of persons who doesn't mind spitting in the lift of his own apartment.
It is common to see on road that driver sitting in BMW open his car door and spit gutka on road. and YES he is owner of that vehicle .

Noida is full of software engineers (Team lead , Managers ) who don't speak much in office because they always keep "Chaini Khaini " in their mouth and have a pouch in pocket.

There is no difference between literate , illiterate and semi-literate , yes no difference at all.

Indian Government is sleeping tight , doesn't modified any law / constitution to terminate such hardcore criminal involving a juvenile.

My Future career planning : 6th murderer of Damini

हाँ जी मैं ही हूँ वो छठा अपराधी दिल्ली रेप केस का ।

अभी बच्चा हूँ भारत के संविधान के अनुसार । मात्र 17 साल और 8 महीने का ।

रेप करते और और वो सरिया मारते टाइम मैंने यही सोचा था की ज्यदा से ज्यदा फांसी ही तो होगी

पहले तो भगवन ने चाह तो पकड़ा ही नहीं जाऊँगा ,

पकड़ में आ भी गया तो 10-15 साल तक केस चलेगा ।

दिल्ली की तिहार जेल में सही खाना , इन्टरनेट टीवी , डॉक्टर और वो भी AIIMS

लाइफ सेट हो जाएगी अपनी तो यदि पुलिस ने एनकाउंटर की जगह पकड़ लिया तो ।

क्या मस्त काम किया अपुन ने ।

मैंने भी खुद को एक नाम दे दिया है बबलू ।

जैसे आप लोगो ने उस आइटम को नाम दिया है दामिनी ।

मस्त थी 4-5 गेम बजाय मैंने ।

वो सारे क्रूर वार भी मैंने ही किये थे जिसकी वजह से वो मारी गयी ।

मैंने सो सोचा रहा था की 2 मिनट में निपट जाएगी ,

लेकिन मानना पड़ेगा 12 दिन तक खिंच कर ले गयी ।

कसम से मैंने भी नहीं सोचा था की , गलती से पुलिस के हाथ लग गया

तो इतने दिन जिन्दा बच पाऊँगा !

कसाब की किस्मत के बारे मैंने सुना था की ,

हमारे देश में बड़े बड़े हत्यारे 4-5 साल तो आराम से जी लेते है ,

भले ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट का जज खुद हत्यारे को अपनी आँखों से हत्या करते हुए देख ले ।

अभी तक मुझे लग रहा था की फांसी मिलेगी पर मेरा भारत महान ।

मुझे सुधरने का एक मौका मिलेगा , ऊपर वाला जब मेहरबान हो तो बस मज़ा आ जाता है ।

अब मेरे सामने सवाल है - "क्या करूंगा " बड़ा " हो कर ? "

प्लान तो अभी सोचा ही नहीं जिंदगी में ।

लेकिन अब 50-60 साल जितना भी जिन्दा रहूँगा साला ऐश काटूँगा ।

प्लान है की ऑटो चलूँगा या बस में ड्राईवर , जाहिर है ये सिर्फ दिखावे को होगा ।

अपुन बनेगा गुंडा नंबर 1 , फिर बस यूनियन का नेता बनाने का और भगवान् की ऐसी ही कृपा रही तो
लोकसभा में सांसद , हो सकता है आप मुझे 10-15 साल बाद संसद में
महिला सुरक्षा बिल की किसी कमिटी का सदस्य बना पायेंगे ।

लेकिन मुझे पहचानेगे कैसे मेरी फोटो तो आपने देखि ही नहीं ।
देख भी लेंगे नाम भी जान लेगे तो इलेक्शन टाइम तक तो आप दामिनी काण्ड भूल भी जाओगे ।
, जैसी इश्वर इच्छा ।

आप मुझे जनता सेवा का काम दोगे तो वो भी करूंगा ।

और फिर भारत की सबसे बड़ी राजनीति पार्टी ज्वाइन करूंगा 10-20 करोड़ का चंदा देने का और लोकसभा टिकैत पक्का ।

लाइसेंस कोई दिक्कत नहीं ,

मेरी पहचान गुप्त रखेगी भारत सरकार , बस CBI को और सिर्फ दिल्ली पुलिस को पता होगी ये बात

मेरे गाँव के थाने में भी इस बात की जानकारी नहीं है की ये शानदार वारदात मैंने ही की है ।

ना कभी आप लोगो को पता लगेगा की आपके बच्चे की स्कूल वन का ड्राईवर या कंडक्टर हूँ ।

पांचवी पास हूँ गाँव में सब बोलते है बेटा पुलिस में लग जा

हवालदार या ड्राईवर बन जायेगा पुलिस में

बढ़िया ऊपर की इनकम भी होगी ।

खैर जो भी होगा हो जायेगा भारत में काम की कमी नहीं है ।

कोई भी अमीर आदमी मुझे अपनी बेटी का बोडिगार्ड रखा लेगा ।

मेरे गाँव से दुनाली का लाइसेंस निकलवा लूँगा ।

10000 रुपया दो जैसा चाहे वैसा लाइसेंस लो ।

भारत में रेप करना कितना अच्छा है ना ।

किसी को कुछ पता नहीं कोई रिकॉर्ड नहीं ।

उसका नौकर भी 6 केस में फांसी मिल गया है 5 साल में ।

अभी और 8 केस में फांसी होगा अगले 6 साल में ।

11 साल का मस्त जेल का खाना और AIIMS का इलाज़ मिल रहा है ।

और एक सीक्रेट , "Gang ऑफ़ Vaasepur " देखा आपने ? दोनों पार्ट अपुन ने देखा ।

कैसे ??? येडा है क्या आँखों से ।

"A " सर्टिफिकेट , 100 साल की हिस्ट्री में किसी पिक्चर हाल वाले को जेल हुआ क्या ?

बच्चों को एडल्ट मूवी दिखने को ।

खैर वो छोडो । मस्त क्या मारता है क्या काटता है । देखना

वैसे भी करना है अपुन को ।

second लाइफ फुल तो ऐश करना और अपने मन की करना ।

पुलिस का अब अपने तो कोई टेंशन नहीं बहुत फ्रेंडली है ।

मैं यंहा अपने रूम पर बैठी हूँ , चारों और गाने बज रहे है । new year party के ,
लोग डांस कर रहे है । शायद वो खुद को निर्भया , अमानत से जोड़ नहीं पा रहे है ।
शायद उनको यकींन है की ऐसा उनकी बहन या बेटी या बीवी के साथ कभी नहीं हो सकता है !
यदि वो खुद को जोड़ पाते उस क्रूरतम घटना से तो ,
शायद उनको भी ऐसा लगता की उनके घर
के सदस्य के साथ ऐसा हुआ है!

पर नहीं बहुत से लोग ऐसे है जिनको ज्यदा फर्क नहीं पड़ा है!

2014 तक तो सब भूल जायेंगे !

जैसे हम भूल गए नैना साहनी हत्या कांड
जेसिका हत्या कांड , दुनिया भर के घोटाले !!

सब को बस इतना याद रहेगा की वोट उसको देना है जो हमारा ट्रान्सफर रूकवा दे,
अनिधकृत मकान दुकान को टूटने से बचाले !

फिर वो ही जात पात और अपने काम के लिए वोट दिए जायेंगे !

वोट बैंक की राजनीती सारे गुस्से पर पानी फेर देगी , हम फिर उन्ही लोगो को चुनेगे ,
जिनको 60 सालों से अदल बदल कर देख रहे है !!

जी हाँ मेरा मतलब कांग्रेस बीजेपी से ही है!
क्षेत्रीय पार्टी सपा बसपा लेफ्ट राईट , को वोट दे कर
हम लोग कमजोर राजनितिक इच्छा शक्ति को
और भी कमजोर और पंगु बना रहे है !

वो ही लोग फिर आ जायेंगे 2014 में !

जो भी राजनितिक सुधार लाने की कोशिश करेगा उसको नेता बनने से पहले ही ख़ारिज कर देंगे !

क्या ये वक्त नहीं है जब हम कांग्रेस , बीजेपी , सपा , बसपा ,लेफ्ट राईट के अगेंस्ट
आम आदमी पार्टी और अरविन्द केजरीवाल को एक मौका दे?

हाँ हो सकता है बिलकुल हो सकता है जो कांग्रेस हमको समझाना चाहिती है की अरविन्द केजरीवाल सत्ता चाहते है!! वो भी कांग्रेस बीजेपी में से ही एक है !! हो सकता है कांग्रेस या बीजेपी की बात !!!

पर ये झूठ हुआ तो क्या हम अपने ही पैरों पर कुल्हाड़ी नहीं मार रहे है !!

क्या ये सच नहीं है की जो बदलाव हम संसद में चाहते है वो बिना एक नयी विचारधारा के संसद में
प्रवेश किये बिना आ पायेगा !!

सच तो यह है की कोई भी पार्टी अरविन्द या अन्ना विचारधारा को संसद में नहीं देखना
चाहती है !!

यदि अन्ना या अरविन्द संसद मे आ गए तो शायद सारी पार्टी वाले जेल के अन्दर होंगे !!!

उनकी कई पीदियों की कमाई देश के खजाने में आ जाएगी !

पुलिस , सीबीआई , न्यायलाय देश के हित में बेकौफ़ काम कर पाएंगे !!!

आई दोस्तों हम 2013 में विश्वास करें , एक नयी विचारधारा पर जो लोकपाल के खेल में ये सच जान चुकी है
की बीमार लोकतंत्र को संसद के अन्दर जा कर
लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से ही सुधरा जा सकता है !!
विश्वास करे मेरा 100 लोकसभा सीटें भी काफी है AAP के लिए !!

प्रदर्शन कर के भूख हड़ताल करके हम इन नेताओं को डरा सकते है लेकिन बदल नहीं सकते है !
ये रहेंगे वो ही , कई चेहरे वाले , जो आंसू भी बहा लेंगे और फिर छातियाँ भी पीटेंगे फिर चुपके से पूछेंगे
"ठीक है ?"

आइये हम अपने गुस्से को वोट बैंक में बदले और इस बार विश्वास करे और सहयोग करे उनका जो हमारे साथ खड़े है !! और वाकई खड़े है !!

और एक बार को मान भी लेते है की वो भी कांग्रेस , बीजेपी, सपा बसपा जैसे है तो कोई ज्यदा गलत तो नहीं होगा , कांग्रेस या बीजेपी की जगह आम आदमी पार्टी के लोग अपना घर भरेंगे !!!

पर शायद इस बदलाव में हमारा जायदा फायदा हो !!
पॉजिटिव सोचे तो हो सकता है आम आदमी पार्टी हम बेहतर भविश्या दे पाए !!!

This is our last chance to push government . If we don't give suggestions , tomorrow government will say you didn't suggest the solution only crib to make law and order worse. We should not give any excuse to any politician . Can we send 1.20 billion mails to usha.mehracommission@nic.in

Dear Usha Madam ,

Following are my observations and suggestions . We Indian have great faith in you for ensuring women safety in India.

You are not a government and one of among us. Please strongly recommend your suggestions without compromise and
make them available on Websites / Media so that we can follow up with GOI .
Suggestions are as follows :-

Suggestion to ensure follow up with government
a). Whatever people suggest should be published in all news papers , ensure execution of them within 30 days .
b) Daily progress on these measures should be publish on websites and in print media on front page

Suggestion to prevent such incident in future.

1. Anyone working with a public transportation system must have Aadhar ID.
It should be applicable to both government and private bus operators/drivers/cleaners/helpers.

2. We observed that most of the elements working with Public transport (Bus Operators , Driver cleaners , Auto Driver ) has grey background and
they have criminal records. Specially in Gurgaon and Noida/ Ghaziabad Area.
Government must ensure that Auto /Bus system have persons from clean background .

3. To ensure above two , RTO and Police must be corruption free and doesn't have political pressure.
Otherwise such elements will remain in public transport system.
A bus operator/owner with clean background will follow the norms and report the violation of driver /cleaners.

Criminal elements in public transport system violates all norms and do such brutal incident some day.
Similar incident has been took place in last 10 years .
A willing and alert government (Want to add corruption free also) would have

Alas , Governemnt go back to their sleeping mode (for Example Mumbai Terror attack , nothing has changed till date to fight with terror ,despite lots of talks and promise . Actually nothing changed on ground . Another Kasab can again easily walking and attack on TAJ)

4. To make police corruption free one of the major step I can suggest , make Police system like Army . Which is centralised and report to President / Government
Police should be given good budget to add more police man and equip with latest technolpogy .
Weak police system controlled by politicians is one of the most important reason of corruption and increasing crime.

5. Eve teasing cases should be added in Aadhar card ID of that person , Driving license and passpost , Ration card Data base .

6. Rape attempt should have punishment of rigorous punishment of 7 years , (Only girl and their family can forgive the criminal ) and disable him to rape any one else. .

7. Rapist who accept the crime should immediately give death penalties

8. Rape and murder should only have one punishment (Leaving the person in Cell with thousands of hungry rats)
