Tampe a panela e cozinhe por cerca de 30 minutos após iniciar a fervura. Retire do fogo, espere sair a pressão, destampe a panela e acrescente a cebola, a cenoura e a batata. Deixe cozinhar por mais 10 minutos, com a panela destampada. Adicione água fervente, se necessário. Pronto, agora é só tomar banho de novo, vestir a saia, subir nas tamancas, prender os cabelos e sair, triunfante, pronta para enfrentar a vida, o mundo. Porque, sozinha, com minha força de vontade, sem roubar no jogo, sem tomar bola, sem bomba, sem enganar ninguém, apenas com minha loucura e imbecilidade, consegui diminuir em 10% o meu problema de peso! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Eu pesei 500 g a mais, mas teve gente que ganhou 1 kg. Em compensação, teve gente que perdeu 2 kg. E a gente discutiu o que levou algumas pessoas a peder e outras a ganhar. É muito simples: quem seguiu o planejamento alimentar direitinho, inclusive no fds, perdeu e que fez como eu e comeu um monte de besteiras, ganhou. O maridão foi pra cozinha comigo e enquanto ele preparava o recheio, eu preparava a massa. Teve até uma coisinha engraçada. Ontem foi a primeira reunião do Programa de Incentivo ao Bem-Estar (PIBE), promovido pela Herbalife. Lá éramos um grupo de 10 pessoas. Todos se pesaram e teve gente que eliminou 5 kg em uma semana! Só teve um rapaz que engordou 400 g. Minha pesagem inicial foi ontem e lá eu pesei 80,9, mas em casa meu peso foi 79,5kg. Cada um disse o que fez de certo e errado durante a semana, falamos da importância da proteína para o emagrecimento, de comer a cada 3 horas e do quanto é&amp;nbsp;imprescindível&amp;nbsp;beber muita água. Descobri que existe um cálculo de que devemos beber 1 litro de água para cada 25 kg de peso. Ontem foi meu dia: comecei me escrevendo num programa de incentivo da Herbalife que terá a duração de 12 semanas e onde vamos nos encontrar toda segunda. Haverá uma pontuação para cada participante e caso o peso não baixe, perdemos pontos. É mais uma forma de estímulo. Vou contando tudo por aqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Bata as gemas na batedeira (ou com um garfo) junto com as claras, o leite, o fermento e uma pitada de sal e de pimenta até ficar uma mistura aerada. Coloque metade dessa mistura numa travessa refratária pequena. Por cima, distribua a abobrinha, o pimentão e o tomate refogados e o queijo. Por último, espalhe o restante da mistura. Copi&lt;/span&gt;e em um cartão 3X5 (ou equivalente) todas as vantagens com as quais se

identificou. Leve-o em sua agenda, carteira, bolsa ou bolso para menos, duas vezes por

dia ate que você não tenha mais dificuldade para fazer a dieta - e depois, sempre que

houver necessidade.

Para tornar esta lista mais atraente, organize as vantagens em ordem de

importância para você. Se suas razões forem particulares e você não deseja arriscar que outros vejam,

escreva em um&amp;nbsp;código&amp;nbsp;que só você possa entender.

Se você quiser, use a medida do cartão de visitas e escreva apenas uma por

cartão. Se preferir, escreva ou digite-as numa folha de papel. Faça qualquer coisa que

funcione. Lembre-se, apenas, que terá que levar estes cartões com você, porque você

precisará lê-los várias vezes por dia.

Além de levar os cartões com você, é interessante colocá-los em locais onde
