Marley is one lovable Labrador! This smiling pooch has been a member of the Cabana family for over a year now and we wouldn’t have it any other way! He gets so excited for our monthly Cabana events and loves being in the center of the excitement! (Not to mention posing for all the best pictures!) His best pals are Layla, Mac Davis, and Cooper but he loves playing with ALL his friends in the large dog group! He is a goofy fun and happy dog that helps make each day at Canine Cabana fun and exciting! Marley deserves to be the May Dog of the Month because all the staff love him so much!

The St. Petersburg Times is proud to present the annual Ruskin PetFest in the charming town of Ruskin, Florida. This “paw” friendly, full off-leash, event can be one the entire family can enjoy with a pet fashion contest, children’s activities and musical entertainment for all ages to enjoy.

We are thrilled to benefit C.A.R.E. each year as Tampa Bay goes to the dogs for a good cause!

Proceeds from the event will support the C.A.R.E. organization. C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter in Ruskin, Florida.

Now introducing our April Dog of the Month……Miss Maya!! Maya is a loveable, irreplaceable member of our Cabana family. She is always so excited to come in each morning to join her favorite Cabana staff and her best pals in our play yards. Maya’s energy is never-ending as she enjoys chasing her friends during playtimes. Maya’s best bud is Chewbacca…..whom she won cutest couple with for Valentine’s Day this year! She always is so sweet to him, and all the rest of her pup friends which is why she deserves to be honored as our next Dog of the Month!

“I would like to thank you for the wonderful training you did with Hailey. Not only has she been easier to handle, but she’s been more respectful! When someone comes to the door, she no longer barges through, she sits patiently until released. The “door manners” you taught her carried over to feeding time. She no longer dives into her food, she sits and waits for the ‘okay’ after making eye contact. I appreciate the on-on-one training you did with my family. My 8 year old daughter felt like she had control of our energetic pup and my 12 year old son noticed a huge difference in her behavior after training, commenting, “Wow, she’s a different dog!” I also thank you for working with us on scheduling and coming up with a plan to fit our needs.
