A fellow blogger of mine introduced me to mamabargains.com, a Web site that offers a variety of unpredictable deals. The site works differently than most retail sites. Only one deal is offered at a time and until it sells out. Items sell for 50-80% off of original retail. You must log in several times a day to see all of the offerings, which can make it either fun or frustrating, depending on how you look at it. Ah, I’m sitting here on the couch watching it snow outside. It’s so beautiful. But while I’m watching it snow, I’m digging around on the net for some used nursing textbooks to help me get a jumpstart on school. There are PLENTY of other things that I could be doing, but chilling and playing on the computer relax me. I got my iFrogz case for my iPod Touch today that I ordered off of ebay! I got it for half the price they are asking on the company website and the Apple store. Score for me!!

I always do a search for coupons before I do any online shopping. I may search the term “free shipping” and a lot of times, it will take you to a site that will list all of the available discount codes. I’ve saved even more by doing this. Sometimes I come up empty handed, but it’s always worth a shot to see what I can dig up. A little effort searching can net you big rewards in the end!
