Capital Hospitality Group New Website Unveiled

Capital Hospitality Group, a private investment fund focused on international leisure assets, today launched its new website – www.capitalhg.eu

The site has been designed to provide an overview of the Group’s current interests which are in hotels across Continental Europe, Asia and North America. It will be regularly updated to detail the investments that the Group is making on behalf of its shareholders to provide a tax efficient, leveraged property based hotel investment opportunity.

The Group is also mindful of ensuring that its wide range of joint venture partners such as major national and international financial institutions from around the world have user friendly, ready access to information on properties which are funded using senior debt via the integrated extranet.

Acquires BWI Airport Marriott Hotel, Baltimore, USA

Capital Hospitality Group, a private investment fund focused on international leisure assets, today announces the acquisition of the BWI Airport Marriot Hotel. The hotel is the Company’s first acquisition in the USA.

The hotel is located adjacent to the Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, the BWI business district near downtown Baltimore, Maryland and near Washington DC.

The hotel is ideal for business meetings, conferences, events, weddings and receptions and offers 18,800 square feet of flexible meeting space, including 19 event rooms, numerous breakout rooms, and the Grand Ballroom that can seat up to 1,200 guests.
