There’s only one disadvantage: after riding your bike around in sunny France, through vineyards and lavender fields, over cols and by the sea, the morning commute to work becomes awfully dull.

Also, notice the hairpin on my wife’s sweater, it’s on the left side, which means that Wilma was last fed from the left breast and the right one’s next.
So, yes, my wife’s the clever one.

Which is pretty damn cool in itself.

But what makes it extra cool is that the Tour de France is coming through Draguignan on the 5th.
Which gives me ample opportunity to encourage the riders, _and_ make dirty hand gestures at the organizing committee for excluding Tom Boonen.

maybe you haven’t noticed, but there’s a recession out there. We’re all trying not to waste anything and get the most out of our money.
You’re not exactly helping.
I’m fully aware that the iconic hazelnut paste jar is part of your brand, but the “iconic shape” is preventing me from scraping the last blobs of paste out of it. Hence, of every jar about 5% goes to waste.

Ferrchrissakes, just sell the the paste in a scrape-friendly straight jar. You’ll make loads of people’s life better, which will result in a ginormous amount of free publicity.

It is so totally worth it to buy pods of peas rather than bags of peas. Okay, it takes a while to de-pod em ‘all, but that proved to be a fun project to do with my daughter. The taste is just phenomenal, you can even eat them raw.

Platform is a future creative talent platform, which will hire, teach and work with a diverse mix of people, from around the world. We will recruit talent from the arts, sciences and technology backgrounds who will work together to solve business problems through creative solutions. You will learn by doing which means being involved in everything from building prototypes, enabling and assisting in research development to curating your very own event space and programme.

This looks like a great initiative. And seeing it’s from the fine folks over at W+K it probably IS a fine initiative.

I’m definitely participating. I don’t have a clue as to what my chances of getting selected are, but the brief is right up my alley and it looks like I’ll have fun responding to it.

What’s puzzling me is the “Tremelo” part.
Because I live three villages over from Tremelo.

So what I’m wondering about is:

Is this because their IP positioning can’t precisely pinpoint my location?

OR

Did they do some research on what the ideal ratio is between “a lady that lives handily close for a quick shag, but not that close that the missus might find out” and ended up with the Golden Ratio of Infidelity which is: 3 villages over.
