a very busy summer.  Hubby has been at Ft. Knox, KY since last September - we made several trips up over the summer to visit and see all the sights we could during our visits.  His orders were supposed to end at the end of this month, but it appears he is receiving one-year extension orders - but has to move to Ft. Jackson, SC!

She does very well and has an absolute blast with this sport.  I have a bow and decided to learn a bit with her so we could have something that we could do together. It's rare these days to have dinner out that seems worth the expense, but tonight was definitely an exception. These past several weeks seem to be almost a blur - things going on each day!We've been busy doing school work, taking trips to the dentist to prepare my oldest daughter for beginning her braces, processing beef, and doing some extra curricular activities - archery, voice, piano, 4-H - makes for a lot of busy days and not much time for &lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

Hubby was able to come home from Ft. Knox, KY, for Christmas from Dec 20 - 27th.  Then, we followed him back to Ft. Knox on the 27th and stayed until the 6th.  Well, we were supposed to head back home on the 4th, but the girls and hubby all came down with some kind of stomach virus in the wee hours of Monday morning and it took them until&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

We had a celebration at the first of the month before hubby left with the Reserves so he'd get a chance to celebrate with her.
